I am rather pleased with the support we got from this company. Even having one charge us a lot of money to do the same thing and come Into our home and after calling multiple pipes we did. This company came in spent a great deal of time and helped us. Our plumber guy was Danny and he was funny and fixed our problem and we couldn't be happier.

I am still trying to decide what to do, but I feel as if I used those guys, '' I would be satisfied!!!
Working on an issue at the house of my Dad, I am not certain what I am likely to do or that I am likely to work with, but even at this stage I have to say the customer support from The Plumber Guy has been outstanding!! They have been fast to set up an cost-free appointment, prompt, friendly, and seemingly honest in their evaluation and quote.
I called from the very first plumbing place which was recommended to me personally after a quote for a second opinion. I discovered these guys.

Needed to replace a valve and our kitchen faucet, the range of work a bit harder than most. Jeremy showed up somewhat early (he known first for the heads up), repaced the leaky and faucet valves, the old tubing and also"cleaned up" the piping set-up!! Fast, educated and friendly! We will call should the need arise.

Absolutely wonderful! I wish I could give more stars. Carlin came out to estimate us a tankless water heater, the price was around what we was able to begin today and thought.
Extremely professional and answered all my questions and I feel we have for what we bought a price.
We'll surely call them for any plumbing needed upkeep or things!
Please be aware These systems aren't cheap but long term value the money investment. Watching him take the time to do all the modifications that have to be done from a routine water heater to this one are not to do, employ someone.
We ended up having a tankless system and also a whole house filtration system as well.

Because I had a new water heater installed, plumber guy came out, I had the replacement when he came waiting for Tony. I asked Tony what the cost is, and the first thing his mouth out is"you know water heaters are costly." Then Tony said let me find you a voucher. Tony then says we have a voucher that is $75 the total would be $412 rip-off it's 3 connections and Tony would be done.
You can not make this stuff up... Tony tried to bamboozle me personally.... Arizonans Phoenicians here's my story.

Came on time as promised. Fixed the problem straight away. I will set them on my list for plumbing requirements.

We're a satisfied client of The Plumber Guy! Yesterday was the second time we have used them (distinct plumbing problems each time) and we would certainly call on them again if necessary. To start with, I like that they have a person answering the phone once I call the office, instead of an attendant. Patrice at the office was friendly and helpful, she looked up my account from preceding, and organized to get the same tech (Jeremy) to come out for the support. He was able to solve my problems quickly on both occasions, and jeremy is educated, and the fees were very reasonable. We recommend The Plumber Guy.

When in use, unable to discover the leak water pouring from our kitchen faucet. Called the plumber guy and obtained an appointment for next day
Julio showed up on time, really a modest early..explained difficulty to
him and he proceeded to tighten the faucet head..."it was challenging to
get the egg off my face" never thought to check the mind was
loose. . .Julio informed me that this was a"courtesy phone" and I would
never be charged with the $79 commission... Will undoubtedly utilize their services, if
needed, and recommend them....Thanks Julio, also due to The Plumber Guy...

DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS In Case You Have an after hours Crisis. You call the amount that they record on their site to get emergency services and you then get a voice message saying if it's an emergency to phone another number they read quickly, and just ONCE, so if you aren't prepared for them to do that you may miss it and have to phone again to get it. They really should put this number on their site, they have a section for emergency providers where they repeat their main number as the one to use, why not just place this distinctive number they really want you to phone instead of just having it on a voice message only. Who has time for this during an emergency you may just call the plumber that is next .

The customer service was excellent after I got somebody on the phone. He was personable and came in the property immediately and fixed the issue.
Rodney F. was accurate when he said that the website's amount for emergencies was not an accurate amount. I complained about this. I felt that he didn't take my complaint and was vague in his explanation to do anything to modify the narrative.
I nearly fell over when he charged me to prevent a water tank escape which was causing flood in the garage. I felt he took advantage of me since I had been calling from out of country, although I know that it was after hours.

Great service. On time, reasonably priced. Ive used them two times and could use them again if the need arise.

Quite professional responsive and decent pricing. Would highly recommend.

Our Hot Water heater went Outside and Junior was Delivered out by our Sears Home Warranty . He was professional and knowledgeable. He advised. He came back and said I've got some good news and some bad news, after phoning sears. Good information Sears accepted the replacement of the hot water heater, bad news is, because our heater was 75 gallons Sears must get the unit and BK then can pick up this. We heard back in BK and Sears pipes, and we put up an appointment to have the new unit. On the afternoon of the appointment Jason and Junior showed up actually 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. 2-3 hours after we had a brand new water heater and it works great. Before they left Junior went over this new water heater's functioning. This is a great company and if you require work I would recommend. In case you've got a house warranty please ask your company if they operate with BK Pipes, if they do ask for them. 1 final thing there are no hidden fees, what they tell you it'll cost is what they charge.

Destroyed everything in their path... my A/C, an astro turf dog conduct, adaptive irrigation lines, PVC sprinkler lines, water drainage lines, flagstone paths. They destroyed all this at my house. They did cover an A/C company to"fix" my A/C that they put a hole through, but now it has a big hole in the fins. Unfortunately we weren't the ones paying the homeowners, to the job from paid them that our house was purchased by us. Also, when they set the gas line in our BBQthey didn't put the shutoff valve by the access door... it's at the back of the island BBQ and almost inaccessible. Shoddy work destruction, and a price tag. Save yourself time, money, along with the hassle and use a different company.
