After obtaining quotes? ... I never was too impressed by this company because I figured it was kinda big so there costs are going to be outrageous. I gave them a call to see what they have to say. I needed a unit.
When I told him exactly what my budget was he called Ismael the owner to let him know that I was on a budget. Ismael said it ok they will assist me . Ismael was very nice and polite. Fantastic man.

The installers were here the next day on time.they did a very nice clean job. Did lots of work. And they were very nice and professional. Never used their service and never will. Who ever drives automobile 21 was diverted and almost side swiped me into a semi truck yesterday and still had the nerve to flip off me as if I was at fault.... How do you not see that a truck. With technicians such as this how can you manage to stay in business or be reputable. I called to report this driver and understanding but the manager Ray clearly did not care enough to call me back!!!! Blessed that I had my eyes on the street and nothing serious happened.
Roger is a great tech. I am very happy with his specialist knowledge and mended my heater.
I ran like a fool the whole day to get their mess!!!!! I have not seen any true work they did, therefore I can't comment about their work, but scheduling is so bad.
Update: so they kept phoning me last couple of days and reached out to me . The lady I talked to last week advised us we will find voucher and a gift card to provide them a opportunity. A couple of days later and I still don't see anything. I truly expect to provide them an opportunity but they maintained me.
We discovered we must replace our apparatus, therefore my tech called and told me he has scheduled someone coming in 4-5. So I said okay then...I went back to work and think I could just leave a little earlier for the appt and once I had been on the road home, they phoned and said they are running late will not until 5:30. I decided heading back because I don't wish to consume all of my time that was spare off for it to work. They said we could meet u at 3:45 once I must work and came back. I told them people have family and work and you guys will need to dedicate to your appt. I understand you guys can't do it, although that sometimes customers move to earlier and later hours.
First off, I want to say the tech Joey, who assisted me he was professional and great. But the people who manage the scheduling really are a mess. Huge mess!!!!
My husband called and made an appointment on Monday and a guy confirmed he put us. Then my husband got a call stating they don't have anything on their schedule for us. So my husband told them okay just reschedule us. So we got a time in 6-7pm. Then the day prior to the appointment, a person called and texted us that our appt will be 11-12. So my husband called and affirmed. And they said they did not observe any 11-12 schedule for us. We are schedule. Fine! And the afternoon of in 10, when I had been at work, a person called me and said the tech will be there at 10:30. I told them I have a telephone and I can't do this...I said make it to 11.
NexGen management called and following a conversation they paid the repair fee from the business.
The business has principles to do the ideal thing...
In a nut shell, NexGen came out and was not able to diagnose and repair my own AC unit. So a brand new system was quoted by them for 10k.
I had someone from another company the next day come and they had it repaired within 15 mins. (There are some variables with the story, but NexGen could have captured the issue had they assessed the capacitor after the thermostat has been replaced)
I'm blown away from that level of service, and so regardless of the experience, I'd give them another chance. This is a business who cares and stands by their service.
I phoned a few businesses to find an estimate on replacing furnance, coil and my A/C compressor. Nexgen sent out a sales rep straight away, Zach his sales rep is a Marine, being a 27 year Vet myself we immediately shared a common bond, he was upfront and fair, he gave me a reasonable price and the machine was installed the following day. Christian and javier were quick and clean, the machine works great and I am currently enjoying a property.
Darren was super-professional and considerate. Also wore booties! He was knowledgeable and vetted to make sure it was nothing more serious than noise from an AC condenser line. Checked to make sure it was not clogged, even!
They delivered over Darren, who was able to adapt an earlier appt time for me personally. Nextgen is very prompt with their service and has excellent contact - they could get me a quick appt (not a crisis ), and called and texted the day before to confirm the appt.
This appt was for a leaking noise.
Super happy with those men. These men will be one of the first I predict, if I ever have a plumbing problem!
The brand new A/C firm gave me a quotation which puts NexGen Air to shame if I do want a new platform.
Happily I called a firm that was different. I'll leave them my five star review. This servicemen revealed the cheapest alternative is to just recharge my R22 system with freon and wait and see how it holds. There could be a flow and the system might need to be altered out BUT NexGen Air never mentioned this alternative.
I'm giving. Taken for a ride, overcharged, and call Nexif you'd love to be cared for. Jorge came outside to diagnose my own A/C problem. He said that I needed to replace the system (also the furnace) as my system wasn't blowing cold air . This is really for an 18,000 sqft home 4 bd 2 bath. He was. I clarified that I have a relative who is ill and who suffered in the warmth, to make things worse. Rather than having any empathy for the situation he tried to use that information into buying something that I did not desire for more than it was worth to motivate me.
So now my system is currently pumping air, it had been restored within a hour, my household is no more suffering, and instead of $12,000 less than $500 was paid by me.
We'll definitely use these guys again if desired and I would suggest them.
Incredible service!! Our A/C just ceased working on a Saturday and we were desperate to put it back on. I predicted a few places and got answering machines or told we needed to wait until Monday. I called Nexgen plus a very nice woman answered right away. She managed to have someone out over an hour and even gave me a window for arrival. A tech put on some shoe covers, showed up on time and went to work. It turned out to be a simple fix but he had been quite thorough.

Anthony was a really fine guy, very patient and very educated and knew his stuff. He had the washer between the ground and the toilet. While we waited a couple of minutes to find out if tightening a few of the bolts had been that the way to quitting an additional escape I actually enjoyed speaking to him. This provider is"Google Guaranteed" so that's why I selected it and I'm happy I did. I will definitely recommend them.

So the long and the short of it is that, it was the ideal choice. Installers were great, and appeared a little scared as I cried. They did their best to calm me down, and now I am appreciative for all the hard work completed on a day.
Today, the unit was installed by them. One slight issue was the height, as it had been over the roofline. I called Louis through tears (I had been really stressed out) describing the HOA would not allow it. I had been in a full panic. But Louis kept his cool and told me to not worry. He would have a team out first thing Tuesday (it's a holiday weekend) to fix the issue.
I had a 40 year old"bundle" roof unit that has been on life support. I'd always known this day would come, and was fearful. I had 3 distinct businesses come out; NexGen was the 3rd. I was pretty sure I was planning to proceed with the next bid, but waited until NexGen (Louis) gave me the rundown.
He explained he could have a method set up. I thought he was kidding. The range of work was comprehensive, and adjusting the enthusiast Even though the price was slightly higher. I needed to split with Guy Number 2 and it felt horrible, however, believed the choice was to proceed with NexGen.

He looked . He explained how I pushed down the air, had it and was unsuccessful in heating. I noticed a difference almost straight away. He did not need to do that.
James came out to wash a/c and heater. He's very comprehensive. We've had company doing so but this time I predicted Nexgen very happy I did. Another firm never attracted a vacuum or took and showed me images. I heard a lot from James. I suggest calling Nexgen if you're looking for somebody to wash uour unit.
James was amazing! He had been able to diagnose and fix our thermostat difficulties and complete the job. He had good attention to detail; that we hadn't been effective at finding in a number of different businesses. He was friendly and prompt, seriously something that falls by the wayside nowadays. Happily, we reached out to NexGen who subsequently sent James to us and did not suck it up with the bad workmanship from the companies. I can say we never felt pressured to buy anything or pay for NexGen, 5 stars and 2 thumbs up an unnecessary honesty, service and quality work!
My experience with Nexgen was a Groupon to perform a maintenance checkup on both the downstairs and upstairs AC/Heating. Our support technician, George, has been amazing. Our second visit was to install two smart thermostat and again George was amazing. He showed us how to link our thermostats via WiFi. He said that NexGen has a program where they would keep our Heating/AC and get discounts on pipes and Heating/AC repairs for a monthly fee. . .no pressure. I have to say I have never felt compelled to write a review BEFORE the true job was completed, but Jeff went above and beyond for my husband and I. Jeff Kieffer came into our home at 10:00pm to make sure we were cared for prior to my husband's surgery. On account of this temperatures we actually needed so he can recover in comfort, our AC unit replaced whenever you can. We are repeat customers (we'd NexGen install our new heater not too long ago). Jeff took care of us then and he did it this time. Jeff is our man from as long as we live here for AC and any heating problems, although we have had repetitions come to our property. I am making an adjustment for my rating of 5 star because of this simple fact, that my appointment because of this Saturday was cancelled and rescheduled for Tuesday. I was told two stories:
1. "I said we'd come if we had a cancellation"(That's 100% not true). 2. The Manager got on the phone and said a team did not show up work. The reason is because today, the team that came was good and we obtained a fair cost.

This is actually the second time this year I have called Nexgen for AC service. At our house they added some great features we were not expecting and found two high performance AC units at a price! The most recent call now was to get a property that had one AC unit not cooling. As always, great communication, quality that is consistent, and pricing that is reasonable. Our AC within our rental property Is back on time, to 100% as promised.
I've used their services twice, John Banks and Shane Franc both supplied support. We had difficulty with our A/C, and in another time with escape that is possible. Shane arrived as soon as he could even as business hours ended to assist us out. I would call them again and recommend them.
