Wow! Responded to my request for quotation immediately! Their cost was. Our kitchen sink was clogged and they had been booked up for the day but I explained that our streets were being slurried Tuesday - Thursday and would they possibly squeeze us ! Maritza was super helpful and stated she would do her best to get us in today! She called to say she would come HERSELF out to make sure we had been accommodated. 1/2 hour later we're good to go with no obstructed drain!! A + if I had been to supply grades: Service. Competency: A+ Friendliness: A+. Response time: A+. Cost: A+. What more can you request? Whenever we need help in the future, We'll be calling them! Great company and great workers!
