SJ Plumbing has been a godsend. A botched job I had done by a handyman was mended by john. A task done by the handyman's kludge resulted in a leak that rendered our shower while I tried to find the handyman. He dodged me so that I ended up using the Yelp method to ask quotes. John responded fast and after taking a look at the photographs gave a estimate to substitute the mess that was botched to me. He had been there the next day, and even though needing two hours over to repair it true for his telephone quotation.

Amazing amazing! We looked for a person to fix faucet and John reacted right away. He gave a quote and stuck by it. Do not ask for more when he came and replaced the faucet. John didn't try to buckle and dime us. Straight shooter. Just a few men and women are like this in the world. Not only did our faucet was fixed by him, he helped replace a new the plumbing for the faucet also. He didn't even charge for fixing the plumbing. That is UNREAL! He had been on time and got the work done correctly.

Found out that I needed to install a sediment trap. What the hell is a sediment trap? Anyhow, I found SJ Plumbing on Yelp and gave them a call to program an appointment. John was able to successfully create the repairs. Ran into a challenge as I've a furnace in my attic which demanded the gas line to be reconfigured by John and then he managed that. Certainly a professional and I'd use him again for future needs.

Affordable rates and great communication as the appointment conducted. They brought two guys which was an additional advantage to get job (bathrooms installed) in a timely manner. We just used some that I had around home, although the only issues is they did not have the sealant. Got the work done and no issues so far.

The service is instantaneous. Today, called to get a schedule n he showed up as scheduled. It had been professionally fixed... very happy. Since I'm very satisfied w the service I've ask him to come back for the outside water hose draining 30, no leaks in my toilet shower n.

We had a crisis plumbing job and started with another plumber, because SJ was not available at the time. I called John back after the plumber left a mess in our side yard, and quoted an amount of money to fix our issue. We didn't know what to do and had been at a loss. John managed to squeeze us and I am so glad he did. I can't thank those guys enough.

Not only did SJ Plumbing showed up they were ancient. They have respect to their clients time and it was evident. John kept me in the loop using all the procedure repair to keep me and was comprehending. He managed to diagnose what managed to provide a good work time frame to me and had to be substituted. I had something known as a slab escape from something which erupted. (They left and I forgot what the right phrases were... LOL!) Anyhow...

SJ Plumbing wasn't too cheap, nor overly overly priced, it was an honest estimate for exceptional work with quality components. After talking to John and trying to explain what I had done (I am a girl who believes that all faucets and pipes seem the same), I recognized this man knows what he is doing, he knows the business and is convinced he can solve my issue. I understood he was the man.

Called to have a pipe and John came out and also provided a quote that was fair and fair. We could schedule our appointment the following day to correct it and John came to do the job. As the customer support is amazing 18, I will be utilizing SJ for any plumbing tasks Thank you John!

We had him come in to perform a repipe and installation of a water heater and he gave us a very nice and fair cost. They arrived at 9am and was done for its softener and repipe install at 2pm. They were very respectful making certain they coated everything with plastic and left the area clean.

He rerouted our gas line and installed our new kitchen appliances.
We remodeled our Toilet and will need to have plumbing lines installed beneath our slab. John's work was remarkable. The concrete was cut clean as needed, and the trench done precisely. A brand new vent pipe was required and John was able to run it up thru our floor with nominal heating repair.
John is a good person and a plumber.

We live in an older home that may not adapt our new cooker. We had so it may fit in our kitchen, our gas line pushed back. I had John and my home repiped and his crew did a great job. They finished it and the water flow rate for my home is better. I just need to patch up all the holes and the home is like new.

During the entire process he kept me updated and guaranteed there was minumal disturbance or disturbance for my business.
So I phoned my normal plumber, drains in my restaurant started to back up but he could not get unclogged. I hunted for another plumber and glad I stumbled upopn John from SJ Plumbing. Turns out that the sewer pipe of my restaurant has been broken and had to be replaced. In order to replace it this required digging 9 feet down outside the parking lot to expose the pipe. John and his staff worked tirelessly over the weekend to receive my company back.

John capped my water off valves and drain and came out I replaced my warm water valve in under an hour, eliminated and then charged me less than what he quoted!
