Ultimately our difficulty was fixed by Justis Nguyen, Though there were some initial signs & complications.
I would ask for Justis Nguyen if I needed to do things over again. In a age where everyone would like to become a middle man or the CEO of a one man company, people who can do top quality honest commerce function (Justis Nguyen), is undervalued.
I believe that it's important to realize there is a company a collection of people & machines, & that we shouldn't judge a company too based on the activities of the few.

This review should have been done in 2015. Sorry whole Yelp community. Mitch gave me quotes on work I needed completed back in July of 2015 and came to my home. Then my Mother with Altzheimers was living with me and that I needed to make sure she had acess to baths while work was being done. Mitch explained yes indeed that was done by his team and that could be done. (incidentally his team treated my mom like she was royalty) I'll forever be gratefull for all he did for myself and Mother in this difficult time in our own lives. I'd two placed in bathroom and laundry and three sinks.
Fast forward to yesterday DIY. I hesitated to call because he now has three locations and I see he's vans with his logo fearing that he had been out of my budget now, I am happy I got over that since he had me on file and sent me a superb technician Steven that came on on Monday after I got home from work. He fixed all my plumbing issues. (failed removal of a dishwasher) He had been fine to talk to and prompt and kind and funny. The cost was no where near what I believed $95 pull out the dishwasher and to cut the water and fix the flow on the garbage disposal. This firm I could recomend to everyone and stand and fully trust by.

Do not employ this bunch of crooks. Charged
Can sue me.
$1800. I cut my losses.
$ 1250.00 to fix the leak,

This is my second time with Mitch Clemmons Plumbing and they were a good this time around. I had my faucet replaced in my toilet. The tech came in time was nice and finished the job. The pricing has been upfront with no hidden costs built in. It looks perfect! Thanks!!!

I called this company because I had been relying on my experience along with the reviews on here. I didn't call the company to get them send somebody from a different company out. Perhaps he would have been great, who knows. I feel as if it's misleading.
I called to get a kitchen sink drain and they were great although I have used them before. Vanessa replied and was very nice but advised me she needed to place me on a hold that was brief. I was transferred to somebody else who picked the telephone up and gave the title of a plumbing firm that was different. I explained the issue and he advised me to text him my speech. I informed him as I was moved, I don't have his number. I then asked if that was mitch Clemmons plumbing and he explained"mitch Clemmons plumbing? No" and sounded all confused. Then he said hold on I'm getting another call hold please. I hung up.

Used Mitch's support and wouldn't suggest it. We used Mitch's support to repair it, also had a leak in the wall. We had another leak in the same room, last week, and we thought it may be caused by their prior work. I called them, As it is below 90 days warranty. A plumber came in the early hours, but said it is something that he can't pinpoint. He told us he would ask somebody repair it right away, and to see where the leak is. So, in the afternoon, another plumber came. But he said the fee is $370, and his job is to see out where the leak is.
I was disappointed in them. They called me back afterwards, since they lost my hope I did not wish to use them. So I called a different plumber on yelp, and he did a fantastic job.
Quite upset, I called their office and their manger Shelly spoke to me. She said she requested the technicians and there was nothing wrong. So the plumber tried to bill more Additionally, the account is really $270. From the conversation, I did not feel that they tried to fix our problem and assist their customer. Rather, they just tried to get more cash.
At that time, we thought it is unreasonable to bill us to make sure the leak isn't caused by their prior work. Anyway, when we discussed it unexpected, the plumber left without saying a word and just gathered his stuff! At that time, we decided we can pay to repair the problem ASAP, however, he left and has been arrogant. We even went out of the house, trying to phone himbut he only left...
Just like Mitch was a stage, not a company, I felt. Their plumbers can charge whatever they want and work separately. Their price is more expensive compared to other plumbing businesses.
The only thing I like about them is when the plumber is going to your property, they sent a GPS connection that you can track the location of the plumber. Really convenient.

Time and time again Mitch Clemons pipes proves themselves to be an all around great company. Wehad our mainline replaced and just've used their services around five times now. They knocked on the job out of the park. All of their plumbers are friendly and professional. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of an honest, highly competent attorney.

I had been clear on the telephone of what I wanted when I asked to have an estimate. After scheduling an appointment, and also the telephone man keeps saying the wrong speech, I waited 2 hours for the man to come, and he shows up and claims that they do not do the job!!! was requested by me

Edwin was a comprehensive tech who managed diagnose it and to listen to my pipes situation. He then went directly to work in my leaky garbage disposal, all while using an attitude. I inquired if he could snake a drain last minute, and he explained it would be no issue. Excellent service. Lastly, he made sure that the garbage disposal was ok before passing and was a leak that was stubborn he repaired!

It's pretty crappy that you left us a 1 star review. We were very considerate and came out. I advised my office to send me to make sure Felix didn't miss anything... as a courtesy of you, my customer. Nevertheless a 1 star review was turned into by my courtesy of you. Next time if I attempt less to look after my customers? It seems in this case that when I had an"I really don't care about my customers" attitude I'd have never advised my office to send me out and you would have never left this review. So it's my fault for trying to go the extra mile
Your one star review is based on the fact and this you guaranteed you could diagnose our problem along with your lack of review . Like Felix didn't replicate the obvious issue that we're working out of warm water to fast In case you had taken the time you wouldn't have received such a bad review.
How Can You say it's because we're running out of warm water after just 15 minutes once you said yourself you seldom have had a problem with a 40 gallon and have a family of 6? It's just me and my spouse and we have a tank.
You continue to make your business look bad with your invoices and have a massive ego. You never assessed the inside of my shower head and you never mentioned that while you're here If having restrictors removed is prohibited. Instead you said"It's fine, I do it to." Your review is well deserved and at this stage I'd provide you a ZERO.
Mitch the feeling is mutual! Your review is much more important to you than our water issues that are hot. This review would not have been 1 celebrity, as you're 13, if you had spent as much energy on this. You're here for 20 minutes didn't do much of anything on the telephone and you may draw conclusions?

They couldn't address our problem. Felix was here for just two hours. Mitch himself arrived and was here for just 20 minutes. After Felix arrived to our property I had to contact your company a few times to receive a reply back.
We wanted answers and expected you to diagnose the issue and we thought we finally had the right guy. What more would you have done? So you could see the problem on your own run the water for 15 minutes! Trouble shoot with Bradford White! Stay till our faucet leaked while operating the dishwasher and then check for the large pressure that has been discovered! You would have assessed his job if you had completed these steps however, you DID N'T. Sorry to say we're very disappointed.
UPDATE: Our difficulty was solved. Enough for the heater when the shower conducted to not keep up. It replaced and our warm water is working again. Thank you Alex out of heating Inc. Scott Harrison Plumbing & for your help!

I suspected a flow coming from the wall between my kitchen and toilet, so I guessed it was time. Mitch Clemmons was the one to pick up after phoning a couple of different technicians away from the very highly. They scheduled an appointment for two days afterwards between 1-2pm, so that was a bit perplexing, but said 5-6pm. I phoned back the following day to affirm that it was.
On the afternoon of, if I could do sooner, because they needed to rework their schedule to the afternoon they called to see, and I said sure thing! I didn't get the text they were their way 51 minutes, until 2:51 pm! Alex and Felix showed were great at explaining what was wrong. Turns out there was a leaking hot water pipe causing the bathroom tub. They asked if I needed a quote, but I needed so that I believe I was charged 21, it fixed ASAP. Part of the gutters had to be cut open to reach the pipe, which had been an additional $95 in addition to the 400 to fix the leaking pipe. As a first-time homeowner, this feels fairly expensive. Next time, I'll make certain to look around and get quotes from different businesses. The drywall also should be repaired now and there is just a hole in my wall. At least the water pipe isn't leaking anymore causing the water heater to operate 24/7.

I really like the technology of the provider. Once you make the appointment, they're in constant contact. You receive an email confirmation of your appointment when you make it and also a reminder the day before. On the service day, you are continuously kept informed by text, and they send a reminder with an image of the plumber that will be on the project, his ETOA, a map showing where he's situated on his route, right down to the number of minutes it will be till he'll arrive. They keep the consumer informed!!!
Glen speaks well of his plumbers. He told me they're fantastic plumbers, but a few have certain areas they are knowledgeable in, and he'd recommend any of them. I know he would never stear us wrong since Glen is kinda like family around here. He's also quite a wonderful man.
As usual, Glen came now, and went right to work. He is knowledgeable and comes up with some suggestions for me personally. He said to give him a couple of days, and he'd find me one, and he did, and they didn't make them any more, although I had a faucet which was ruined and ugly. Another example of how he moves above and beyond is a few years ago, following an earthquake, he arrived a few days after to resolve a problem. He went around my house, and found that a crack from the earthquake in my own water heater, and he fixed it. I'd not have known about it if he hadn't gone out of his way. He does things like that all of the time.
This company is amazing. I had a number of problems, so I called for assistance. Glen continues to be my plumber for more than 10 years, and he understands my house outside and inside, so I request him, and they're very accommodating. The woman in the office was so inclined to work to meet my request for some day, that though their program was full, she made it feasible for me to be worked on the only day I was accessible.

These guys were great. I had a problem with our brand-new washer. The install guys gave us some info and the washer gave us an error code which it was not getting water so they told us to call an attorney. We contacted Mitch Clemmons plumbing on a Saturday afternoon at they had a technician at our home within an hour Saturday night. They left us working and it ended up being a simple fix with the washer and didn't charge us $1. I am amazed that as it was a simple fix they did a house call on a Saturday evening and didn't charge anything. A+ service and honesty. Will definitely call again for my pipes problems. Thank you!

The encounter with Mitch Clemmons Plumbing was amazing from start to finish. Their automatic text message system is on point too when the plumber gives you a little introduction on and is in their way.

Wow. What an excellent experience. Local business but world class service. They phoned me afterhours to be sure my issue was not urgent. I was scheduled by Subsequently away. They texted me the info/specifics of this appointment, a picture of this technician coming out. He texted when he was on his way and called. Work was also stellar. Great craftsmanship. They were fair in their cost. This is my go to for pipes.

What an wonderful experience! When I called first, was Anissa who answered the phone. She was fantastic and explained the procedure to me. She sent a technician within 20 minutes.
Steven showed up and was professional and quite personable. He had been substituted my own sink disposal and was meticulous about making certain my sink and disposal conducted.
Thank you Anissa and Steven for a Fantastic experience. I will definitely utilize Mitch Clemmons Plumbing again in the future and will allow my friends and neighbors know who to visit for their plumbing requirements.

I had a leaky faucet and that I came for assistance to citizenship yelp. And MC plumbing was discovered by me and I was surprised on how fast I was able to obtain an appointment to obtain an estimate. They shipped Gonzalo (who btw is amazing and incredibly nice). He came and away was able to detect the problem. I was told by him what did not push me to produce the service together and needed to be achieved. But I did Bc and he was able to work around my schedule that is crazy.
Gonzalo was able to fix the issue in about half an hour and came a few days later, while being watched and bugged by my 3 year-old son. He had been patient with him and answered all my questions. After he was done, he explained what he had fixed and reassured and the issues that When there had been any issues they could be contacted by us . I would certainly recommend them to anybody!

These folks are not recommended by me.
The service is poor. They have been late to the appointment. Following that, they stated they'd need to reschedule for the install. I requested to install a faucet. Not to wait 2 hrs 1/2 after for a future installment. This was not performed through yelp messaging however over the phone.

We've utilized Mitch Clemmons Plumbing double and each time it's been great.
The next time and recent, Jan 2019we had to install a new cleanout . Felix came gave an estimate and provided amazing support. We ended up too needing a full line replacement due to roots and cracks. The total Felix made sure that I know what happening and ensured I managed to see the job through the camera range. We ended up with a license pulled for the job and some changes were needed by the inspector. The team did and approved the changes as part of the job.

The first time we set up a water softener. Excellent support was provided by mitch. He was up alongside me in that one of the men had to be hauled off in the job but he'd be personally helping a couple of guys to install. They came on the day, struck some problems but stayed well past the day to guarantee everything was set up correctly and working.
They are a company which prides themselves on quality and the customer service.

First time using so thankful I called Mitch Clemmons a plumber! Great experience from the secretary taking my phone to Stephen, the plumber, that fixed this problem. I loved that he gave me an estimate the day that he came to see that our problem and fixed it at a sensible time the afternoon we had him return. Cost can also be reasonable. I know I'll use them again if I have other plumbing issues.
