Very Responsive. Had an angle stop that has been broken, and Dave felt the urgency of the situation. Robert (experienced technician of 20 years) showed up within 45 min. Robert explained what he was doing, and he replaced his angle stop. He cautioned what was significant. Robert afterward replaced my broken bathroom with a bathroom which I purchased on my own. My bathroom was carried by him out . He gave me tips for bathroom maintenance and what parts/toilets to purchase in the future. Robert did a fantastic job. Solid. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Will was my support tech. I never met a person in the A/C area. Do not try to sell me things and provided ways to save money. He hugely exceeded my expectations. They have a new customer for life.

Not in a hurry to spend tens of thousands I've lived on heaters. So I thought I made it through winter the weather has been pretty wild this winter and struck the 80s last week! This was until last weekend when we set off for Big Bear and came back home and the thermostat had been reading 64 degrees!
My heater had been broken since December 24th. Cool atmosphere was blowing in the vents and it had been really create my house colder!

This firm provided the best customer services to me. I had my furnace repaired. Gabriel the tech came on time and with a wonderful positive mindset. They charge a service fee for coming out and the service fee can go towards the job when he finds something needs replacement. He got it to work instantly and found something instant as he analyzed the issue. He could've charged me extra, I'll never know. But when I asked him how much I owe, he told me not to worry since it was so simple. Now who does this!? His honesty blew me away. From here on I will be utilizing his services and referring him to my friends and family. Thank you Gabriel for your honesty.

Gabriel came out and fixed our AC a month ago and tracked the part we had and came back early the following day. Was helpful and super friendly, and did great work. He came out right away and A month later we had another issue and fixed the problem. These guys are awesome.

Shocked that these guys are given 5 stars by folks. Called them last Friday when the heat wave hit, talked to Dave, who advised me he was reserved but has cancellations. Said he would call me back. Never heard from him called again on Sat and left a voice mail. Never heard back again. Do yourself a favor and telephone Air Plus in Glendale. .

One of his guys showed up the morning after. He had been very and astute , very considerate. We went through all the problems that may lead to the shut down of the AC. I said it may be freon. He said it might be that but test cold your device is and let me see your capacitor.
I should add that our repairman dealt with a terrible head cold in this miserable heat. He worked hard for all of us and came out. He said if our AC didn't return to normal he would return. Guess what? It worked and our house is an ice box.
Not only did they go out of their way for me personally but were fair, reliable and acted as companion NOT a service.
I like I mentioned and highly recommend them. . .these guys work as a partner not a service. They continue to be certain everything is in working order in the day and will follow up.
I must mention this....these guys rock!
We determined quickly because of high use had shut off and that it had iced up considerably. He said the freon level can't be measured by us it would misread the gages and because the AC is suspended. I knew this. But wanted to see what he would say. Imagine my pleasure when our service guy answered. He explained everything to her as well, when my wife came home. We conducted some tests and he then said he would be back either tonight or tomorrow AM if it was still not working. He had been sure it was the device icing up.
As soon as I came home it was nightfall and we spoke. We decided to have the repairman come the upcoming morning that was late because it was too hazardous to operate on our roofing.
A couple of days back, our AC expired. Just like this, my wife phoned me and said our AC unit had a really current that was weak and was blowing hot air. I thought to myself,"Good luck finding an AC repair service that'll come out this exact same day in 110 degree heat."
The price for his visit was $95 dollars. Though I have seen it vary from $75 to $110 it is about right. It is fine. You're becoming advice and help.
I gave a call to these guys. Dave was my point individual and I explained my situation. He answered questions I had and said that evening, he went to have someone to our place in Tujunga. We guessed traffic time to have the timing right.

Mr. Leo Valencia came into our rescue and helped us get the gas turned back after the Gas Co. put a lock on the main for a flow under one of our apartment units. I phoned late on a Tuesday at night and he said he will be in the unit involving 9am-10am on Wednesday. He texted me to affirm once I texted the morning with the ETA and got off the telephone with him. He met me earlier than 9am in the unit and went about fixing the issue of valve and the main pipe. He was clear with his plan of work and the job didn't rush. He was very accommodating and helpful with the other appliance difficulty that he really took time if the appliance expert arrived to assist. I would recommend Mr. Valencia and will only use his services for any plumbing, gas problems with our flat units.

As mentioned at the office with Dave Finest service , plumber was punctually. Plumber Johnny should up and was really considerate, I showed him outside. He awakened the dirt and discovered copper pipe sprayed water. Johnny cut on the pipe did not try any up sale approaches and stopped the leak, charged me a price and made a repair. For our plumbing needs, definitely will probably be calling this business. Not the cheapest but fair and thorough.
Brandon was excellent fixing it and finding our escape. It was a tough one because it was contrary to a wooden beam. He explained everything he was doing and showed me where the escape was. Before he moved with fix he checked to make certain there was no additional escape. He triple checked afterwards to be certain that the flow was taken care of.

Service I received today on my busted air conditioning unit was perfect. My AC not cooled. Service technician Mime included some Freon and came out. Unit began Colli g again within minutes. MIKE was extremely considerate and have me up-front range of work and pricing. Highly recommend A1 plumb in heating and AC

The replacement was completed within the time and my carpeting weren't cluttered. John assessed before leaving the new water heater worked. Dave called the following day worked and the job was done satisfactory. A-1 will be my go to place for years to come.
Launched on replacing my water heater with the 15, calling around I purchased. Nearly all the places then put in price on for your water heater having carpet and being to be on the second floor in doors charges. Another charge to haul the water heater away. Yup and home, new pipes, that'll be more.
John was quite courteous and came the exact same day. He determined that the majority of the components may be used and looked at the older water heater. He then went and wrote a quote based on exactly what was required for your occupation and no added charges whatsoever .
Had an older water heater which gave out that. Managed to locate a good bargain for a single OSH, but had no idea how to get it installed.
The cost to replace and install was literally just $200-$300 less than obtaining a water heater package with these areas. Was prepared to give up till I spoke to Dave at A-1. Dave gave me a price estimate that included everything from removing into installing the new one, and hauling away the water heater. Dave even gave me the option to buy components (pipes, home, etc.) out of A-1 or just save some money and get it from Home Depot.

We called around to many places to discover a repair technician for our heating system. I called to get a price quote in my broken AC unit and these men provided me. The man spoke to me and tried to upsell me on a $600 job that I had completed for $320. For really providing A-1 service, thanks guys. Losers.
