I had a problem with a sink. This back-up's level was so I phoned him to rescue the day. He dropped what he was doing simply to come by and diagnose the issue. He came within 20 minutes of my call! He looked in the situation, gave me a quotation and we set an appointment for him to return in two days. Unfortunately, that evening the difficulty, and the following day got worse and I phoned and asked if he'd return ASAP. He also fixed the issue and came back in a couple of hours. He was fine, funny, came in on budget, and accommodating. He made me made an extra effort to be timely, feel as a priority, and was extremely helpful. An added bonus: it's always a joy to work with somebody who seems to love what they do.

David is my go. Used him twice in the last 6 months (two seperate fixes) and he was wonderful. He is a perfectionist and makes sure you're pleased with the job. He helped me to understand that the matter and easily articulated how he repaired it when he repaired our water valve behind the refrigerator. He is an all around friendly and honest guy. I saved his number.

Called David up on a Friday Memorial Day weekend regarding a Flow. He did offer to remove his sneakers. Cuz my shoes were seen by him at the door manner.
We coordinated and he met with me after work that day. After evaluating the situation, he noticed it was not a pipe it was something else. He shifted out a pipe and snaked the pipe in case. As he working on it, he is very detailed and describes everything. I was good with the fee. I use him again if desired and will save his amount. I recommend.

David continues to save my bacon. I had a shower that wasn't functioning, and guests that came to town the following day. David arrived, and problem solved a complex (old) shower enclosure, and got it working again in no time. He's always helpful and very responsive. I can't recommend him enough.

David is an absolutely AMAZING individual and plumber! I first had him come over last summer (2018) to put in an insanely complicated under the counter water filter, which he figured out without a problem and gave me a few suggestions which made the entire setup more affordable than I had planned. Then I had him return to repair something and I compensated for the visit. My bank indicated my payment and David's PayPal account got suspended. To make a long story short it took HOURS of calls with PayPal to correct this and many MONTHS for your money to return to the right location. David and I had been together, through which PayPal do nothing to solve the problem, and within this very irritating situation David was always polite, understanding and problem solving oriented.

I heard a cat in my furnace. There are feral cats all around and I do feed them to keep mice and rats away. . I phoned Dave immediately. He was as kind and compassionate and added me even though he was already completely booked! He came over checked everything out, appearing in furnace and the wall. . .He said..."I genuinely think the cat is under the house. Sounds travels." He discovered kitty but could not find him. I was going to the kitchen. . .Lo and behold there sitting on my stairs in the rear room was Kitty! LOL, Dave was right!! Thank you you are a Life saver!! People, Dave is the BEST!!!!

Dave is a consummate professional. He's a shot. I did read any complaints. He's a one man company. He doesn't drive around providing estimates all day long. If you have a plumbing problem he is hired right off the bat or he requests that customers send a couple photos to him so he can see the range of the issue. He's hardworking, honest, efficient, and very simple! He did 4 other jobs in my neighborhood and all 4 other people were quite happy and continue to recommend. There's a reason why this master plumber has about 175 FIVE STAR evaluations!
Wallace Plumbing is a wonderful company that is owned and run by Dave Wallace. I had 4 bathrooms that had parts that were getting old. Other things that were odd were running and performing. Dave recommended that I switch out the flappers, fill valves, and then replace the waterlines moving from the bathrooms . He even called it a"three for you ." So long as he was working on the bathrooms replacing one part he changed two parts out and wanted to become EXTRA sure nothing can flow. From my experience this is absolutely a idea give that 3 of the bathrooms were on second narrative and should any part fail it could cause water damage involving multiple levels. Since most plumbers don't take this kind of precaution recommending additionally to change a 10 part is brilliant. So he could see just what kind they were and what parts I wanted he had me email him photos of all of the bathrooms. I had to get a new bathroom and saw the reviews that Wallace Plumbing got so I gave them a call. David was pleasant over the phone and reworked his program to accommodate my program. When he came to our Asian household he asked if we wanted him to put on shoe covers... so excellent! Anyhow, he prepped for the bathroom and when he was prepared to set the toilet on, we found out that the toilet I had bought was deciphered! No problem though because David waited without charging me additional for me to get another one! He quadruple and triple checked his work to be certain it was all good, after he got the bathroom on.
He's definitely going on my speed dial.
