Needed to replace the water heater. Got a text right after we got off the phone as well telling us who was coming and that which his background/qualifications were.
Jared was super knowledgeable and fast to diagnose exactly what all had to be done bring up the connections to code and to replace the 32 year old unit. He walked us through exactly what all had to have done and just how much they were going to estimate us. He got straight to work and in a short amount of time we had a new water heater up and running After we stated yes.

Awesome! Andrew saved the day. Had a escape and he discovered an alternate . He fixed it great... up to now. Very professional and had a good time. He is our plumbing guy!! Thank you Andrew!

Jared (plumb tech) and James (general manager) were very helpful today. James had phone etiquette and listened to my worries. Jared came out and was very patient, making an attempt to go through all protocols to recognize the faint natural gas leak I smelled from the fireplace. He also walked around the building and clarified things about the gas and pipes lines. I proceeded to schedule him to fix the leak because they did a great job on the assessment and flush out the hot water tank.

The plumber Jared did a great job fixing a pinhole in the copper pipe after we also installed the filtration system inside our house and had a water leak. He answered all of my queries and was very knowledgeable. Thank you for the great support.

Oak Plumbing, from begin to finish is a firm that is 5-star. You get exactly what you pay for, and you're paying. I'll definitely use them again. . .although, no hard feelings, but I hope I never have to:)
, discovered a leak in our ceiling. Looked up plumbers within minutes and on Home Advisor I received a call from Oak Plumbing. Extremely courteous, prompt and professional staff: in our technician, the scheduling group, Andrew.
Andrew and fast forward 24 hours is in my toilet, fixing our leak's origin. As I am writing this review, He's still here. He represents Oak Plumbing nicely with a courteous and friendly demeanor, and fantastic plumbing expertise. All avenues of potential leaks tried and is discovered the origin within the hour.

I am updating all the faucets in my property. I called two additional plumbers back. I told them and they sent me a couple of choices. Oak Plumbing made an appointment to the next weekday and called me right away. I received a text of who was coming as well as their picture (nice touch)! Andrew came for the appointment. He was considerate, polite and had good customer support. He assisted me and they look magnificent. I would recommend this company and would request Andrew again!!

This outfit is one of the greatest pipes contractors I have had the joy to use.
I had difficulties with the pipes work and they were fast to cover the issue with a more informed employee who resolved my concerns.

Our plumber was Anthony Rumery. Anthony took care of the problem and the cost was a support call.
I had the chance to use the services of Oak Plumbing now, and was pleased with their professionalism and attitude.

The technicians who came to our house were courteous, professional, type, knowledgeable, and efficient. They came ON TIME, (even called us to determine if they could come sooner ), maintained booties on their shoes. We needed a plumber to fix our shower diverter and they did an home inspection, assessing all the pipes, the water heater . They supplied alternatives and information to not just our difficulty, yet to fix. They were similar, while the quotes were a bit expensive. You get exactly what you pay for, I say. After all was said and done, the fee has been fine, and the work was so fantastic. I would advise Oak Plumbing for certain.

I scheduled a consultation with them and about the afternoon of the appointment and window of time they were supposed to arrive, they canceled my appointment and offered into a rescheduled appointment for 3 days after. No offer of reduction, no offer of to do it. If this is how you treat a client that is new, I'm glad you did not get my business. . .who knows how good your workmanship is. People take some time off of work zero compassion.
Update: The business left me a message additional explanation, of apologies and offered a 10% reduction in addition. For that at least the follow-up is respected by me, and do recommend their dispatchers lead for this when canceling an appointment; as the customer is directly impacted by the inconvenience and induces me to scramble for another plumber.

So happy to have our plumbing issues all fixed. Jared came out on time and I gave him my list of things to do. The trip fee was waived/applied into the job and he ended within one hour and a half. Oak Plumbing came to my rescue! Andrew came over and managed to let me know the issue and fix it using a water heater after having issues with my faucets as well as water pressure plugging up Thank you and thank you Andrew Oak Plumbing!!!

The customer service is is great. Obtaining a reply very quick to get company. I got a good appointment date. Tech came on time and got a text message him well on ETA. He quoted me $368 for a single bolt and putty replacement, when he got here. I told him I had replaced for $370 and I had quotes from different firms. Then he said he predicted but not sure he called and got quotation $300. Because it was on a time frame, I approved. But the part he used was no more than $50. Therefore it signifies for 30 minutes worth of work they were $250 per hour. The bathroom is functioning fine and performed. I wouldn't suggest this area nor use them again as they are extremely over priced. Shop around you can get service for about half price. Also, I did not receive a receipt and had to follow them up.

We phoned Matt to visit our house bc we need a brand new water heater, he left the appointment with us to see exactly what we had and also the day of our appointment, he came right on time that that alone is very impressive, and we informed him exactly what different options we're looking at to get and he can accommodate what we decide to go with! He is very professional and knows his business! We highly recommend Calling Matt at Oak Plumbing! You can not go
