After promised the job was complete. (How frequently is a general builder capable to state ?!) There were not any surprises or disappointments. In the few events where we had an issue regarding the work's appearance or caliber, Danny or his crew came back to fix it to our criteria.
Danny from Solid Home gave a just and thorough estimate I was able to compare to others bidding on the same job. After we signed, Danny was busy with other jobs (a fantastic standing will do that!) , and Danny committed to beginning about two months out.
Danny or his crew showed up daily at the time that is guaranteed and worked through to the guaranteed end time every day. There was a choice/decision to be 14, danny asked for our input signal.

So happy I went with his firm and Danny. They did a superb job remodeling our bathroom. Danny was very thorough in describing the whole procedure and accessible to answer any queries I had. He knows his stuff. Can't wait to update our kitchen! Thank you

This firm has zero interest to conduct business with us. I took the opportunity to take pics of the toilet, windows, walls, shower space has to be achieved and we require a contractor within our hills home. I took the opportunity to fill out all the needed questions . I read the great reviews and I am excited to give them a business enterprise. We have 3 properties in Fountain Hills and one condominium that should be updated by 2019 too. The owner did not even had any courtesy to text, call my husband for any alternate date or even any"options".

Danny recently completed two projects. One was subway tile backsplash setup and a laminate flooring. Two bathrooms were being replaced by the other job. Both jobs were completed above expectations. People have commented how the flooring and backsplash seem. The jobs were clean every day that his team was working on them. He completed the plumbing job in a couple hours. Having worked with construction trades people in the past, Danny is a true professional. He knows how to price a project and get it done within the timeframe he quotes. I shall call him for all my renovation requirements. I shall wait for the top quality work, although He'll most likely be busy.

Two weeks after the kitchen was finished I had horrible water damage in my upstairs bath (maybe not a remodel I was planning on). The walls were torn out and tile has been broken. This firm came in and saved the day. Both bathroom and my kitchen seem amazing. I have had them perform plumbing, drywall, tile, electrical and countertops and every aspect came out to perfection. I would recommend this company to anybody looking to do.
This was my first renovation and Danny was great! The crew was great to work with and always on time. I knew what was going on and the project has been completed immediately when they said it would be (totally unheard of).

I utilized Solid Home Renovations for floor installation. I opted to go with a tile which seemed like distressed wood for easy care and for the attractive appearance. Danny is very talented and exact on his work. The work of danny says it
Danny inquired what I wanted the appearance and the pattern to be and came into my home? I clearly had a look on my face, which I did because I had no clue what he was asking me, and Danny began to clarify what he asked. I still had no clue how I wanted the appearance to be; I didn't know because I couldn't picture it, how the tile should match with the grout lines. I'm very visual so I left it up. I'd seen Danny's pictures of his work and that I was left impressed so I decided to hire himand I am glad I did. He did an wonderful job on my 2000 sqft house. You can walk the entire house and his routine work is speechless. Nothing is to be discovered although I expected to have a problem or a mistake.

We remodeled 3 bathrooms (that was our first redesign ) and so are very nervous about the process. We interviewed 5 builders and the quote of Danny was by far the most detailed. His crew of guys and he worked 6 days a week each morning arriving at 7. They did their very best to make us feel comfortable while they worked and made certain daily to wash up. Their work is exceptional and we are thrilled with the results. If you want somebody who's easy to communicate with, fine with last minute changes:-RRB-, highly skilled, and punctual....Danny is your guy!!

Solid Home Renovations removed an old sliding glass door and arrived in and replaced it with French doors. They did an incredible job. Very precise with their own work. They took their time, cleaned as they moved, and took pride in their work. Great work! We look forward to using them again soon for more jobs!

Thinking back on some other previous experiences that my family and I have ever experienced hiring somebody to own something in our house installed, fixed, remodeled, etc., regardless of other company, staff or individual for that matter, has even come close to providing the level of quality and support that I've received from Danny and his staff. Does Danny appear to be a"jack of all trades", but also in rare manner he is also turned out to be a master of them as well - he and his team understand and perform their work with precision and passion.
Solid Home Renovations (SHR) - 5 stars doesn't do so business justice, there needs to be another degree for outstanding companies that consistently exceed their client's expectations. If large quality and unwavering integrity at a rate are the criteria for hiring a contractor to execute your next home improvement project, you have to look no farther than Solid Home Renovations.
Sort of like a mechanic, it's difficult to almost impossible to find somebody you can trust, that will perform excellent workadvantage of. Solid Home Renovations hits on all cylinders - trustworthy quality and ethics - all at a very reasonable rate. Danny and his staff are now my"go to" for any home improvement needs I might have in the future. Now, if I could just find a fantastic mechanic...
I originally asked Danny if he could perform needed repairs ) a shower enclosure within our master bath (not being completely fastened to the wall) and two ) re-flushing our principal entrance door in addition to a set of outside-leading bedroom French doors to fix significant gaps because of being unevenly mounted to the frames (past a straightforward weather stripping repair ) - that was allowing for heat to enter, conditioned air to escape and basically laid out a welcome mat for a variety of insects, spiders, etc.. While checking the guest shower (sharing a frequent wall with the master bath ), Danny noticed that the valve there was overlooking a sleeve/backing which prevents water from gathering from the shower wall - that he took care of that for us as well. I gave Danny a fast call and asked if he would have a peek at it if coming out to perform another work (assuming he'd diagnose the problem and schedule another appointment to execute the fix at a later date). His staff and danny came the scheduled afternoon and performed the repairs discussed on the initial quotation, but also mended the leak. As though that weren't sufficient, Danny went over and beyond to tackle several added details - which included making adjustments to our water pressure and temperature (water heater) to achieve comfortable settings.

I could not be happier with the work. They repaired a. I have never worked with a professional renovation team. They were dependable, prompt, clean, and fairly priced. I'll be calling them in the future!

Contacted Danny through yelp, scheduled an onsite meeting to get a bath remodel and got a rough estimate. First I need to say, I'm to whom I deal together particular and punctuality can be a very first impression indicator. You don't need to be 10 minutes early, simply be punctually. Danny scheduled some time because of his heavy workload, and then he adhered to it. My spouse and I and he met discussed our options and decided to hire him to replumb our shower. Remember, not because he was the cheapest, but because he spoke with optimism, understood what we asked for and knew how to knock it out. We included a showerhead, 3 way diverter, capped a drain and moved and centered a drain that was new. Danny left our toilet clean and free of any construction debris, and is meticulous. Kudos to these guys. I will absolutely recommend his crew and Danny to anybody. And today when some asks about a plumber I will say,"You're in luck, I've got THE man"
