Quail Plumbing

The girl who scheduled my appointment was quite friendly.
It's not often you find a business which does not nickel and dime you for every small thing.
According to LG (do not purchase an LG drier from the way), my dryer wasn't getting heat because of a issue with our gas line so a tech by Quail Plumbing came out to my house the other day to check it out.
So I'm thinking is that going to charge me to get a fast pop in. The answer? Nothing!
It's a no-brainer I will be calling Quail when we have a plumber down the road.
He was a wonderful guy and figured out quite fast (5 minutes), that the problem wasn't the gas line.

I would, if I could give ZERO celebrity to this company! DO NOT BOOK W THEM, you may repent it. Unless you would like to spend hundreds of dollars just to get cloudy/murky water and become YELLED at Maggie, from the manager, then by all means. . Publication together.
I am quite livid. I have never dealt with individual and such an unprofessional company . They were late to our appointments several times and instead of giving a courtesy call to us they just left us waiting. There were occasions that we needed to call if they came wondering. Did they apologize. When I said this to the manager, Maggie, she responded with"Here is the support business and that is how it is!" WAIT So since it's a service business not and you can just be late apologize or take responsibility for this?! How appalling! We do not enjoy our own time and I can't sit there wondering if the plumbers are going to appear for the APPOINTMENT. All I needed was a courtesy telephone and an apology.
Besides the horrible manager and customer support, shower and our water heater weren't fixed. We had been charged hundred of bucks for them to fix our shower and water issue however ended up with water instead. I do it. But did you have to YELL at me I've never needed a manager be so rude. Oh, right, it's the"service business, it's what it is" right? You may yell at customers and be late to appointments right?

My mother-in-law's home in Scottsdale required an entire re-pipe to remove. My plumber told me to call Quail. They were kind and very knowledgeable. The job was completed by the workers in a fair period of time, under Ken's supervision. The work was outstanding, although the cost was a little more. If you need a re-pipe, I urge Quail Plumbing.

This is a great company. I'd Bob come support my water softener and then install an RO. Bob is fantastic! He is friendly, honest, extremely knowledgeable, and effectively. Technicians make commissions selling RO systems. Commission is not made by the technicians in Quail . I felt like I got a upfront, very honest and fair price for your RO system and assistance. The scheduling section is also friendly and prompt. They return to me quickly, and everything was done on a timely way. I am pleased to say I've found. Offering you Quail, you've got yourself a client.

Their major problems are in their workplace and billing department, although the plumbers themselves are nice and professional when they arrive. We had work done on September 4, compensated with a credit card, and come to find out they didn't run the card until 12/28 when they do end of this year auditing and finally filed the paperwork in the pile.
Maggie from the ribbon office that I talked with told me they left a voicemail with my wife to let her understand, yet after moving through my wife's phone, 0 missed calls, 0 voicemails were from Quail at all. She could not tell me when they called my wife, who really phoned her, or at what time the call was leading me to believe they never really called...
It is absolutely absurd to have a billing error take 3+ months to fix, to then claim you known as (and at that, why would you only call once??? You have to make certain you talk to someone regarding an issue like this), especially during the Christmas time as I do not understand where I am supposed to get an additional $230 that we'd budgeted for this repair back in September as it was done.

They were fantastic once I got ahold of them. Communicated really nicely. The te h Bob was really nice and helpful. Took about an hour. Reasonable prices. Would recommend will use these . Thank you!

I am impressed with Quail plumbing. Heath came to me house, gave me a free quotation (that was tens of thousands of dollars cheaper than the other 5 quotes I got). My water heater is slick, works rapid hot water supply and is such a space saver in my garage. Heath was quick, considerate and seemed to know his stuff.

Was a client for more than a decade and usually pleased (except that pricing was a bit high compared to other plumbing contractors). This time, however, mistakes were made that Quail didn't address. They were pleased to send a contractor to fix water damage caused by their error (a good thing), but expected me to wait for a week to get a water heater installed. Not a good way to deal with a very long time (now former) client.

When it had been possible to secure less than a celebrity I would. Their five star reviews were that which Id directed us to call them and hire them. . They came saw that the tree roots were a issue with the sewer and out conducted down a camera. The snake was used by them, and wished to make one more pass to ensure. The snake got stuck. They attempted to use a truck to pull out it that clearly made it even worse. Wanting us to cover $3,000 for them to dig out it. So I chose to make it my own Halloween decoration since it's a true Pipes Horror Story. See pictures.

Based on a fantastic experience my neighbor had with Quail Plumbing, I advised them to do mend my 2 water faucets. He listened to my description of the problems I jumped to finish the work and was using, explained the options to me. I enjoyed he explained why and what he was doing. He had some difficulties but solved them all although they being supplied by the condition of the plumbing and our faucets. I was impressed with the quality of the product with how conscientious he had been. I will utilize Quail Plumbing if needed.

I love Quail Plumbing and will be using them in the future.
I am remodeling my childhood home and had some lines extended out.
Jeremiah was amazing. As I am remodeling and have a gas fireplace I'd questions about having it checked out when I go to use . Jeremiah answered all of my questions and asked some I hadn't thought to. He worked effectively and quickly.
I put up an appointment for Wednesday early and bright and called the office back. I was happy with that. About 1:30 that day I received a call stating they had a tech in about 20 -30 minutes and would I like him to come by then? You betcha!!
We've utilized Quail Plumbing for several decades. The one time that my dad did not proceed with Quail he unfortunately was way over charged for the services offered.

We recently had some plumbing problems at our home and as always we called Quail Plumbing. From start to finish, they might not have been to utilize. Bob Bryan was really terrific. He explained everything that had caused saw each job to its own resolution. It took two visits to resolve our problems. Bob was He went on his business and got me when he needed something when he was done.

Have used Quail Plumbing for decades. Recently I have asked for Mike because he does an outstanding job. He replaced the seal when we believed a new one was necessary and replaced a water heater. Quail is not the least expensive but you get what you pay for. Maggie in front office is excellent and technicians are nice and comfortable to have in your home.

There's not simply 1 mention of their incompetence. DON'T BE THE NEXT TO NEED TO WRITE A WARNING CONSUMERS!!
Buyer beware!!! With all the competition for pipes....why risk with them send out an INCOMPETENT plumber that could lead to destruction and take NO responsibility.

He took 5 hours to replace three basket strainers and a faucet and a p-trap (he broke) and retained taking smoke fractures prolonging the job.
He was asked to turn off the water in order to replace a faucet but he turned the water off to the building which influenced the companies of their other tenants of this construction.
I was known to Quail by our usual plumber (who was too busy for us in a timely manner). The office is very client oriented and personable.
We have and one of those hair traps will not work due to the work done on the basket strainer.
Needless to say we will never utilize Quail predicated on this performance.
The plumber on the other hand was inefficient, slightly rude, incompetent, and quite cluttered (leaving bits and pieces and trash lying about).

I had several maintenance things done and a water heater. The tech who did the work, wes, wasn't the one who met me and ready the work order. He wasn't expecting as much work as I had. However he plugged on. Spent over 12 hours and got everything done. Not 1 complaint from him and he didn't cut any corners even though it had been more. I don't need to take another day off my job. Wes is awesome and I love Quail Plumbing!!
