Mike is pretty great! As soon as you're in a position to have him scheduled up he does work. I threw a great deal of at him - from installing electrical outlets to repairing some plumbing, and he was able to help when the doorbell wiring was WAY too short to achieve, install a Ring Doorbell!
Mike is a problem-solver and each task is taken by him all the way to it's successful conclusion. He works at a pace and his prices are very reasonable too IMO. What more would you want?

I have done an 1930 historic house rehabilitation and overhaul with his job and Mike was outstanding. Into MANY challenges we conducted with this kind of undertaking, but each time Mike called me to keep the project moving forward. He didn't just text me a photograph and ask me what I thought we ought to do. With jobs like this there needs to be communicating and patience by the parties and Mike was very good with this. He understood the aims of what I wanted the house and that he took pride in providing that level of workmanship and service.
Take your fake feeling of significance and entitlement cheaper, Mike is not your man, if you want a $60 fix. If you want quality work and a handyman who treats your home like his own....hire Mike and sleep better at nighttime.

Having used Copper Condition before.... They had been the first place when I had an Epic Fail of having a friend try to install my Pendant light in my dining 27, I called.
This will be my go.
Mike gave me a time.... Showed on time.... And did the work start to finish in under an hour.
Shame on me for not calling him.

After Response Crew hung a wall mounted entertainment center in my 16, I contacted mike. It ripped from the dry wall and came crashing down destroying valuables. Unlike the handyman with Response Crew, mike came in, did exactly what needed to be done to repair the matter, got it hung properly, and abandoned! Plus it was CHEAPER than the previous firm who tried running the clock to get cash. I paid half of what I paid the first time to have the job done correctly. Since he charges by the hour, he asked if there was anything else that I needed because my task hadn't taken the entire hour, until he left, done! Don't make the mistake I did and go straight to Mike!! He's efficient, honest, and friendly. Thanks mike!!

Soooo RUDE!Do yourself a favor, steer clear from this guy. I eventually blocked his number he'd leave me alone.

He got mad when I declined his quotation and messages me before he blocked him.
Not only is that the voicemail SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL but the proprietor Mike was nothing short of a jerk.

Why would I pay for a Hrly rate and whatever stuff when The entire project has been quoted for $60 from another Yelp enterprise you are going to purchase?
He got mad and texts " you get what you pay for" not with Mike you do not. You get the same as if you had used another Yelp enterprise that is respectable and pay the amount.
And for anybody interested so others can use them here, I shall update review once other Yelp company does repair and post their information.

Mike was very professional. He had been on time for his appointment and supplied the fix service. A brand new part was took by my fix and he moved for me to the store. His commission was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend Copper State Home Mainenance. Lee

I could not get the power to go on in my bedroom. I was told by repair services that were several that they could not help me for two days. Michael managed to help me. He called me to tell me exactly what time to expect him arrived on time.
He got the info that he needed for repairs, by asking questions. It was a solution that is easy . He was kind, telling me that I didn't owe him.
He introduced himself to me and my puppies.
Michael educated me regarding what to do until I call anyone. He suggested I could save money by minding a list of do's so he can get more done the next time I need his services (which can be moderately priced).
There'll be a next time!

Quite happy with our service. Technicians weren't only very helpful but some of the very respectful men I've ever met. Marco specifically has been AMAZING and assisted us with repairing damage and replacing tiles! Surely would recommend his service to clients. Company completes work at a time efficient way and believes the clients work program, household schedule etc..

Michael was instant, professional, and effective. I hired him to mount a TV on the wall, which was performed and he was nice enough to put a curtain rod up , too. He gets bonus points. Next time this really is the individual I will be contacting.

Mike went above and beyond helping me with several jobs once I purchased a house. He provided guidance that was excellent, showed up on time, completed quality work, and charged a fair cost. As I was happy with the results, I will continue to use his services.

This the best and most skillful Handyman I have ever used. He has installed lights and forced various repairs round my house 3 times this year. He's the only one I would consider to do these things for me personally since the first time that he did every time and a great job that he did. He gets the job and efficiently and and could trust him. My house is pretty well the way I want it after living in it for 30 years in Phoenix. Call him and schedule him and you won't be let down.

Michael changed a filter, painted a cupboard and prescribed the fix for a disposal. He is on board to do a whole group of other repair and upkeep items. I can't recommend him enough. He's instantaneous, intelligent, comprehensive, pleasant, compassionate (we had a glitch) and works very hard. Neat, too. Really a Handy Man! We are glad to have discovered him. He knows his stuff.

As with other reviewers, I have texted Mike to schedule, and he is responsive with booking.

Mike, thank you for doing such a fantastic job installing the shutters, and later our pet door front.
Arguably he did, he is a dog lover. I have three, and they're not docile so anytime I have strangers in the house I have to worry about whether or not they individual will be timid or the dogs will cause an issue. Mike is really easy going.
I would be remiss not to mention that the puppy door needed Mike to HAND CHISEL off block wall, which he did with a smile. I also did not buy all the ideal parts (classic), and he happily left mid-project to visit Lowes down the road.

GREAT SERVICE! Mike is friendly and got the job for done EXTREMELY I asked. He worked with my program and responded. I told him I wanted the work done and he did whatever he could to get this done including heading outside to purchase the equipment that were necessary! Enthusiasm and his work ethic made the experience enjoyable and everything was done at a reasonable price! Will refer to him in the future!

As I offered a job I would have enjoyed a quotation from Michael. However back and forth before we could settle to come out, he wasted my time by never showing up or even bothered to call or email to cancel. Would you want him starting a project for you, if this is how he values his potential clients? I'll find a few who shows better business practices and is reliable not me.

Mike was super friendly and helpful . I had a shower head that refused to pump out anything but scolding hot water. We set a day for the week, after texting Mikes mobile. He was on time and fixed all within 30 mins. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Mike showed up when he said he got right to work without wasting any time would and did a fantastic job. You can not ask for better than that!

Finished my kitchen remodel totally updated my toilet with paint, the light and backsplash boxes , upholstery, bathroom, and vanity/sink.
Would recommend him to anybody.
Very cheap, efficient, and all around work and an individual.
Excellent work... while he was at it I asked if he could consider fixing the grout in my guest toilet shower. He did that too.
