I have used him since and he always responds immediately. Great rates. Wonderful guy.
He had a brand new $800 snake and it broke in half while he was trying to purge this pipe difficulty and he was so chill about it. I felt horrible. In the long run, it was so severe, although he spent a very long time trying to acquire the clog fixed, we had a company with a hefty duty video camera.
He felt bad that I had other problems due to a recent remodel which had not gone well. He ended up charging me of what he should have, around 1/4, and that he broke his new piece of equipment, to boot.
Scott is recommended by me highly. I discovered him Yelp (heaps of stellar reviews), after using a serious clog affecting the whole house. I left a message and right then, I contacted a friend to ask who they used for their remodel. By coincidence, they reacted Grant Plumbing, and could not say enough good things. I informed them I had just contacted him.

Scott Grant is the most affordable and best plumber you're gonna see in the area. He and his guys are top notch and they know what they're doing. I've had the. He fixed properly and fast and showed up fast. I have told my neighbors when a talk of plumbing comes up and strongly recommend this company.

Like this existed 9, I didn't believe professionals. I hired Grant Plumbing for two jobs. My husband has ALS and that I was combing the internet for the correct sort of bathroom for him. I then made a couple of calls and ended up talking with Grant Plumbing. They helped me find exactly what I needed and did the setup. Occasionally there are angels. Then we needed a faucet replaced. Grant Plumbing did the work fast and well. These are not jobs that are large but they were done and fast. Thank you Scott and Dave! You make a huge difference!

I'm still trying to get Scott to return my calls about the shoddy job he performed on my clogged toilet to the tune of $700.00. Even my builder got no response and telephoned him. He poked at a small hole at the clog and then assumed it was mended. He did the exact same thing over again and did return when that didn't work. However, this time after he replaced the toilet, he didn't seal it properly and when it backed up yet again the copy came beneath the hardwood flooring and ruined that and the subfloor. This guy is not to be trusted to do dependable work and I am exploring how in the world I can get my cash back! My contractor scrutinize his job along with I have had RotoRooter and both came to the exact same conclusion. Atherton, patty Kovas, CA

I'd give zero stars if Yelp allowed to these guys.
He maintained that they were educated about these and could find the problem. Scott himself did NOT come to the job he sent somebody else. This man knew little to nothing about water heaters in general. He opened the device pulled on a tube appeared around and pretended he understood anything in any way. After 15 minutes he got on the phone and also spend a good 20 minutes or so on and off on the phone. He said that the difficulty was that the COMPUTER, but that I was better off fixing it. I asked for quotations and he"called his provider" (afterwards he contradicted himself said he called Scott) and stated they would return to him soon. Then he said:"Well you have me hear for another 20 minutes since you cover the hour, so let me poke around more". 20 minutes precisely later, he asked me to cover the 120 of his"inspection visit" and promised me that I'd have a quotation for fixing the device in addition to installing a new one within the afternoon. It's been two days and I'm yet to hear back. I had a plumber come by and within 15 minutes, he'd recognized the problem, showed it and the device is currently functioning at this time! Bottom line is, Grant just wants to collect money from plumbing visits as Scott and his staff really don't have a clue of what they're doing (they could likely do simple things like unclog toilets).
Tl; dl; Grant plumbing is currently going to attempt and cash money from you for no work, do not call them!

Having experienced numerous plumbing issues within my house and my rental homes in the Bay Area I've had the pleasure of interacting with pipes in the area. Some can be quite operators.
I got an extremely competitive quote for an outlet that was outside to circumvent the messy procedure that was awkward, due to the plumbing construction of my house, which necessitates removing my bathroom I want to snake outside the mainline.
My experience with Grant Plumbing was quite professional and reaffirmed by faith in plumbers that are honest. The blockage in my mainline was expertly resolved at a reasonable price. Thank you Miguel!

Bought a new one and having just sold a house, I have been coping with many different service individuals. Scott stands outside a one of the best - good communication (including email), prompt, efficient, knowledgable, personable, honest and practical. He assisted me review plumbing things flagged in our house inspection report providing advice on which things were issues worth addressing and which weren't. He then cared for the items. He fixed and also identified an fitting on our tankless water heater that resulted in greater flow and faster water. We'll continue to rely on Grant Plumbing to our needs.

They unclogged drainage pipes that are outdoor in our home and did a good job. They arrive on time and finished the project using a fee in a reasonable time. We'll use them again if have some plumbing problems. Thanks for your work!

They had been a joy
Way to go Grant Plumbing!!!
Well, it was time for a toilet that is new - turned out the old one was leaking for some time. May have been a nightmare scenario. Scott, Dave and Miguel put in ceiling fan, a bathroom floor, and the bathroom in 1 day with hardly any strain on me - a mother. .

I had a sewer line yesterday. Were blessed that Scott had a gap between occupations. His partner and he came in 20 mins. They solved it professionally and quickly and immediately identified the issue. His price was very fair. I am very satisfied with his services. Will use his service again.

Many plumbers have a three or four hour window to come for estimates and repairs. Scott came right at that time and gave a specific time to me! He seemed like he knew what he was referring to. We did not get to create repair, when we need a plumber in the future, but we will definitely call him.

Had a crisis plumbing issue -- did not want firm that is large but wanted someone who seasoned and was nearby. Reached Scott straight -- over the phone that he was knowledgeable about the issue and how to repair it. Called a few places but obtained replying telesales or providers. Decided later setup -- to proceed with Scott, his worker and he proved quite efficient at repairing the issue and Scott also fixed another problem we had in our bathtub. Turns out Scott is a superb guy (w household and children ), been in business for ten years, obtained his experience working at a big firm, does a mix of residential and industrial work and is very comprehension about everything from pipes to bathroom/kitchen renovation.

Escrow closed on a home. Usually the pipes can be in decent shape, but because this particular home is contrary to a hillside, the home is passed under by water from the hill. The corrosion was accelerated by the presence of moisture in the crawl space on the cast iron sewer main. I called a couple of plumbers. Scott has over 13 years of his price and experience was very competitive, so that I hired him to replace my sewer main. My crawlspace is moist and 18 inches from soil. His team and scott promptly came to the home, completed the job in two days, and even located water accumulation by both sides of my home which needed attention. I have another 50 years a new sewer main that will last. I thought Scott was very professional, and he finished the job . I recommend Grant Plumbing.

He managed to quickly isolate the origin of the issue, fix the issue and take steps to fix the damage that was done (including personally phoning a few sources for me a fantastic price on leasing a large heater to dry out some badly water damaged regions behind the walls). He's a wonderful plumber also has!
As a property manager I am ever on the lookout for a plumber that is fantastic. Scott Grant is my go to plumber for all of my properties. He's extremely knowledgeable, accountable and attempts to help save money wherever he can. He does a thorough job and also makes sure instead of just doing a quick fix that may not solve the 28, the plumbing issue is resolved.

Professional and responsive service was provided by scott. I have dealt with different plumbers, and he's been the very best.

As an update.. .Scott did text me and showed up to do his estimate and emailed me within 24 hours. His pricing is quite fair and he also gave me some advice that is honest. I had believed the water heater had to be elevated off the floor 18 inches to be up to code. Another plumber tried to charge additional for this but I was told by Scott the water heaters did not need to be raised off the floor. Will update if he is used by us.
