Why specific parts failed 19, he made sure everything under the sink was in working order and explained. His character also gave me a feeling that he cares about the task he does prior to leaving the job website. Any questions will be answered by him . A wonderful person to work with. I have procured RVO as one of my"Go Team" players. As a Real Estate Broker, it is crucial for me to have a team of top notch professionals that don't just know what needs to be performed, but knows how to, can, and does get anything the job is DONE--on time and within budget. RVO is that business for me.

The day it goes out again because this man does not know what he is doing, 27, and this time I am pissed! I called Roberto and let him know its doing the exact same EXACT THING that's why I called you in the first place for coming out and me charged. His response on the phone with me was,"Maybe you need to call the manufacture because I don't know what the dilemma is" WOW!!!!! What a waste of money and time.
If you're looking for a plumber or any sort of water heater maintenance, fix, or simply anything replaced then trust me when I say this is NOT the provider. Just look at their latest reviews (which I should have known better to do) and you can see a great deal of individuals are not satisfied with their inadequate absence of service.
In the event that you read under what the management said is that he responded that someone explained that there is a fee for quotes when in fact we were not. The woman on the phone never explained until he charged for a service of looking at the water heater and not even doing anything to 31, that nor did Roberto! Oh yah because you're paying for their"labour" of just looking at your own water and giving you b.s. answers.
Save your money and your own time and don't use this business! Trust me when I say this business is a BIG RIP OFF! I called them to look in our water heater because the water heater kept going out and we had to turn the water heater for the water off and on to heat up. He explained the reason was because there was to keep the area clean and spider webs and because the valve was about high for the water heat so we did, and to reduce it.
This company does not want to refund my money for their B.S. service that's fine as I'll phone my credit card company to dispute the fee since they did not fix anything. Oh yah and then this is the ideal location if you'd like customer service that is rude! Roberto actually had the nerve to say to me,"well I hope that the other company charges you longer" Who says that to some client?! I remember paying to get my water heater fixed that the one issue I have is paying someone who did mend NOTHING!!!
Thursday that the exact same THING HAPPENS and we call he and Roberto comes out again to look at the water heater an hour. He clarifies that perhaps commercial water heater so that it's much larger rather than a residential?! ACTUALLY it is a water heater since it states on manuals and all my receipts from home depot so please stop using the BS! Whether it is a commercial or a residential, and why should it matter? He keeps talking about how the new water heaters doesn't know what could be the reason and have a lot of detectors. He explains that the flap on the top keeps in which the oxygen should come from going down and he messes with it and then it begins working.
I seem to know what they're talking about when we told him what sort of water heater we had and wound up calling another company who gives FREE ESTIMATES, unlike Robert who seemed to know very little to nothing .

Woman on the telephone is impolite. This provider isn't professional. They'll reschedule your appointment 2 hours before your appointed time. I'd avoid this provider.

They fixed it and this time I got an educational lesson about the best way best to maintain my sinks sewer line into my bathroom connection from my sink.

Do not use this company for your sewer lateral. They had been doing a sewer lateral throughout the street now and within 30 minutes they cut through the Comcast coax cables in the floor and closed our cable and net off for the whole day, I am hoping it is fixed by tomorrow by Comcast who has to run a new line below the street. Hey didn't even have the decency to tell me they'd ruined the line that I spent an hour. Stay away. Update Comcast can not mend it for a few days!

Plumbing support I've had. Unlike Roto rooter which kept moving back the job that was scheduled by hours RVO came on dispite and time the sink plugging up again the supervisor arrived and repaired the problem in a jiffy.
For all of your plumbing requirements, I would recommend RVO.

The only upsetting part of the service was once the call-taker called to inform me that I would have to cover than the price that is quoted when no extra work was performed beyond their requested service. Then, offered me a little"discount" off the higher price, which would have been more than the quoted price. The reasoning was because they had been unaware the part was a kit and it would take as long as it did. I picked this company due to a support that was great, although I mentioned that I received three quotes and one of those men knew the part was kit. The plumber explained that the man who quoted me a much price would have tried to charge. My idea was,'Likey'all did.' I kept this to myself. Anyway, long story longer, I didn't pay any extra, my interaction for the length of the time was great.
The job was, to unplug the hair went client support was amazing, he came punctually, performed by the very first visit at quoted price.

The next visit, to replace part of our water heater didn't go. He came on time and done the job. The job took more than they expected because he was unaware that GE water heaters utilized a kit program for replacement, and he needed to leave to get resources to complete the job, but none of this bothered me too much. I was concerned he didn't possess the tools to complete the job because we advised the call-taker of what type of gear we needed, when he came, but he seemed certain he did and he could complete the job.
I phoned them a third time since although the client service for the past visit was lacking, the service was great. This time we had a clog from the pipes because of baby wipes. The repair has been resolved our problem that is immediate and speedy.

Onto the occupation. . I accepted the job on Thurs and RVO Rooter was able to schedule/get permits/do everything needed the next day that is VERY! Talk about efficiency and knowing what has to be carried out. I was impressed the weather in this period was terrible as well as since I actually needed my lateral substituted. Friday was the 1 day the forecast said no rain. I was told by daniela that her staff could be coming out on Friday and be completed around 3-4pm. Guess what? Roberto and his team arrived EXACTLY at 8am and has been performed around ~3:30pm. I love working. . That informs me . They take their job seriously and two. They've done this before and know precisely how much time it takes.

They came and I called and worked until it was so dim that they had a lamp.

To the stage , they came out to fix the toilet that wouldn't flush and I will keep it short, captured here at 9:15 and was walking out the door work that is really good, at 9:30.

I got the message machine and predicted mid-morning on a Saturday. Roberto dispatched a truck to get there within another half hour and returned my phone. True to his word, Phil drove up in his truck than an hour total after I left the message that was . It took a couple of elbow grease shoving on the snake down the lateral. It looked bad - indeed yuck, until he cleared the lineup, but Phil would not quit. It took an hour to an hour and a half to complete the work, but he cleared it. Price was very fair! Plumber & RVO Rooter was fast, low cost, and got the work!

Phil arrived at our home on time, as promised, to assess and repair a water leak which migrated through an sheetrock wall from our shower/tub valve. He is a experienced and very expert plumber. The problem was diagnosed and repaired following the necessary removal of a part of replacement and sheetrock of some copper pipe plus a 90 degree L. He worked diligently for two hours to accomplish his work and replaced the sheetrock cut out nicely. The price paid was reasonable and included a $25.00 older reduction. He offered a BS line about taking care of his customers to me. I shook his hand and figured that we were valued customers. I believe anyone contemplating RVO for any service that is significant should try. I recommended him to a different neighbor who's an experienced contractor, and he felt that his bidding was totally outrageous.
It was too late for us, because we have not really fixed anything and we must consider our following options. Extremely frustrating. Any recommendations in our field are welcome.
Unfortunately, this deal is not being honored by him. I guess I should have known better, but his employees have been friendly. Ernesto should go into business for himself, because the owner of RVO is just bad news. He does not line-item his bids, he did not provide any reduction, of course not and when he finds out that the range of work was more economical and easier to fix.
Roberto is a business person that is bad. He hung up on me because I asked him to honor his guarantee our lines would be after spending $ 7k to a lateral replacement apparent. When they replaced our sewer lateral, I had requested him to inspect our shower and toilet drains. Instead of doing this for us, he maintained that when we had problems, he'd look after it for no cost. The reason for this is that he was sure that our problem was just with our lateral.

After a lot of mechanical thumping and what can best be called"a ferret and a cobra going at it in the pipes", he broke through. He fixed a flow replaced the snare and gave us a bill - with a discount.

Mike was excellent - not only did he spend more time than he had originally thoughthe came back on a Saturday morning with a monster of a machine that he assured me"gets through anything."
When you find a dedicated, reasonable and competent service supplier, you maintain them - and you tell your friends. Our bathroom sinks were not draining well and it had gotten to the purpose of fixing it. After giving it a shot in my own, reluctant to pay out for a specialist, I realized,"I require a professional." I called RVO.
So - great price, great service - and - coming out on a rainy Saturday morning with no"weekend surcharge" - those guys are keepers.
