After he got the part that he needed and completed the install he came back. We had already gone a few days without water at this time and with 2 young toddlers in the home has been becoming unbearable! My son kept wanting to return into the garage watch what"other daddy" is performing to repair our water. LOL
During the installation of the extra tank filter we included, he realized since the PSI registered 120 our water pressure gauge was broken. He wasn't able to complete the install and desired to undergo the replacement piece to the broken stress gauge.
Since we decided to go with a newer model, it took his time doing the extra pipe needed and required setup work since it needed much more piping and Drake was patient. He didn't rush through the install and did a job that is clean. He was very cautious.
We got a Couple of quotations and decided to go with Drake Jansen from All City Plumbing. He was friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in the time we met with him. He recommended since it was the one that had the warranty that we stick with our brand, Nortiz.
I will recommend him and am so grateful to have found a plumber that is reliable!

While they were not the cheapest, we are quite pleased with All City's work, from our first call before the job was done (approximately 4 days after beginning ). Tommy and his assistant were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and most important, capable and did a fantastic job. He listened to what we wanted and did precisely what he said he would, even when we ended up with a drier that needed a different water line.
We called several nicely rated technicians to maneuver a washing machine/dryer in the cellar (where a sump pump was required ) to the main floor.
We would use him again and couldn't ask for more.

World class pipes! I had a kitchen sink bathroom faucet, clogged drain vanity, and shower handle that is busted. Not merely did All City Plumbing have the very best priceresponse, and many professional team, they gave us everything in 1 day and the exact A-Z customer experience! I could not believe they helped us pick out fixtures that are beautiful to go with the decor.

I just need a new water valve switch to be set up and Tommy S. did it in 10 min. He gave me some tips and suggestions with drains and pipe lines and also is a nice guys. I will hire the man to work in my projects that are forthcoming.

I wished to provide a special shout out to Jose Velazquez. We just moved into a new home and have had issue. I had a terrible leak in my washer hookup and had it done ASAP. Husband at father and work in law tried to tighten on the hookup with no chance. Jose place a little more elbow grease into it and repaired it free of charge. We found our plumber for our place. Thank you again Jose!!

I could not ask for better support and high quality of work. Tommy wouldn't be possible. His attention to detail and love for his work shines through. I even called him back to do more work! He also brought his colleague Ruben for the job and he was wonderful also! I would certainly go with both of these men from this business because they are not.

I would gladly ask if we have no plumbing requirements for them to return. Great guys and easy to use!
Jason and his partner at All City came out to see if they could locate. I didn't expect it to be found by them and they didn't. However, every effort was made by them and were very professional. Before they arrived, which made me comfortable with them in my 20, I was given a brief bio. And, I am glad to see his service and selfless sacrifice .

Lol, this location is a joke. I asked for somebody to come and let me tell you, WASTE OF TIME!
Have no customer service whatsoever! I inquired if they could send me a courtesy Email of an appointment confirmation-basically anything showing they came out to my house now! 1 woman kept saying NO... but once I achieved through yelp another woman phoned and said NO overly but after 2 minutes of explaining if she or anybody could write something so I can show my tenant someone actually came!!! An email only requires a few minutes to type!!! Basically me begging her! Ugh. Then sounding all annoyed she said OK. 1 hour later still have not got the email. Lol. Whatever.
All I WANTED! And the funny thing is they could have someone come out tomorrow and give me an estimate even when the part has not even arrived yet! Yeah confusing. . I KNOW!
The guy arrived, quite friendly and trendy but was not able to give an estimate because I did not have the part sent to me. Ok cool nice. Totally understandable! I rescheduled... but that isn't what I'm super annoyed whatsoever.

I achieved to a different PLUMBING company! And omg they were able to SEND me a courtesy text from the appointment verification within MINUTES!! I posted a photo below to demonstrate evidence to those women just how bad their service is.... Lol.
After minutes of submitting this review, they emailed me. . seriously? (Posted to reveal others time stamp). The 2nd lady called me about 5:40 saying she would send it. 2 hours later lolllll

Service was prompt and on time. Daniel completed all work. Called to have a gate valve replaced using 1/4 twist ball valve (for primary water shutoff resulting in house). Also had cold and warm hose bib valves for washing machine.

Requested a quotation and they responded right away. They were kind and very courteous and assessed the problem quickly. . .giving a detailed plan of activity. Effective and they have been done in less than 30 minutes. Very pleased with their work and professionalism!

I enjoy the way they have the ability to dispatch their employees quickly and always to get a fantastic customer experience.
Would use them again.
And it took him a while to change the faucet well worth the cost.

I Love this company! They're so professional and they truly care about the customers feelings. Drake was our last and greatest so far. He's an magnificent young guy. Very sweet personality. He really cares. He made sure we were completely happy and also helped us through a demanding payment problem. Fantastic Business, I suggest that you use them!

Called in on a Saturday morning because of a toilet that was clothed. Was told a tech is going to show up in just a three hour window. Within one hour, an extremely friendly tech, Josue Valdovinos (Josh) showed up and finished the job in under half an hour! Guess what, it's only $59 for the occupation! What more you can ask? Highly recommended!

Excellent company, Drake was the plumber who came out when my water heater went out, he is very professional and was great at keeping me informed as to what went on. He left my toilet cleaner then, and cleaned out some drains in the bathroom it was until he got there. Thanks for the experience.

I despise giving low star reviews. I can find some good, when stuff happens it's no ones fault, and I understand. This time however I do believe is warranted. Here is the Circumstance.
I call and goes and well 11 comes and get told the job they are on turned out to be a bigger task than normal no worries, get told 12-1. 1 comes and goes and at two I am told now it's 2-3 pm. Now, I get told that specializes in my issue and it him. Alright. Well 3:30 passes and now it's 4-4:30. Fine whatever I just want this over.
He then says that he/they do not specialize in this kinda thing... wait I thought you were the specialist! That's why I needed to wait patiently for him this time. Exactly why the hell make an appointment if you don't do this kinda work. He offered no answers other than to call someone else to me. I wasted 6 hours to get 15 minutes to be told call someone else. It was free. Subsequently had the balls to say"If you want any other pipes completed give us a call".
Shann calls someone then goes and looks again. Second guy silent. Shann asks that the HVAC company I called were, then just based off their title chastised me for not calling the proper people"they are just commercial installers, you need someone who does repair and service" he says to which I say they are, he says"no because they have mechanical in their title and that I worked for xx mechanical... blah blah blah". So after a second time I called the wrong men and women. He says he's not comfortable flushing out the lineup. Fine I get it.
We are renters in a condominium Our AC leaked a massive amount of water. Carpet was soaked and it had been leaking out of the kitchen ceiling. They came out and fixed it but noticed the condensation drain sounds clogged although I phoned an HVAC company. Being pipes they said I need to call you. I never even thought it would be a plumbing problem. They tried to discover the line for this but could not. Our landlord had been mia during this... turns out they had been on holiday, thanks for letting us know right?
Don't be fooled by all the 5 star reviews. There is too many to be legit.
I receive a call saying they are in the region and they are on the road. At 5:15 they show up. Based on other yelp reviews I expected them to set on the blue booties. Nope they just came in. I can tell they did not want to be here. Shann introduces himself. Another guy with him stays silent. They are in look around and ask about the line. I say I do not understand, so they go and look about for it. They tracked in dirt over my floor I cleaned and moved on my terrace. (See attached picture)
So that exact same day discovered All City Plumbing. I told the lady on the call the exact situation. I told them what the HVAC guys did, that they could not locate the line out... everything. Their did not seem to be a problem. They might come out. I even made sure to tell them like a few other people I contacted they wanted to speak to them first about the landlord situation in cause. She said nope provided that we paid the invoice (red flag warning) they would come.
And after reading the negative reviews I am anticipating a very catty response from the owner.

We discovered a water flow . Daniel was prompt & punctually, I like that they let you know using pic of of who is coming & est time & they put the sneakers booties to protect carpet & our floor by text. Before he completed his job we are in need of a restoration firm, & asked for Daniel's recommendation. After the restoration is done downstairs,Daniel repaired the issue, however, because the toilet upstairs isn't yet completed by the restoration firm, the toilet bowl was left uninstalled untill the restoration company was done. When I called a few days after the the toilet bowl can be installed, Daniel was not available daily, so they shipped Joseph R. Who is also awwsome on his job couteous, & pleased to finish the job & did over & beyondhelp me with all our entrance door that wouldn't close properly, it was windy that day. Thank you.

Jose is the best In the planet! He fixed everything!!! So pleasant!!!! He's gonna become a dad' so excited to have a new sink

They gave me a window of 10am-12pm. I received a call close out of Anthony to 11 and he arrived by 11:30. I forced the clog pretty far down the drain by injury so he had a significant task getting to it finished that and even repaired a minor toilet issue (for free) before 12pm. He had been very professional and explained things well. It was the sort of service in which you have ta Google if you should be leaning a tech (YES it is right, and of course I did). Thanks Anthony!
This company quoted a little higher but they answered the quickest and that I have zero qualms with their quote. I have an odd work schedule when narrowing a time that worked for me , so reception was helpful.

This is most likely. Before locating them, we went different companies. They send you a bio and picture of the person coming. This made me so comfortable understanding Joseph Rand that loves helping people was coming to our property and has 4 kids. Secondly, they called one hour 30 min prior. He was BEYOND helpful. Joseph both there as well as helped me carry in my grocery store!!! He was exceptionally knowledgeable and got and fixed it after moving that night to get the part. The prices were reasonable. I strongly recommend this company and Joseph was BEYOND what we expected.
