Called and they refused to give support. But they weren't able to tell me why....

Representative called back and apologized explained they don't have enough technicians to support Windsor Hills region. But affirmed they support San Fernando Valley and the Marina-- further in my view. She seemed sincere.... Based upon my conversation I am sticking with my initial impression. Hopefully folks will understand that company hurts and is frequently inaccurate.
I believe I know what this really is"code" for. Not a good business practice to make assumptions about a client that is potential based upon a zip code.

Tony and Rick are the best. They fixed my frig that was classic along with my dishwasher. The are easy to work with, efficient and understand their business. You will not be let down. TJ Appliance, I'm so glad I called you. My movers dropped my frig and you made my afternoon!

Tony is a fantastic guy and honorable businessman. The components could have cost more than we were willing to spend to fully fix it although he even tried his best to fix our fridge. Tony is assuring the one thing I would have changed about the experience through the visit whereas it had a visit to figure out that there was a fix required that the fridge was repaired. Tony did exactly the right item and refunded the amount that we paid on the initial visit. Because of the situation was managed by Tony, I'm comfortable reaching out to the company in the future.

Thank you TJ's. They fixed our gasoline stove's burners and we were set to invest $300 to get a new disposal once I got the message the fee would be $0 - it was only jammed. Since it was their guy who said it needed replacing that is ethics. Very thankful.

Tony is the man with the master program. Called him at 5pm and he was my house by 10am the next day. His cost for the service call was else. I hope I don't want any more appliance fixes soon but if I do I shall only call Tony.

Ta enjoy coming into the office on a Monday and visiting that your dishwasher broke down over the weekend. After a tiny Yelping, we called up TJ Appliance Repair to get some help since we are not handy at all, shape, or form.
Everybody was very friendly and helpful from start to finish - we were able to get someone out the next morning to take a glance, and they were able to diagnose and repair the matter in a hour (thankfully not a bigger problem!!) . Quality of the price and service was nothing to complain about. We will definitely be using them again when we will need to!

These guys are great! They fixed my gas oven back - at a really fair price and at short notice. This low the gas flame on all 4 of my stove burners was burning off. I phoned TJ Appliance Repair and rather than charging me for a service visit come"fix the problem", they explained one the telephone the problem was probably because of current SoCal earthquakes causing my gas earthquake-shutoff-valve to activate. I discovered the gas meter (in crawl space!) And TJ's clarified how to simply reset the valve using a flat head screwdriver. Instantly fixed the problem. Done! I recommend these guys! 5 Stars.

Called about a problem with the soap dispenser of my dishwasher. Someone managed to come within three hours to have a look, and they were able to fix it with no issues. I appreciate the speedy service!

I'd been having problems with the fan on my microwave. They fixed the issue right away and arrived punctually.

Fixing machine has never been more easy! Done from appointment setting to a washer that was working within a day. Tony showed up on time, recognized, gave a quote, grabbed parts from his truck, and substituted the drain pump. All done in a hour. Thank you, Tony.

My fiancé made an appointment showed that on Friday up or called. I spoke two hours before appointment. I waited for nothing in the house all day.

Let me just say these men were fast to react and make availability ASAP to come and evaluate my refrigerator my issue was not one that may be fixed within a sensible price. Jay was very frank and helped troubleshoot my problem. If you're looking this is it.

I could not have asked for a better transaction. I noticed they had a coupon on Yelp so contacted them. They were very receptive and an hour after someone was here to fix my dryer. What's working great, and they were friendly. When repairs are needed by other 7, will certainly use again.

We woke up to find our fridge on a great deal of food ready to go bad and also the fritz, so I started calling around to find somebody who might come take a peek. Following two dead ends (still have not heard back from the first place I tried, and the second could not send someone for two days)I attempted Tony. He answered my phone immediately (yay!) , came within a few hours, quickly identified the problem and had it repaired in less than 45 minutes.

Hello I called Tony at 9AM on 2/5/2019. He picked up and explained he would come to my dad's place in Korea Town between 12 PM and 3 PM. SAME DAY! He arrived at 12:30 PM. He did a diagnosis and aided his sick father out by giving him a discount due to him being retired. He is complete professional and he carrries the parts together with him. Thank you Tony for being fair and giving dad to me a break due to his Financial situation. I highly recommend Tony for any appliance repair.

Rick was outstanding. Took care of our dishwasher problems right away when another person had come out a couple of weeks ago and made the problem worse. He really knew what he was doing and took the excess time to explain how to keep up the dishwasher. He did not let us lift a finger cleaned up everything and left it he discovered it. Rick and the whole business and I would not hesitate using them again.
