We had a Nation brand company tell us they would have to dig up our basement floor to repair a bow at the sewage pipe after flooding part of the basement. We were referred to Zurn Plumbing Service for a second opinion. Two men showed up, were very professional, ran their camera into the sewer to check if the initial assessment was right.
So we did not have to sacrifice our hardwood floor, Happily they discovered no more bow. Power flush has been the recommendation. Saved us.
Call these men, you won't be sorry.

They billed $550 to replace a new. I was told by A tech that the cost difference between chrome pop-up and brushed nickle pop-up would be $100, assessed the distribution less than $50. They spent 30-45 minutes to the job, and I felt it was way over priced than others. Don't use this provider again.

I bought a home and AS SOON AS I moved in I realized the hot water heater didn't work. Zurn installed a water heater in my home. I recently had my 2 year check up and they discovered that water pressure was low because of a obsolete, filter that is clogged. You know how you don't understand what you're just living with until you get something? I took a shower with my water pressure that was brand new and that I thought I was under attack from the shower head. Instead of a slow stream I was plummeted by water. In a way that is great. But completely unexpected. I was wrong.
I've nothing but good things to say about Zurn. I'd recommend them.

Just used Zurn for relining my sewage pipe in basement,which runs to some septic tank.We had a couple backups and last plumber that looked into it said the pipe was blocked and I might need to jackhammer a new one in.SCARY.Looked to it and Zurn includes a separte firm that just does"relining" iron pipes,both indoor and also into the street.Ive used Zurn many days before and they consistently done great.
Matt came out and gave us options.They possess a entire state of the art lining provider,including a robotic tool which blows off the Laterals (the indoor plumbing,sinks,tub, etc) to the new pipe.It was 2 full days,but it moved in perefctly.Their guys are extremely professional,and cleaned up afterwards.Their pricing has been correct on the average cost for this particular work runs nationally.And now I have a seemless plastic stack that they guarantee for 10 years,and business says 50 years.BTW it might be used for shrub roots blocking sewage pipes into the street as well.No seams no origins.

Their work was well done and they explained everything they were going to do and what they did, I could not ask for more from them.
Showed up on time, which here is somewhat unusual but we nevertheless have a right. Sterling the gentleman on the phone explained everything ahead of time and then called the morning would be there on time.

The work was good. I am not sure about the reasonable part.
Mike, from Zurn said they couldn't get to me. I was ok with this as the water he ground as a slow stream.
Sterling went on to state $256 was for shutting off the water, opening a fire hydrant to bleed air out of the water line and pressure test the system to be sure the repair held. $35 was to get fittings and its replacement pipe.
I told Sterling. He said they don't bill by the hour; they're a plumbing firm that was respectable.
The coupling Zurn installed less than 6 months later failed. Did I predict Zurn fix it because it's under guarantee and to return? No way based on experience.
The bill as presented for $600 broken down $309 for"search for leak by digging" and $291 for"fix leak". I paid the bill by credit card and opted to telephone the office the day. $600 for less than 3 hours of work seemed high to me.
Sterling provided a further breakout of their fees. He explained the $309 has been"digging and searching for the escape". I told Sterling I revealed the two employees the spot the water came from that's where they discovered the leaking pipe less than a foot below grade. This took less than 30 minutes to allow them to dig up, remove the dirt and find the leak in the pipe.
This company was recommended to me by another vendor I've used for several years. The vendor said they did work at a reasonable price.
Monday at Sterling from Zurn told me fix truck could be out by 9am and called and asked me.

When I called to report water coming out of the floor my expertise with Zurn started out on a fantastic note on Saturday. The recorded message said I'd hear back from someone in a quarter hour. Much to my surprise, someone called me back!

I'd Zurn come to my house to replace the water fill valve, shut off valve plus a flapper, and provide tube to get a bathroom. I've utilized Zurn previously and was happy with the work performed; however this time I am still having issues with the bathroom and was charged $413 for under 30 minutes of their time as it continues to operate. I have since called three distinct technicians plus they estimated that this job should have cost no more than $250. I requested Zurn to get an bill and all they shipped was that the bill, of $413. On Amazon all the components needed cost a total of $30, so I assume that means their speed for 30 minutes is almost $400. I do not suggest Zurn and won't be using them later on.

Updating to Full Five Stars. Zurn's staff has helped out with two plumbing needs since our last inspection. To begin with, coming out to repair a sprinkler line leak at our main water line; and also a second time coming out and completely redoing our line-out to our dishwater drain line (discovered once we replaced our old dishwasher with a brand new version that the original line out had to be entirely redone). On either side, Zurn solved the problem and came out. Glad pay one price to have Zurn come outside and get it fixed right the first time.

Aleks could not have been more professional - repaired it, recognized a very tricky problem and priced it rather. Discovered another leak and issue that could have lead and took care of that. Forget the rest whenever you have a plumbing need... do not get burned - just call Zurn. (Yeah - I know it doesn't totally rhyme, but I'm no Shakespeare, so close enough)

My go to plumber! Excellent experience each moment. Quick and comprehensive. Perhaps not the least expensive but not too bad. Worth will be done correctly and fast.

I've dealt with Zurn a great bit. These guys are fantastic. We have. The pumps had ceased working. The problem was we had no actual way without cutting concrete to get. Matt from Zurn developed a game plan and got us set up with expansion tanks and new pumps which we may now preserve. No one else wanted to touch this. We have used them for different projects on the property. They are always prompt and always do a bang up job. I am hoping their years of expertise and these professionals. Thanks Zurn!

I've used Zurn Plumbing times. Now Mike P. and his assistant Jake were in my home to replace a basement pump system that had expired. End result was top notch, as I've come to expect out of Zurn. Work place was left immaculate. Both Jake and Mike were very professional, very considerate, and I will tell that Zurn is a nice place to work. Highly suggested.
