Cheapo Plumber

I come home from work friday evening. By Saturday it was a steady stream of water, so I predicted Cheapo Plumber. Michael was very professional He inquired what year the house was built, and if I wished to text an image of my own shower knob to determine whether he had the type of part required for the job. Within minutes he set up an appointment to come over and supplied a quote. Prior to arriving, Michael did warn me that the cost would be more economical to come out during the week vs. the weekend (Hmm. . .let's see. . .pay the weekend speed or pay an extremely higher water bill because of this water leak that is steady? I will pay the weekend speed lol).
It only took him about 30 minutes to complete the task so I could continue on with my weekend programs, and stop the leak.

I'm sorry Alice, the Guy who came out DID OFFER ME THIS 200 DOLLAR DISCOUNT. I'm sorry I must inform you that what I say is true. But like I mentioned this was a few years back. And I had forgotten to come back after he left and fix it. Once again Alice, I'm sorry and I hope this man works for you.
He wanted to bill me 400. Dollars to substitute two aspects. One for one and the chilly to the hot water for my own washer. He explained he would give me a reduction of 200. Dollars if give him 5 stars and praise and I would go to yelp. I did it. I regret it, not because of his work, but since I felt like I was being black mailed to write something nice about his business. After he did the job, my article should have changed. But I forgot. So I'm here now stating,....do not employ this guy unless you are really desperate.

His spouse and michael were great. Had an emergency with sprinklers and control valves at night. They got to work and came out in the afternoon. They told me exactly what was wrong with the machine and mended each of four valves and made a valve. Gave me a break down. Quick reply. Highly recommend.

Your answer to my review is untrue. Where did you get that information that it flooded 3x in the previous month. I predicted you and you guys did nothing but collect my money.

I called on a Sunday to have a brand new faucet. I advised him I bought the faucet . He is a dealer and then goes telling me that he ONLY installs Moen. . .he has the fixtures STARTING at 350.00. I could purchase the same one at Lowes to get 150.00. He tells me he won't guarantee his work from escapes due to an inferior item that is Chinese. . whatever. . In addition, he says that it would be another 250 plus to install. . And I had to sign a waiver to allow him to do the work... yeah okay red flag number 3. I told him my wife (who's a lawyer) would be delighted to look it over. . Another attitude. . "I really don't deal with lawyers" Bottom line, I phoned another plumber this morning at 8 am and it was completed by 11 NO problems. .

He has a service in my home previously and did the job fine. He was somewhat awkward and unfriendly....but I didnt Judge him on it. He fixed my plumbing issue.
Strangest experience calling for a plumber. Lol . . .Totally insulting and unprofessional.
I called 3 bathroom sinks to be installed by Micheal plus a kitchen sink onto a I am wrapping up. He asked if I am a"property agent, or some thing like that" in a very suspicious way. And I replied"no, but does that matter?" He said hes afraid to perform work that flip Homes because real estate brokers and home flippers have sold homes and not paid him and hes not interested in working with me.
Not a person.
Then he texted me that I was basically"crap" that he was
That's why I called him on a flip for a job. But because I flip Homes, I get treated.

Amazing!!! Needed an emergency water heater support call and they had been on it! Very specialist and polite obtained the job done fast! Would highly recommend!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!

I phoned Michael explained the problem. Right off the bat he stated it is going to be$ number of dollars and if it is what I think it is it is going to be $. He started on my bathroom in about warranty and you're not supposed to do this or that. I didn't realize I perpetrated a crime against the bathroom. I am not a plumber that I called him. The issue that I have is the lack of professionalism, his reply was more like a scolding and he assumed I couldn't manage his pricing. His tone unprofessional and was really off putting. I will find.

Plumber came on time. He was friendly, did an wonderful job, and worked quickly. He even provided over the phone advice pre-appoinment. Recommended.

Michael showed up quickly for the job but w/o doing anything, when he noticed what it took he left. He's only interested in a fast buck.

Michael came out to fix my water heater and substituted my garbage disposal in literally about 35 minutes. He does excellent job! Same day visit! Very professional! Thank you sir!

Michael was fast to respond over a water tank that is broken. He came to my house and replaced water heater. Really good and quality work.
He fixed a leak in our kitchen sink last year and did a awesome and fast job.

Not if you want. After he installed the replacement toilet he was very professional and the job has been done nicely. Installed and two months later, an uncomfortable quantity of sewage gas odor leaks. When I predicted he wouldn't come this situation or perhaps offer to inspect. I got essentially a speech concerning the odor is probably a dead rodent. I have actually experienced a dead bark at a wall earlier and I know that smell. This can be sewage gas. Today I'll need to employ somebody to simply lift and inspect the seals, which to me says he is really only interested in the 1 time task, no repeat client or customer services.

They guy gave a fast and clear explanation of exactly what happened and the cost was affordable

I'd Rotorooter come out 9 hours were spent by them for a clog. . From the time they left nothing was mended. Today I called Cheapo Plumber just to come out and do a quote. . They could fix the prob. . In less then an hour. Service cost. Everything was clarified by him along the way.

Michael is exceptional! I phoned after my telephone wasn't returned by someone for 24hrs and Michael answered. My appointment was. Got an extremely reasonable estimate. Both pipes were replaced by him in less than 40 minutes over my water heater. Love someone who WANTS my small business! Thanks Mike!
