I sad because we won't have the chance to use him that he has refinished the bathtubs in our property! However it is my hope that this review will help bring clientele because he is truly a master at tub refinishing to him.
Bill arrived on time and got to work. The majority of the day has been prep work but it needs to be done! We're with how our shower seems SO IMPRESSED! It seems brand I can not wait to complete the rest of painting and the patching and use it.
We're once more highly impressed by Bill work! He took a tub that was tired looking and made it look like it was installed from the factory. He's friendly, professional, thorough, clean and above all, highly proficient. My daughters exclaimed the new tub looks like marble. =)
We'd Bill out to reglaze our next bathroom. This tub didn't have nearly the flaws and defects so it was more straight ahead.
I cannot state enough amazing, awesome, wonderful things about Bill Syms Bath Maintenance. Our master bathroom started leaking due to a crack in the bottom of the fiberglass. The tub was oversize and set up prior to the walls so we either had to a) rip out our entire bathroom to substitute the tub or b) reglaze it. We used our bathroom but with two children and house guests we needed another shower/tub and stopped using that tub. I discovered Bill on Yelp and has been very impressed with his photographs, and he offered me a price so we set the appointment for reglazing.

And Bill, I'm convinced your thrilled with the quality of your job, your streamlined automobiles, and shitty attitude. Meanwhile, my husband and I'm thrilled to have found a professional reglazer, will continue to manage professional and sane builders, and enjoy the quality and precision of our Mercedeses.
After I left a negative review in the messages that he sent me, he sent me a few messages. A number of these messages' excerpts noted that:
I have given my reglazer's title out to many. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you would rather not be overcharged or abused my self Judas.
2. I was unsavy within my choice by not choosing him since most of his jobs are fixing other jobs that are poorly done. I could not have been more savy than with my man, who posts his price list when actually! What could be transparent and more honest ? He did what Bill Syms stated was wanted anyhow he came right away for an in-person inspection, we adored his job, and it's still perfect.
3. He compared himself to Judas times? (not somebody I'd invite in my home).
Boy, Bill sure likes to brag. He likes to discuss how he that he's so successful he drives expensive cars--while all other reglazers equate to cars. And provide return calls or estimates and that, since he's several 5 star ratings, he's simply too busy to come out in person and correspondence in a speedy and professional manner. Hence he was justified in getting the customer do all the led work for him since he's simply too important.
1. His prices were"middle of the road." He used when actually his estimate was THREE TIMES MORE than the reglaze.

Recently moved into an older house, and the tub and sink -had some TLC, to say the least. Bill was sent through my landlord, and all I can say is, WOW! Bill did an amazing job! The tub and sink are like new. . .can't wait to take a dip in my beautiful and brand new bath! Thanks again, Bill!

He can deliver on his word and the results speak volumes. On top of that, he's a wonderful guy and quite thorough, which makes me feel comfortable with the procedure from begin to finish in protection of my kitchen, his setup and in explaining it to me, and clean up after. He has my greatest endorsement.
After searching high and low to reglaze my end cast iron sink, then I followed a lead that brought me to Billy. He and I spoke together along with approximately 6 other companies/people. In the end, I decided on Billy, and I am glad that I did.

I'd highly advise if you are moving into a home, reglazing and wish to skip the cost of a bath installation. We purchased new floors, toilets, and sinks and the reglazing produced the tubs seem new!

There was an issue with the type of drain we'd and if we needed an escape, when we found there was a problem, we called him and he came out the very next morning and corrected the issue. It's refreshing to hire someone who is easy to work with and stands with their job.
I can't say enough good things about Bill. He did both bathtubs at our 1973 home that is new, plus they look amazing! They seem brand new. He worked quite a hard day at our new home without the air conditioning working on a hot July day and also did the hardware for a minimal charge.

Last Saturday bill re-finished our tub. He showed up on time on our date that was agreed. I will also add he is professional and quite courteous.
Our house has the first cast iron tub out of'55 when the house was constructed. There was a little rust over the drain, which is common. Refer to both connected prior photos.
When he was done, he cleaned up and discussed following care hints. My wife and I admired our brand-new looking tub. Bill did an amazing job! He clarified his rust repair and prep work when I asked. I'm very convinced this conclusion will last. Refer to the following photo.

I can't say enough to advocate Bill Syms. He was receptive, professional and very educated . He answered all my questions and did exactly as he stated he would. His pricing was fair and fair, we gave the green light and scheduling was roughly within fourteen days. Everything he clarified for the process happened exactly he coordinated with other work we had going on at the time. He has been courteous, efficient and tidy and came in on time everyday. 1 caveat, that has nothing is that the odor that the reglazing generates, definitely although it's a strong epoxy odor subsides everyday, just be prepared with good ventilation. The results are better than I imagined. Crisp, refreshed and clean. We weren't ready to commit to a complete renovation, so this was. Bill Syms is strongly recommended by me.

Besides fixing the tub, he also saved us a ton by fixing a drain that the handyman had messed up.
Bill came in to correct a reglazed tub our handyman tried to do. He also did a wonderful job, and showed up immediately.
He does a great job with venting, before working and making sure everything is taped. Impressed by his work and will be recommending him.

I utilize Yelp to read all reviews be it food, service or goods before spending my money. I had a tub in my children bathroom that resulted in water damage in my family room. My house was in disarray and children took over my bathroom. I contacted Billy and we had scheduled an appointment for repair. There are refinishers and the one thing that stuck was his guarantee. Billy was helpful and very pleasant and came. His work was fantastic. After a few days, we discovered a depression was in the tub in the region of the first crack. We recontacted Billy and he came back to get a review. Regrettably, he needed to redo the tub. He adhered to his guarantee and didn't give us a time. We highly recommend Billy to your tub repairs!! and are very happy Thank you

Bill is I used the services of Bill to reglaze my parents bathtub. They've a sliding glass door in their bathtub/shower. Bill managed to eliminate that and put it back when finished like it was not removed. He did a great job as anticipated! Bill Syms is highly recommended by me! He is the very best!

Billy Syms is the real deal! He is professional and knowledgeable , truly a joy to use. My husband and I had a jet bathtub that was not working. We called around to many distinct companies looking to acquire the bathtub fixed. My husband heard about the Miracle Method (turning jet baths into a routine soaking bathtub ) on the world wide web. We looked for companies in the area which were competent and capable of doing this procedure (jet bathtub to soaking bathtub ). Billy Syms was the only person we discovered skillful enough to entrust for this particular job. Along with changing our jet bathtub to a soaking bathtub, Billy also helped us refurbish our shower (acid wash tiles, replace grout, & chalk where essential, etc.). We have, without needing to undergo a thorough renovation.

Spoke to day about a difficulty with Bill which I had with my shower . He was quite nice man and has been upfront with me about the job that I needed. He referred me he thought could do the job and a job that was good for me. Thank you Bill

Billy worked in my bathroom. I had the bathtub/shower and tile reglazed (to correct a bad job done about five years ago), new doors, new hardware in the bathtub/shower, and the toilet and vanity replaced. From start to finish, everything went flawlessly. Bill is personable, knowledgeable, prompt, honest and talented (and easy to use ). Between the time of his first visit until the job really started I bombarded him to ask questions about that and this -- all queries were answered promptly and with patience. The work only took a few days -- he was there and had been right on time each evening. The job was done in the allotted time and also for the cost. My little bathroom looks beautiful. Bill's job makes of the difference. If you're currently interested in finding a bathroom redo, I recommend you call!

Bill did the reglazing as part of our bathroom remodel on our 1948 cast iron tub that is heavy. We are glad we chose ! The tub was the only thing from our old bathroom that we wanted to maintain, because they simply don't make them like this anymore. Prior to his job, it had a dingy look and no shine left. And it looks brand new. Cannot say enough great things. He does a fantastic job and is professional, skilled, attentive. And his prices are very reasonable. Extremely happy with the outcomes.

I contacted about reglazing three sinks and a bathroom tub, Bill Syms. I am a teacher, so my schedule is somewhat tight. Bill was quite accommodating, communication by text and email. I texted him pictures of the work that had to be done, and he emailed me a quote the following day. Bill and his team could complete their work without me but Bill continually kept me up to date on the progress. The project took two days, and that which seems brand new. I was able to pay Bill through email after the project was complete, and he sent me a guide on the best way best to take care of the bathtub and sinks. With whatever out of the ordinary, Bill stated I can anticipate the bathtub and sinks to keep up their new end. Thank you, Bill, for the outstanding work. You are quite reasonably priced for the high caliber of your work, and I am so glad I asked one to reglaze my bathtub and sinks.

Billy Syms is your man! He booked because of his high quality and attention to detail. He's an honest hard working American that built his company from the bottom up. Booked Billy beforehand and he completely changed the look of my cast iron tub by reglazing it. Unbelievable pride and support which Billy chooses when he does his or her job. He must be devoted and obsessed with his job and will sacrifice anything to get it. He's a man of his voice, strict to profession and his value. He was on time in my two houses, got both reglazing completed beautifully, no junks left , no mess. His great workmanship, shows on the final product (glistening, smooth and not slippery when wet whatsoever ). I admired his skills and work ethics. Keep up the functions, Bill!

Called Bill he came out on Jan 4 and left our tub seem amazing. He was loved by the dogs so that is always a fantastic sign!! Tub appears better than brand new!! Can not recommend him enough.
