An excellent plumber with skills came for me in a crisis on a three day holiday weekend. Highly recommend not only his skill in his trade, but his ethics and excellence as a human being for.
I met Damon Saunders, Owner of 5 Diamond Plumbing, at Streator Pipes at AG. The allure to use 5 Diamond was they do commercial and residential plumbing and it was promoted on Damon's truck. Damon and his team were so patient and accommodating. I wanted to find the industrial faucet appliance. It took two weeks to acquire the right appliance replacement, and the faucet was set up by Damon's man Doug with rinser. He got it all done although it was complicated. I'll be using 5 Diamond Plumbing heading forward. If you have a look at Damon's reviews, they definite care about their workmanship and treating his customers.
I recommend 5 Diamond Plumbing. Damon came out late in the day with short notice and economically replaced our older, leaking water heater. He is friendly, reliable and dedicated to quality work at a really reasonable price. Very happy!!
I had 5 Diamond plumbing put in a new gas water heater in my home a few months ago. It wasn't an emergency. I wished to replace 18 year-old water heater before it was a problem. The owner was great to deal with. I emailed photos of my water heater to Damon. He investigated options and costs. I included bathtub drain and some shower valve replacements into his visit. He had all components and had been on time. Hauled all the stuff off, cleaned up. Completed all jobs in time frame he estimated. Price was fair. I will definitely call again if desire in future.
I had plumbing emergency on a major holiday, the nightmare situation. Damon responded was communicative with me. Before Damon got there it was a setup that is ridiculous. He corrected that, put into a water heater. Took time to walk me. The price was fair, he worked fast and I've been quite pleased. He was a nice man. Can happily call him again.
I used 5 Diamond Plumbing for the first time. They are presently in my mobile contacts. Damon, the owner came to my house, after hours no longer, and from what I collected after he got home. However he jumped in truck and came right over. Yes we are living in precisely the same town, but in my opinion, it is because he's super nice and to me he has excellent customer service. My upstairs toilet leaked into my garage. It is in a spot that's difficult to reach. Up in the garage's ceiling. My heater is right next to that. How the pipes have been placed they are in a really tight space, although I had cut out the drywall and budded up again the wall. Trust me it's in a bad place. He had been willing to conduct to a hardware shop and fix it there and right then. I told him , it is ok. When he had more time, he could come back. (I have a 2nd bathroom) After giving me an estimate that night, he came back the next day and fixed it. I'd gotten a few quotes I will keep him and he will be the first call when I need a plumber I make.
