I decided to look more and found that a appliance repair firm that gave me a firm quote ($280 + parts; 3 guys demanded ).
Very much love the upfront honesty of this provider. Will be my first choice when I have a real"pipes" repair on my palms.
Stacked WD leaking from the Y jack in the trunk and was impossible for me to access. Flood Brothers came punctually after I made an appointment. Free diagnosis. Described they could take action, but might need 2-4 guys (to access the hoses/connectors) and also the price would be expensive due to this.

Giovanni and his team responded same day to our own water main leak... the dreaded PVC kind (150 ft long) connecting to the city meter under a concrete driveway. Now we've got a fresh copper line (using 12 year guarantee ) routed NEXT into the driveway instead of beneath it. One of the team did a job replacing concrete driveway's part which needed to be removed in the course of the repair/installation.
It is so reassuring to know an honest and capable local plumber.
While the significant job was 25, and simply to prove that they do jobs too, Giovanni substituted our wonky kitchen trash disposal.

Update: after Flood Brothers failed sewer lineup for us, making a 5-star review from me, I hired them for a whole lot of things: replacing an exterior drainpipe that had corroded, relocating many pipes beneath the house to generate way for a base retrofit, also replacing our water heater with a new tankless model.
Mike and his team, just as earlier, were specialist, did work that is clean and efficient, and stood by what they did. When the water temperature wasn't hot enough, Mike came back right away to make adjustments. Mike coordinated with the base contractor to be certain things were done as needed, when I had questions about the placement of pipes that were relocated.

Thanks for Giulio for the service that is professional, prompt and honest! I had a problem with two sinks and believed it was a problem with my water supply, but Flood Brothers and Giulio spotted the issue straight away - some bacteria and gunk. FB would be recommended by me based on my experience that is positive. Thanks again!!

Efrain and Jordy in five minutes place run the snake through my plumbing and explained that the drains where ideal and there was no need of doing anything else. Me did not even charged since the said they did not do nothing, so what I did because my business is a store, I gave them one each to them for free. I truly recommend their services.
Efrain and Jordy came in a last minute call after I had been left from a different Plumbing company with out any answers since last Friday, this other pipes company had told me they could not unclogged our drains also that we needed to spend $500.00 for a hydro jet cleaned, I'd accepted because we where desperate, but they never came back, Thanks God!

The Flood Brothers team are a few of the best, most useful, and set with. Response time is obviously fast and they go out of their way. Special shout out to Giulio who managed to squeeze us on an especially busy day -he could not have been more helpful or considerate, and moved out of his way to show me the way to fix/eliminate the issue in my own when it occurs again. I discovered Flood Brothers on Yelp and the reviews were spot on. The best experience I've had arranging for a plumber. Jerry came out and I looked for a leak specialist and honestly told me that I didn't have a flow and assisted identify exactly what the issue was. He had been so good that I booked him to return and take care of my tankless water heater flushing. Everybody from Madison and Daniel who assisted me to Jerry and team and answered the phones has been very useful, professional and fantastic communicators. They are my brand new technicians and I can't recommend them highly!

Giovanni is hands down one of the best business owners I've ever come across, I had a bad Encounter with a handy man who messed up the plumbing in my shower, and so I reached out for this company to Get a professional job (as expected based on the reviews) when Somebody came out it didn't quite go as Anticipated, So Giovanni (the Proprietor ) reached out to me and Advised me he'll be sending his Subject supervisor over, Brandon came out with his assistant Eddie and brandon perfectly fixed everything right away, Brandon and Eddie were super professionalI couldn't be happier with a business, this can be world class service and Giovanni takes clients concerns very badly which will guarantee the success of a Company

I called the office in the home to get a few small leaks. Day of service: everything handled with excellent quality and efficiency. Efrain worked and came on time. Each entry into our home he put on shoe booties. He replaced a defective angle stop valve, after which he shifted tub sink piece & a leaky kitchen faucet connection. By how fast they did everything really impressed!

Justin, who had been and ready to fall by on short notice and had a small opening was advised by her. He was personable and professional and assessed my scenario. The very best part: while he didn't have the required parts available, he offered to return after he had a chance and I was thrilled that I might have this coped with delays.
Every part of my conversation was fantastic and while I don't anticipate having any plumbing issues, I'll be committing Flood Brothers a call if I really do.
So I contacted Flood Brothers through Yelp with some urgency I had and was pouring water on my kitchen floor. They responded to the Yelp message item in just a few minutes about scheduling a visit and I had been conversing.

I called Flood Brothers now because there was a puddle of water in my garage. Giulio the technician came out within an hour of my own calling. He ran all types of tests to see where the water came out, and he took the base of my dishwasher off. He identified it as the dishwasher and I was shown by him. He even spoke to my landlord for me personally. I still expected a service call charge, although they don't work on dishwashers. He waived it.
These guys are my new plumbers. Thanks guys!

Another 5 stars for Efrain and Also for Flood Bros.. This is actually the second time and he is kind, courteous, efficient, knowledgable, and professional. My sink was fixed by him in under an hour. He is the best!

Called them for a toilet that was flooded and at my doorway Gulio showed up at a half hour. Put on his plastic shoes out and also fixed the problem in less than 2 min. . .thank you much Gulio!!!!

Following an initial problem with an overdue technician, I was contacted by Giovanni and he arranged for someone to come over (same day) in the time that I said we would be home. Giovanni apologized and delivered within Jerry, who was fine and gave us our choices and was overall great to work with. Our clogged pipe turned out to become a bigger problem than expected (and so remains ongoing), but Jerry was extremely beneficial and translucent and has done everything to help our scenario. He was friendly with our bothersome dogs, arrived after hours arrived exactly on time, remained what he expected the task and is continuing to offer advice and great service. Jerry and Giovanni have gone beyond and over and I'm extremely impressed with not just their job so far, but with their response to the original annoyance and their attempts to make it right. They made it a model for client support and took an unfortunate circumstance, and we appreciate it!

I phoned 3 plumbers for bids two showed me pipes rusted though maintained that was the problem. They were older pipes pipes they were rather catchy their bids were both around $3000. (My zip code did not help). Flood bothers pointed out this I am not use too such honesty like the previous days. They repaired my problem for less than $500. Men I've discovered a plumber I want a fantastic electrician & Carpenter. I was blown away I am so not use to everybody future term & fond of repeat business. I am Pleased to leave this recommendation we all want more folks like this

I had yet another issue with my washing machine which Jerry, another Flood Brother man came out two to operate on. He was absolutely generous and helpful.
I'm never going to think about using anyone else in the future.
They are all nice, NEAT pleasant, knowledgable, responsive--they text you to keep matters going.
Brandan Lee produced my bathroom explosion situation as quickly as possible. That I did not need to do this legwork, he arranged to get a wall to come and finish the job.

We had a small flood in our own den from work completed by another plumber. The damage was contained by the plumber, but we requested Flood Brothers to appear and give us another opinion. Brendan and Eddie came and tested the area. They had been communicative, punctually, very courteous and gave us the info we needed.
