Airforce was our tech. He was super friendly and came by! Loved his attitude and willingness to assist us out and get the job completed. He did end up cleaning out the drain and was able to get everything was stuck outside. He checked it to make sure he had cleaned out it. Really like the fact he was thorough! Since last week we feel quite confident and have not had any additional issues with our air the job was properly done.
We reached out to an AC business and had problems with our air conditioning working properly. They came out and suspected it was our primary drain line and really came out to try and clean it out by vinegar and suction. We still felt as if we were experiencing issues and rather than having the AC business come out for a time, we decided to call out to a plumber.

He suspects it's coming in if it's raining, but is not without viewing it moist positive and without cutting to our gutters. We chose to wait and watch for if it rains to see if we might have some type of hole with water getting in.

What a crew. We had our septic get blocked up causing shower tub not to drain and toilet would not flush. I called Ben Franklin. And they kept saying we're following I gave up and called yaro, after waiting 10 hours. Within 45 minutes a team was on scene verifying it and cleanup it out. They had been pleasant to talk to as well telling us what they do every step along the way.
