A-1 Speedy Rooter and Plumbing

I keep this company bookmarked for any plumbing needs that are future and highly recommend this to any one who requires a plumber asap! They are 24 hours should they are needed by you past hours, but there is an after hours fee. If its not a crisis and can wait till morning I would call them. Very professional, quality work and fair. I appreciate how fast they could definitely use them again and came out.
John was very enlightening and explained me everything so that I could understand thoroughly what they were doing, the escapes they discovered and what they had to do to replace it. Dustin was training however, did an exellent job replacing the pipe under my house. SocalGas told me twice I'd no leak and the third guy told me I had a small leak but obviously he was not going to go under my house to check. Off of smelling gas in one area they actually found leaks in 3 distinct areas and suggested that I changed one of the valves because it was old and rusted. They guys spent 4.5 hours making sure all of my pipes and valves were replaced and working correctly before leaving.
Called last night to make. The guys came at 9am sharp and went to inform me exactly what they had to perform in order to discover the gas escapes. I explained I smelled it on and off in one area of my house for the last week.

I had A1 come out to explore plumbing issue. Doing an ADU and contractor said I might have 3/4" lineup in wall. Wanted to learn if I'd 3/4" inch line or simply 1/2". 1 other plumber said that I just had 1/2" on the first floor. I told him that another plumber said I just had 1/2" line. A1 said,"no, I guarantee you've got a 3/4" line under the kitchen sink. All I have to do is cut off the shingles and that I will show you. I said ok though I dont enjoy having holes in my wall . So, he cuts the hole, looks, and says,"Hmm. Looks like you only have 1/2" That'll be #150." I'm left with a hole in my wall along with another hole in my wallet for $150. Gee thanks. Could I pay you to put more holes in my wall? What happened to this"I guarantee"

I had the worst customer service ever!!!! Nancy is extremely unfair although bernie is a good guy and only knows how to charge people more money!!! Never return to them again. They say they have a 30 day guarantee on their job but will charge you again and again!! They're warranty

This is the 2nd time using these guys to root our sewer system. Again, they saved the day! Efficient cost that is reasonable and service! Will definitely use them again. Thank you!!

Each and every time they have been very frank with me on what the problem was, gave me a lowdown on how much it would cost for me to fix it, and what needs to be performed.
Through the years I have used them at least a dozen times I've been happy with the pricing and their work.
I've been using A-1 Speedy Rooter for several decades now. They have worked on my commercial property, my parents house, and my property.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants an honest plumber that knows what they're doing with great, prices that are aggressive.
I've use them from everything from unplugging a sink, replacing a toilet, fixing my own water heater or better yet replacing it, changing the aged hot and cold water lines, fixing a leaky faucet, Etc.. I have used them several times as you can see and have been fulfilled each and every time.
I had to call them one Thanksgiving the sink was all backed up with the garbage disposal machine and when the family came not working. A-1 Speedy Rooter came into the rescue that day. Having all of the household over on a vacation with all the sink was no joke. Could have ruined Thanksgiving. Their plumber came, told and gave me an estimate. The price was very fair since I'd have paid any sum.
What really impressed me was a simple fact they are always available regardless of what time I call, and they have very competitive pricing. They were always very professional with service.

I am so impressed with George and Elias from A-1 Speedy. Nancy made it happen for me George and Elias came out on a Friday and functioned 8:40 pm to get the job done. The water ran to confirm no leaks. They fixed the problem without even telling us we had to eliminate three wood beams and are breaks, no fooling around or so polite. We are not surprised that they've 5 stars - . Save yourself some time and hire A-1!
We had a santee pipe in the walls of our condominium association and received a quotation from A-1. We thought the quote was contacted and too high. The plumber came out and said unless wood boards were removed, he could not correct the cracked santee. Builder and A structural engineer got involved, said it'd cost $3700 to maneuver blah blah blah, the three wood boards. A-1 was called by me and talked to Nancy, who telephoned George and confirmed with him that he could do the job and not have to eliminate beams!!!

An easy kitchen sink drain is pricey. Charge me $175 for 10 minutes support. Drain that is expensive support .

Would recommend to anyone who has a plumbing emergency or simply wants a professional plumber
During an emergency in the middle of the night, A-1 Speedy Rooter was able to respond and look after a problem. Affordable and fair.
The worker that arrived was professional and was able to explain to me exactly what was going wrong, my choices, and that which had been the plan of action.
They gave me an estimate for free and left up to me whether or not I wished to hire them for the service.

I wanted a plumber to put in sink and bath fixtures as well as fix bathtub taps. We had been quoted a price they worked on it day, then if it was time to cover there was a price for parts. So long as the difficulties were resolved so I paid out of pocket in cash the additional costs, I was OK with it they asked for.
You have been warned. I think these reviewers have done work here. If you are a plumber and can't fix a leaky faucet right the first time, you should be in another field of business. Not to mention their lack of after service is the very best of the worst. Never A1 quick plumbing!
The bathtub handles which have been installed and spout obtained loose. They came out to cover the issue but not with no tech blaming me.
A week after this the hot water handle was closing all the way, nevertheless, continued to flow water at a reasonable rate. I called them back for a follow up to the issue which was the reason for my call a month previous-TO FIX THE LEAK--and they advised me it would now be a rather costly repair that wouldn't be covered by them nor that it was their duty for the leak. Get this: they didn't even bother to come back out to inspect or create a assessment of the matter.
I give 2 celebrities out of their workmanship and expertise, but everything else, for their response I wouldn't even rate to this business. There is A plumbing business all about knowledge and ethics and this business is a plumbing support not a comprehensive one. If you compare this particular business they be qualified for filling air in oil changes and tires. You wouldn't expect them to change spark brake fluids. . .those are too involved and they'll do a job that's in their interest and none.
FYI, I called a second local and well vouched for plumber and he promptly rectified the issue in under 2 hours (that included forcing out to get new components ).

I called a couple days ago regarding a leak in the refrigerator and also a plumber came out. There was a misunderstanding regarding the ceremony needed and felt as though I was charged. Nancy the agent was understanding. She listened to my complaint and investigated the situation. She spent alot of time. She made me feel valued as a customer. We ended up agreeing to a compromise and that I will continue to use.

Rapid service! This company is impressive with crisis calls but it will come at a hefty cost.

I hunted Yelp & found A-1 Speedy Rooter servicing the Fullerton area. I predicted Sunday morning (9/2/18) in 10am to program a plumber to snake out my main line. Dispatcher said a technician would arrive between 3 & 4pm. Bernie arrived after 3:30pm. I said you arrived your dispatcher explained that you would arrive. He went to work, recognized my line & snaked it. After finishing the job. I also asked him if he could work gave me a rough quote on costs for potential future strategies & issues. Thank you Bernie for your professionalism & I plan to call A-1 Speedy Rooter for my future plumbing related troubles. I'll be recommending A-1 Speedy Rooter to everyone. I only wanna mention that I'm impressed with the excellent work that A-1 supplied for my pipes crisis. My expectations were exceeded by the general function and was finished in a timely manner. Clean work and cost. I will be calling A-1 out at the future for any additional plumbing needs & definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get"A-1" service.
My children are pleased to be taking their bathrooms.

Needed to find bathroom replaced. Very professional. After shopping the lowest priced around. And speedy turnaround time. Dude got me exactly what I wanted and needed and was so friendly.

His rates for bathroom installations are regular with all specialist, licensed technicians. He spent a good amount of time about doing it myself, since I thought with me discussing the installation. I had been upfront about exactly what I had been willing to pay to make it economical for me to hire somebody to perform it.
Called Dan week for 3 removal and new bathroom installations. The toilets were the WR (Water Ridge Costco Private Label) one piece dual flush toilets.
Needless to sayI hired him to perform among those three, and thankful I did. Bernie came outside to perform the next floor master bedroom installation and removal. Totally cool guy. Professional, courteous, and fair when dealing with me personally. He has been working with Dan for a long time. He used some part I had he did not charge extra for me personally, though I offered to cover them.
I am really happy I found these guys on my Google search. Yes, that's where I found them . The workmanship of bernie was put on. No problems, no leaks. In addition, he enabled me to carry the older Toilet.
