Sam is the man!
Mixed review however, the post deserves 5 stars because of excellent service from one gentleman. Sam is very comprehensive and an technician. When you utilize the company for many requirements and get someone who is enthusiastic about what they do and not lazy it really stands out and helps rebuild a reputation for a company you're losing trust for. We've never worked with Sam earlier and he was assigned as our tech for an estimator and came out and promptly diagnosed the issue... (in distribution of air in the home ) He proposed a reasonable cost repair which was installing dampers in the vents. This made it possible for our smaller rooms to receive less air conditioning and our bigger rooms to get more air.... They have sent technicians before and I have called this company several times and told me there wasn't much they could do. I had a feeling they weren't being thorough or just being lazy to bill me to get a simple filter change and freon refill. I have a mother who is 75 who sleeps in one of the rooms and a baby who is 2 years old in the rooms in the house. While my mom and baby get temperatures inside their area, thanks to Sam me and my spouse can sleep in the AC. (Would not have it any other way).

We have been having difficulties with our AC unit each summer for the past 4 years, annually we have someone come out adjust a couple of things and call it good.
Paul came out to have a look, inducing these issues, including how the device is too close to the fence and fixes our amounts gave us some pointers on how best to maintain the AC unit good. His partner Erik was helpful also, though his part is helpful, and that the pipes he had been learning from Erik to make the process quick and effortless. These men were personable, funny and EXTREMELY helpful. Oh and they worked with our hectic schedule! Came in rest time's conclusion and could work without waking the babies!
I am beyond pleased with their customer service, Erik and Paul will take decent care of you!

Responded promptly to my Yelp quote request. Josh & his co- employee quickly assessed the problem with our AC. Our heating system was scrutinized by them. The cost was. Both were really friendly & explained. We will be using them.

We contacted this business in hopes of having our A/C unit serviced in July. My husband called and was told that we will be contacted by someone within the hour. So my husband calls 11, the hour passed & nobody predicted. He was told that they had his number wrong. So he gives his phone number to the woman. We waited two hours no one called back. My husband called the office and was told (again) that someone will call back us. They lost a customer. Very unreliable firm. Don't call them .

Paul and sam came out and looked in my AC, they let me know there was. He offered me a few options together with repairing the compressor but we travelled. They came out this week and of course it was likely to be the week and they were there till about 8 pm fixing my apparatus! I am they made the opportunity to remain late instead of just bailing and coming back! We have air and its Kudos

We're very satisfied with the service received from Erik and Sam. Both tech's were professional and solved our air flow and air quality problems at a price that is affordable. They set up dampers, a condenser pump, and air purification system (Aprilaire). We would certainly use them again. Thank you.

Thank Paul and you Sam these men are on fire! Contacted them they had been out in no time!! They were quite thorough with everything could not be more happy and fixed my air dilemma!

I had to make the dreaded weekend hours call to the plumber. Spoke to a technician and described the difficulty which I thought was a slab escape. Tech advised he'd have a technician come Monday which was the day to diagnose it out. He walked through two or three temporary fixes so that he would not need to come out and charge me the. That alone was actually professional being he could of easily come out and billed me. Dave the technician came out Monday with his spouse and identified that the problem which was bad pipe work and a lousy water heater by the builder. He also found a leaky toilet. He would not fix one thing one day and then another the next day, After what was discussed he said he could return the next day and do all of the work which he explained would save me a service charge. Once I would have paid being I do not know the business that's professional. I was given a price that was fair and Dave came out on time and fixed all fast. He was very professional and explained and showed his job and walked me through what he and his spouse had completed. Great work Dave! Where left very clean, and work areas. When a company has ethics and does not only need to take your cash, that. I would recommend Dave and his company to anyone needing a plumber. I'm a returning customer and will continue to become one. Update!!! I am uncertain how this company has remained in business for so long. They've been to my flat six times to diagnose and replace the unit. It took them to finish the setup. They damaged the walls and the brand new unit is still leaking. I'm told we will get there some time now to find out if it can be fixed by us. I've wasted 4 days waiting on your organization.
I wasn't a believer our AC was mended by them. Franz gave me his number just in case. Well we had a builder hit the condenser line. I called Franz and he is currently getting it Thank you so much!

I'm always greeted with a warming and kind response for my problems I predict with pipes issues. Cristina in the shop does an outstanding job and assured me the job I want done has done and follows up on invoices I get. Good job and very professional client services. Will definitely be calling Brea for all my future plumbing issues!

Excellent service, office called to let me know they arrived early. Paul and Tony recognized the difficulty in miners and'd had the component. They also guided me to prolong this AC unit's life. We're busy people (like everyone) and also their business contact info goes in my mobile and will be our move to for HVAC

Eli and Erik went above and beyond in assisting me fix our security system and then to replace a faucet. Friendly, proficient and innovative - I love their handiwork. Excellent service for a price. And deans was exceptional as an agency operator on the telephone. They are strongly recommended by me!

So glad I decided not to tackle that shower enclosure myself. It did not look too easy to eliminate once I looked at it and had been fifty five years old. Erik was unable to find the parts to fix it. He'd a'functional" repair that he wasn't going to bill me for, so I could seek out other bids on substituting everything behind the tile. After he gave me a verbal ballpark about which it was going to cost I decided to have them do it. They cut the drywall behind from inside a closet and replaced my fixture. After they left me with nary a scratch and a functional shower handle on the tile it was an easy patch of this drywall. I was pleased.

Paul and sam did a great job making recommendations, answering our questions and getting our AC back up and running!!!

Erik came out to my friends place to fix a leak, it was efficient, fast, and super nicely done! Certainly when I need a fix my move to set!

We needed a 20 part replaced (capacitor) in our heating system. The labor was 165 (requires 10-15 minutes to perform this). We had been advised there was. We were charged $276.99. The diagnostic was NOT implemented.
I called the office to object to this bill. I was told by the woman she call me in the afternoon and would get the invoices.
We utilized Brea/Orange County Plumbing 2-1/2 years ago without difficulty. Things have gone down hill.
We WON'T be using Brea/Orange County Plumbing, Heating ever.
