We had but did not know that if we called. Zero figured it showed me what needed to be corrected using the power source and came out within 15 minutes. Reasonable prices as well. Will call them next time we want a plumber!

But a good deal did not bill. They did not charge at all. I insisted they bill. The insisted they not bill. We got into a bit of a tussle, but they wrestled my charge card back and made a break for the door.
I am not going to mention the technicians so they do not get in trouble for not charging me, but I am thankful to both these and to Zepp for creating my condominium habitable again through this freezing stretch (since, yeah, the heater runs off the hot water somehow).
The friendly dispatcher (Mia?) Said she could have a technician to me. She said they had been 5 minutes off and phoned. Within 5 minutes, the gas lines had been checked by them, and two technicians came restarted the pilot light. Of course after hitting the igniter, I had tried to do this myself, but hadn't held primer button down . Or something like maybe, or this way stupider. Anyhow, they saved my own life, and therefore were free to charge a good deal.
During the recent cold snap my kid took a shower provided that I felt confident he had washed at least down the drain. So when I took my shower after I was unsurprised although dismayed that there was no hot water to get me. The next morning, there was no hot water. And dismay for me: the warmth in my condominium did not do the job. With 55, and 12 degree temperatures outside and indoors that was sinking, I phoned Zepp.

Eddie and Ben were excellent. Very polite, knowledgeable and able to execute our bathroom renovation. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonably cost professional.

My son took a bath, and it would not turn off, when he tried to switch the water off! My husband and I found that the water shut-off into the upstairs which slowed the water into a trickle (naturally, it was the hot water that kept trickling) and that I called Zepp. I had used Zepp before for a laundry list of items: hard-to-turn sink faucet, running toilets, new shower head, etc. and understood they were knowledgeable and friendly. The wonderful dispatcher said they could come first thing the morning after. At Eddie came. He found a way to turn off that faucet so that we could have water in the house's remaining part. The problem turned out to be a valve inside of the Kohler faucet (fairly taps but somehow they all seem to get a issue of one sort or another, and pipes usually don't enjoy them because they frequently don't have normal replacement parts). Now the issue was known by us but the valve wouldn't slide out like it was supposed to. I was imagining a nightmare scenario of having to cut the whole faucet out of this TILE wall, etc.. However, Eddie asked if I had a few bits of wood about so we found a thick dowel and some thing else and rummaged my garage. I could not imagine what Eddie was going to perform, but with me holding a single piece of timber, he leverage that valve out of the faucet. Eddie understood what he was doing although I was afraid the force we used would pull at the pipe apart and all went well. Then, since it was a Kohler section, he did not have it bought the correct part, drove into a store to Laurel, returned and set it in! Voila! A functioning faucet! Then he gave me great information regarding the shut-off's to our water resources. Apparently, those round grips are not as good. The round grips quit holding the water and eventually can work. Anyway, Eddie wrote up the bill, which was reasonable, particularly since a different plumber would not have kept trying to get that valve out and would have turned it. I'm glad that Eddie had feeling and the experience to know that he could leverage outside that valve. I really don't believe technicians would have completed that. It is excellent to have.

Pricey although work Had we been quoted that price up front, we wouldn't have approved the occupation.
I locate the prices of Zepp ridiculous. For instance, they have a charge of $750 to replace an instant hot faucet no matter how long the plumber requires to replace it.

But if I can avoid it I'm not planning to pay $250 an hour for pipes very good pipes. He is priced himself from this current market, at least for this customer.
I've nothing against Mr. Zepp and his plumbing business. It's been a locally-owned business in this community/his family for generations. In reality, I hope he does.
Their technicians are excellent, although I deducted a star for the outrageous costs.
Both Sean and Andrew have completed work at my home for various problems. Both do a great job, and are very knowledgeable, helpful.
He apologized therefore, and his plumber forgot to give a quote to us up front, is sending us a $50 credit on a future occupation.

Thank you all for making my capability to shut water off to my washer & tub basin. Andrew was a professional! And I have always learned plumbing suggestions that are new from the workers, who are attentive, efficient, and do a good job of cleaning up after the job is complete. Also, thanks to the thank you card. In this day & age it's wonderful to receive a" snail" mail since it reveals more type consideration. I'd tell anybody I know to utilize Zepp to your plumbing & heating needs.

Sean and eddie were so great! Our older hot water tank leaked and ended up flooding our basement guest room. After we used another plumbing company to receive a quote, they were outrageous and attempted to inform us we had to fix a code issue when in fact we didn't. Eddie spoke on the phone to give some guidance to us many times to my husband and update a couple of things and Sean came to replace the tank. They have been friendly and their price was very fair and explained everything to us in great detail. We were very impressed and will continue to utilize them!
