(And also our next-door neighbor's house was exactly the same!) They needed to subcontract with a personal plumber to reconfigure both meters (ours and the neighbor ) and put in a new pressure regulator on the side of the tube. So the sprinkler system is currently safe, they corrected the pressure from 120 to 60. And of course, we didn't have to pay for the area of the job because it was their duty that the town did.

From the conversation, I didn't feel that they tried to fix our issue and help their customer. Instead, they simply tried to secure money from us.

Edwin needed to come as my 1st line of plumbers, sent by my Home Warranty program, failed more than two days. Then I come to find out that due to an exception to the policy that's in quite small print they weren't going to be in a position to do the job under the policy of this home warranty service however even then when I just hired them they couldn't complete the job which entailed snaking out a backed up sewer line where two lines merge to one. Cleaned out the sewage line. He's a very good-natured chap with hygiene. At one point that it sort of exploded like a fountain beyond my bedroom and even though he cleaned very good that the window had been open and there was a little cleanup that needed later he left to be performed. I'm sure if I had called discovered, he would have come back. I will need sewer line and that I mean to employ him.

I had been very clear on the phone when I asked to have an estimate done of what I needed. After scheduling an appointment, and the phone man keeps saying the wrong speech, I waited to come, and he shows up and says they don't do the task!!! was requested by me

The team here took care of me and it was a little of an emergency although I had a drain which backed up in my home. They were the only ones open on a Saturday afternoon and scheduled an appointment after their regular hours. Alex was the person who arrived and handled everything very professionally! He took every precaution to keep my home clean and put it back in order too. Thanks guys!
UPDATE: 10 days as soon as the drain removed in my home a few water had been backing up so that they did a free clean out and shipped the technician. This company stands by their job and cares for their customers!

Steven was the very best! He was warm and friendly, careful and completely addressed our demand repiping. He went above and beyond to make sure everything in the home before he left worked , and also things we didn't request! Honest thorough. What more can you request? I didn't wind up Mitch Clemons Plumbing. I got another estimate of what they wanted to bill me for 75 percent. Mitch try to cover up what happened will probably respond to this review blaming us. We're mostly mad with Mitch's lack of professionalism and pure rudeness. We raised our voices but he believed it was essential to wrapped up on me and say we are dishonest men and women. He indicated we can't use his services , which is fine with us.; We captured him using us, called him out on it. So Mitch will not hear from us again we never work with people.
We utilized several occasions that were Mitch and had excellent service. Once you utilize numerous occasions to him the authentic Mitch comes out and benefit from you.
Mitch tried to make us a deal to pay cost of this new door we originally thought we had been getting to him. I told him absolute not, we're now paying for 2 doors one we did not not order. We had our shower replaced and it was replaced with an eye sore door that was ugly. We had been under the belief it would be replaced with a door that is similar, perhaps not using a frosted 1960 ish design. The replacement order was completed over the telephone because we trusted him and had great service with Mitch previously. We had been incorrect. He said we get a written quotation that signaled we approved a door and cried. Would we ask an etched door we never seen before, we needed it replaced with the same sort of door that is clear we'd.
