We've used Billy Ray twice and both times he was quick respond through text and to answer the telephone. He arrived the following day, confirmed that he was on his way, cared for the job and showed up we had done. I was not there this past time so he might have taken advantage and gave us components and services we didn't need but he mended our hose bib without replacing it. We will continue to utilize his services and recommend him to friends.

Experience as the other reviews. Called due to these reviews. Service was prompt, courteous, and reasonable, with craftsmanship. Did I state instant --next day support (and I called on a Sunday evening). I use JIREH again.

JIREH pipes was fantastic! I phoned BillyRay and clarified the problems we were having using the shower valve and he was able to come back out the exact same day to fix it. He was honest and quite reasonably priced.

That the remainder of the team is a bit more friendly. Doubt I'll be calling this business any time soon.
One of those drivers that were friendly, plate ending in 91, decided he didn't require a signal and chose to muscle into my lane on the freeway. When I realized he was going to edge out me, I slowed so he could pass and proceeded to the shoulder.

I loved that we received a phone back and we may have our appointment at a time that was convenient. Over the phone JIREH already had a couple of great ideas of exactly what the issue was. After an exhaustive inspection of the vibrating pipe issue, it was quickly resolved and the price was right.

Billy Ray came out and was able to estimate our RO difficulties. That we wouldn't have more problems in the future he was able to reconfigure our drain system. He was honest and kind .

I had a nightmare of a project before me and a shower valve blow out. I had called around and obtained a couple quotations while also learning the put the valve screws into was threaded and barely hanging in there. I'd no use to my bathtub and a bill that is dreaded . Billyray was recommended by a random person in Jirah Plumbing, while I had been in the pipes store getting educated. Billyray offered me prices alternatives, and educated me along the way. Honesty and his professionalism had me convinced he had been by far the man for the task. Billyray was reliable, promp, professional, personable, and did not cut through my cabinets on the wall to create the repair happen (such as others wanted to perform .) Billyray did a fantastic job and even took time to follow up a week or so later although it was a project that is tough. My bathtub is amazing and I will certainly recommend Billyray to others and utilize his services for any long term demands!

Plumbing issues do not wait patiently, raise their hand, smile and ask if it is a good time to leak, clog up, some other nastiness around your residence or spew water. No, of course not. That happens while you're sleeping, coping with cooking dinner, toddlers or * gasp * not at home. Good times. Billy Ray came shortly after and repaired and returned my call quickly my irrigation system that decided it was trying to become a water fountain and wanted a career change. Call Billy Ray. Fantastic support! Now Billy Ray replaced the inventory shower with extension rod and a Rainshower head. In addition, he cranked up the water pressure from an external valve to earn the shower spray nice and the faucets have force. We are in need of pipes service, will be calling .

Billy Ray was awesome. He might have billed in which my Moen cartridge was stuck but a whole new pipe to be replaced by me he worked for it out. He had been here and his prices were fair. If we buy our new house to put in a flow-tech method to fight this difficult water from Arizona, I will certainly be calling him. Thank you Billy Ray!!
