I can not say enough about these guys the main line has been plugged we had water coming up the tub tubs and showers and toilets. We had to wait a couple of days for them to come out but it is always worth it there workers understand exactly what there doing. We utilized rescue rooter and they broke there auger off in the main line and it was a disaster. Prior to leaving dittman is comprehensive and been. Additionally they got it done and they get up on the roof for those who don't have a clean out the roof is the and some businesses don't. Stick with what works!! Dittmann!!!

Went to plumbing supply shop to seek out help w faucet difficulty. Dittmann plumbers were shopping in store and helped us problem solve a partially blocked hot water faucet (calcium deposits found!) . Will be calling them for plumbing issues!

My parents had an superb experience and stated that he was the very best plumber they've ever had.
He was committed to finding the root cause and came to fix issues. E.g., we believed we'd have to replace our entire faucet fixture and already had one ordered and prepared to go, but he found a blocked pipe. He gave us back the moment and replaced the pipe. We could return the parts while keeping the original aesthetic.

Love their job and We've gone to Dittmann for many years. I have been amazed and frustrated this week I never received a call back and have known for an issue with outside kitchen faucet. I am now giving up and going elsewhere.

My mother called them for a quote to repair our kitchen plumbing (the water was vented out of the tap ). Not only did they give her a quotation, but they went over and beyond. In reality, they were cheaper than their opponents and the work was of the highest quality. I am so appreciative of them (especially, their worker Dave) treating my mother fairly with so much consideration. I have already referred them to friends and would use them again. Thank you for taking care of us Dittmann Plumbing! :)

I have and must deal with an HOA and its own management firm and general contractor to ask repairs. Inside the walls is HOA, whereas is mine. And of course exceptions occur. Pipes are inside the walls except when a difficulty is caused by contractors that flipped the place before you bought it and drove a twist when securing the vanity. As a result, therefore all related work is in the expense of the owner, the root cause was not inside the walls.
The management firm had intended to ship Dittmann before Roto-Rooter arrived. When I followed Dittmann myself, Maria told me that they were simply too busy and in fact had no available appointment time for a week. But a couple months later, after the screw leak was repaired and the rest of the work had to wait till the management firm could engage a licensed plumber to correct the minor leak, Dittmann was available right away; in fact, Maria called me and said someone would come that same day.
Dealing with the management business isn't enjoyable. Initially, to assess the initial, more serious, issue of a screwed aluminum pipe, the general contractor and also a plumber out of Roto-Rooter spent 2-3 hours knocking holes in the drywall and poking around but did not arrive at a definitive decision as to the source of the leak. In reality, because the walls is no more in use remained inside by remnants of the old steel pipes, they assumed that the pipes were steel. I shall finally have to pay for time and all that wasted Since the issue was determined to be owner responsibility.
The plumber that did the job was Paul. Before coming outside, he predicted half an hour. Initially, he stated it would be a challenging task to re-solder that pipe joint because of the space below the pipe's angles, the sink, and also the proximity of other pipes along with also the P trap. He did a great job. He sprayed the surrounding area down to minimize fire risk must be heated to a very large temperature. He had to throw out the old P trap (which was essentially junk anyway) and was going to replace it with a brand new steel one, but I showed him that the plastic one we already bought and said we had put that on. He was done. He said he used to run his own company but because he's worked for Dittmann he has become more familiar with tight condominium spaces.
All in all, my experience using Dittmann Plumbing was positive. Paul is educated and has skill and the experience to do a good, thorough job.
This was my circumstance, along with my half wound up doing most of the job. Otherwise I'm sure I'd have been out thousands of dollars. On the way, though, we struck another issue, a failed joint inside the wall on a pipe arm leading to the hot water shutoff, which had been determined to be HOA responsibility except for replacement of the valve, and this is just another exception since it isn't located inside the wall. Great grief!

On October 14 my kitchen faucet went kaput. I went out and purchased a new one. I was without water at my kitchen sink. On Friday, October 15, I called Dittman Plumbing and talked to Maria (very wonderful person) and created the first available appointment which was for the subsequent Monday. I told Maria I would be without water sink all weekend and she told me she would do her best and if there were a blackout. I got a call that one install my new faucet and of their technicians will come out. Yea! Dave did a very good, neat job and came on time. He was a nice person and he had the job done in under an hour. I was so happy. I had water at my kitchen sink again.

Don't rely on them. Flushes sounded weird and made them out until a complete back up nothing was found by them but that I understood there was a problem brewing because of the sound. There came A few weeks after everything up in the lawn. No guarantee is offered by them and would not help. I would have accepted a reduction even. However, maybe they should be used by me when I said Roto Rooter provides and the woman was mean, she said I wrapped and must.

EVERYTIME!
We have now been using them in our campus for about 6 months. In the previous week, as we prepare to start, we've had a reason to call them for 4 distinct reasons.

I called the Plumbing of dittman because I had a leak in my kitchen sink. Maria who is the proprietor and who answers the phone very Timely was very kind and said that she'd return to me as soon as she had somebody to help me. The gentleman came out and fixed my escape within 20 minutes and the problem was repaired completely. I would recommend this business to take care of any Pipes problems in the local peninsula or in San Mateo. You are thanked by professional cost-effective and timely. It means I Will Certainly call you again

My shower had a flow and was dap. Instead, they went through cutting a hole in my ceiling and leaving it to me to repair since this company"won't permit the use of dap." I could have done the repair myself and must have been told that away. This company has run up a massive bill, which wouldn't have occurred if they were with what the difficulty was up front. I've talked to other plumbing companies and they believe this is poor and unacceptable work.
And call someone else.

We had among their folks since we had a variety of things that needed fixing, for example installing a new water heater come out to our house. The plumber was professional, courteous, mindful of the walls and walls showed up on time and did a great job. He explained what the problems were, what was required to fix them and the associated costs. Having a couple of the problems there were multiple alternatives for solving them. When asked if it had been he do he explained why and told us.
They are a terrific company and the are our go for whatever water related to company. You have to seriously consider them.
This is a great company to manage, from the first call through the completion of this task.

I have used Dittmann Plumbing for the previous two years. They're honest and competitively priced. I'd suggest them to friends and my neighbors.

I also have filed a complaint.
My HOA sent someone out to confirm out the leak and named Dirrmann's for an estimate to get a renter leak. $10,000) gave it and estimate. He advised piping their kitchen even tho he's never see our CCR's. The leak is still there, two months after that estimate and the tenants are currently acting entitled. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, in the 19 yrs I've lived here, tenants have had to pay for plumbing issues generated in their units. Always.
By not acting ethical and professional, don Taylor has really caused my HOA issues.
We are having to pay to get a lawyer.

I have used this company for several years and was satisfied. That was before the change of possession. Today I phoned in to request them to send 2 bills because I had work done on properties where I wasn't current and paid by credit card on the phone to me, but never received a statement. It was just like I had been talking a language they did not seem to comprehend. The guy I talked with had Marie get on the phone. She started out the conversation with"I do not know exactly what you want, but I'll try and assist you". Hmmm, is that good customer support???? I really don't think so! Then I attempted to explain I just needed them to send out. It is not rocket science! But Marie continued with her attitude and did not seem to know what I wasn't interested in helping or talked about. She hung up on me! I could not get through for a while and phoned back. Said I could not talk to Marie because she was mad and could not talk with me, when I eventually got through the guy. Wow, are you people kidding!!! What kind of company is this where they can't even attempt to resolve a matter. Makes me really wonder what sort of company they are running. Anyway, I am done with Dittmann Plumbing. So things worked out for the best found another plumber.

All seem to be quite experienced and extremely passionate about plumbing! In the latest visit, Dave went overboard trying to describe my plumbing to me, despite the fact that I am seemingly plumbing-impaired and didn't actually comply with the excuse about escutcheons and shark bite valves (??) I am not sure that is right. It was very nice that he tried:-RRB-
Firstthere is Maria at office. Maria is a delight! She conveys for my troubles is personable and attempts to find resolutions far beyond just monitoring a plumber. I had a larger job that was going to take a few hours, so that she made sure to schedule me first thing in the afternoon so that I could get at a half-day of job.
I have been utilizing Dittmann for many years I had a plumbing problem. They were contracted with my HOA but seemingly lost the contract. I tried a couple times to the plumber and it was those samples which made me realize excellent Dittmann is!

I Didn't have a good experience with this business
Just wanna offer my honest opinion. The woman who spoke to me sounded rude. I'd expect to be treated, if I needed to spend the money.
On the other hand, the individual who came in to do the job was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He managed to pin point the issue and managed to fix it there.
I think what they bill is on the pricey side.

I am. The valve on the toilet continued to run wasting water. I phoned Dittmann plumbing and requested the price of a trip. The fundamental cost was pricey but I anticipated it since I asked. I didn't expect to get exploited by cushioning the invoice with fees listed below time when the plumber was in my home one hour .The price of these components weren't listed. The 170 was below moment. I had been paying after 5pm visits since he didn't show up until an hour after the scheduled appointment .

Dittmann Plumbing did a superb job in our offices.
We had up backed two restrooms both linking to the sewer line and we predicted right away. The girl answering the telephone, want I caught her name, was nice. She was in listening to our problem in determining what kind of service we would need patient. I explained we backed up and she asked whether there was a line outside our building. She suggested that area is cleared by us so that their plumber would have access.
Polite, friendly, fast, professional, a pleasure to do business with.
At approximately 1pm I received a call stating he was on his way. It is fine before they arrive they give you a phone , fantastic customer service. He stepped to our offices immediately took off his work boots when he got there. He insisted although I said it was not necessary. He ended up snaking our line took no longer than 30mins to him. After he asked and went over preventative measures us questions to find out if the problem could be determined by him.
