I can't say enough great things! Every tech that has come out within the past few years to service our industrial a/c has been professional, friendly, and fair. When dealing with repairmen and a/c businesses we used to have opinions, but we've never had a reason to doubt that this provider.

This was the previous article, however I am adding to it. Sun City Mechanical made me quite happy this morning. Sergio, the plumber drained my water heater, checked all pipes in the house. Sinks great shower great etc.. Glenn arrived somewhat later --he is the AC tech. He analyzed of my air-conditioner equipment so yes I am ready because here comes. Thank you for your assistance and help--Sun City Mechanical. Very pleased with this company. They put in my air conditioner and heater. I am on AC, heater test and their service contract for both pipes . I had taps set in my toilet - job they did.
I've had this business at my home to replace my a/c whirlys on the roof and also to do pipes. They have fixed toilet leaks mended outside spickets and yesterday my solar hot water heater was replaced by them. Every time they have a job to do, they arrive on time and they do a meticulous job. Their technicians are careful to not leave a wreck and they describe everything they will do and the warrantys for support and parts with every job that they do. I ask for Sergio, but any of the men that work there are honest and great at what they do. If you need that repair, sergio is the expert. I will use this company eternally
I'm not sure whether they're ok or not. They said that which was clear if they scoped my sewer system. The challenge is that my realtor and didn't check costs. I paid 237 to have the scope. I know that it's cheaper elsewhere. Check prices
I wished to have the HVAC system and moved to Sun City. Sun City Mechanicals was recommended to me by a buddy. I was very impressed with Glenn, the technician's knowledge and professionalism, and the price for tuneup and the review was very fair. I'll continue to use them and recommend them.
I predicted SCM when my mom had a leak under her bathroom sink. They got over there the day that I called and took care of her. They had their very own restoration business replace drywall, to dry out the carpet, fix and even handle the insurance claim.
I called them since they're who we use at my work and that I believed that I could trust my mother to them and they would not benefit from her. She couldn't have been more pleased with the whole process and the technician who came. Thanks SCM!!

Sergio from Sun City Mechanical just left and he had been a pleasure to manage, while he didn't have any good news regarding my dripping toilet. On time, helpful and very personable. Showed me the problem and the answer (new bathroom ) will soon be back a week to install.
I have used Sun City Mechanical for 4 occupations and each one a great experience. Sergio came out to help out us with fittings that needed replacing and he's efficient and competent and clean. Sun City Mechanical will work with you. They will put in a fixture for them to install as well as recommending ones and providing for you, you buy. They will call you if there is a delay and are instantaneous and they have never left a mess. Looks like SCM is my plumber in the valley.
I do not know how many stars to put here. We requested a quote for our garage for a Mitsubishi mini-split. Electrical ready to go. They quoted a various poor unit so we asked to get the Mitsubishi quote and called them back. It was hard enough to find the first quote and of course they said"sorry thought he'd given you the quote". Well it's been two months now and no telephone, no quote. As stars, maybe it should be ZERO because they do not care if they've a new client. Guess they just don't need the cash. They're off our list.
They recommended a product, we bought it & now we're stuck. Install one of those 1 ton wall or our only option is to obtain a 5ton unit.
Please don't make the same mistake. Get several opinions!!! There has to be greater!
Buyer beware!!!! They sold a Rudd to us and we have been unhappy since! We've had them outside for problems to check and among their support men really told me that they don't function. With them!!!, and we spent 5k
I bought a home in surprise may of this year in april the vendor needed sun city mechanical come out to get a review. The technician said the ac was working.properly and the drain was totally clear upon a review of their home I bought the inspector discovered rust at the drain and said the ldrain line needed a clog we moved to the vendor and they made a reciept from sun city mechanical. Not even 30 times after.move in. I developed a water leak in my bathroom I had called my home guarantee. Checked it. Fround the trap for the drain clogged. With this leak. It ruined my walls. I called sun city mechanicaland so much as went to the workplace. Showed them the harm ( clogged snare ) and pictures of my ruined wall. The technician was shipped by them out a few days later and said. They are not responsible. I have called them back numerous moment. With not getting anywhere. I would never and I mean never reciament sun city mechanical to anybody. I have filed a report with the bbb. Buyer beware. Dont use sun city mechanical
WOW! An builder. We were in a hurt, because our water heater stopped working while we were off. I could not get the pilot light lit after the directions as printed on the unit. Had a buddy stop by and that he had no chance. Call my Nieghbor and he said I have used these guys for years and have always been satisfied. I told them my problem and call them. The staff was courteous and very helpful in ensuring they got someone outside here. They called prior to getting here and even gave me a reasonable time period. The water heater is about ten years old so I figured I was going to get the big one. Sergio fixed the issue, and ask a couple of questions. I know the directions do not really clarify about warmer temps. So problem repaired and cost was much better than what I expected. They will get my business and also have my vote. Fantastic job!
