Among the AC compressors was creating a noise. The tech checked all parts to guarantee all worked well, hinged any components to the compressor to stop rattling's walls. Very pleased with their support and repair.

My ac unit moved down yesterday. My house guarantee said 2 days!!!! This is the second time - I can not say enough great things. The guys are always on time, professional, really enlightening and capable. All the air filters changed out . No cost. Did I mention that each time that I get the invoice I DON'T feel as though I was overcharged. Not the case for another major name AC company I used last year.... Hands down the best AC business in the valley - and I'd know because I deal with many- I'm a realtor.

5 celebrity Customer service from begin to finish! My technician Joshua arrived for a general review of my new system in a brand-new condo. He found an part that would have caused the device to stop heating or cause damage. He followed a few days later to let me know that he'd checked with the manufacturer and the part was under warranty saving me $$!! Was satisfied with my service - impressive! Highly recommend!

Firm that explained everything in detail before they did it. I am hoping I don't need to replace my ac anytime soon but if I do I will call them.

These guys are great! We had both of our components checked by Kyle with AC by J today. He was a wonderful guy and so lead and hard working. He was quite thorough and the services are reasonably priced. (We bought our unit out of them 2 years ago. Works GREAT!)

We've used AC by J a Few Occasions. Nate is your serviceman who came to look at the unit just to discover the variable speed motor had blown. They found a brand new motor and had it installed in no time the following day! Nate was superb. Everyone was naturally, and we appreciated their quick and efficient support. I'd suggest to anybody.

I've had AC BY J both endeavor to fix my AC unit, and ultimately put in today a brand-new unit, which occurred.
Unfortunately for the sake of the review, I cannot remember those men who were at the fix team's names - but they were great. I attentiveness and appreciated their honesty, and actually taking the time to ensure I knew all the details of my AC unit and all my repair options. My previous unit was extremely inefficient and quite old. Nonetheless, the AC BY J group was really happy if that's exactly what I wanted to fix.
I am quite content with my unit that is new that is new! Importantly, I thought pricing was fair for everything they did and that I got! Thank you AC BY J, I am a really happy customer.
Personally, I decided that a brand-new unit would be greatest, which was installed. Tyler was fantastic! I appreciate the time he and his colleagues spent today to earn matters were done taking the opportunity to explain everything they were doing in detail.

Jason took the time to do a overview of the system and found part of this duct had failed. We had been experiencing flow into the rear of the home for YEARS until Jason found the problem and solved it. This is a company that is trustworthy and I highly recommend them.

Among our AC units beginning making a grinding sound on Easter, of all days. We called anticipating the worst, but were pleasantly surprised. AC by J had somebody out within a few hours and we were charged a very reasonable price, everything considered.

Everyone I dealt with (Roxanne, Mark & Melvin) were excellent. Roxanne gave me a time for my appointment and then called me around 20 minutes before Mark & Melvin arrived. Both Melvin & Mark were educated exceptionally polite and patiently answered my question all. I was please when you consider everything you 25, that I decided to register for their care program that is quite reasonably priced. I will be a very long term client! .

Juan was my tech. He was useful, informative and friendly. He needed to spend a whole day in my house and I felt.
I felt he made sure I had a clear understanding of all the repairs needed and explained everything very well. He has been nice and was very professional.

Hadn't had my AC units maintained in 3 decades. Jess at the office has been very responsive, helpful and friendly.

Morning of the year our heat pump decides to quit working. Called AC by J early on a Saturday morning based on another door app recommendation. Got their owner but got a call back within 10 minutes. Scheduled an appointment for that Saturday morning. The technician was there before noon, he showed up when he was supposed to! He ascertained that a wire came loose and had to be replaced. While he had been there, he offered a price and fixed it. Technician was professional and charged us $10 less than that which he quoted. We signed up for their maintenance program. Overall a good experience!

Incredibly service provided by this organization and their employees. We had a AC emergency and they immediately responded and installed components . A few glitches were remedied. Their free plumbing review resulted in fixing a few issues and information about preventative repairs that were essential. Frequently you might be talking with the owner who is very busy in the business. Highly recommend these people

I recommend AC by J as your heating and cooling team. They have been used by us for over a decade and they have always provided outstanding service and they are. Recently, we had Juan Bustamante out to support our furnace for winter - we ask for Juan since he explains everything he's currently doing in detail and is quite detailed. When Juan is done you know why and what's been done - which we appreciate.
AC by Jay replaced our HVAC system a few years back and did a fantastic job start to finish. We will not use anyone else - period.

Quick, friendly and exceptionally tan. Jon courteous, was professional and cleaned the AC. Because he desires it, hopefully management has a handy source of sunscreen.

Fantastic firm who has employees. They call the day before their scheduled appointment and a half hour before the times appointment. My new installment was installed by technicians that showed they cared about supplying a device that was perfectly installed. They answered all my questions which showed me that they were a trained crew who had the experience needed. I've utilized many other AC businesses with a very bad experience by some and that I strongly advocate AC by J.

We had to replace 1 ac unit and repair another. The heat wave last week was hard. When both travelled out units I was quite worried about just how much it would cost and how much time it could take to correct.
Ac by J reacted. They were about what needed to be carried out informative. Now everything is fixed, I will tell the job is quality. They offered a cost for the replacement. Not only that with was considerate and quite friendly. I hope they aren't needed by us soon, although I would recommend them! They were great!!
