Orange County Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

I am very happy I contacted Orange County Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning to Fix My Own AC Unit. My motor stopped working so I received a quote from another AC repair company which was $2,500 get or to fix a brand-new unit for $6,000+. I had been concerned about the purchase price and how expensive it was so I got another opinion. The motor was ordered by them and installed it within the following day and the AC is working just fine for less than $1,000. I would highly urge to give them a call and save money

Tyler was super and arrived. He knew exactly what the issue was by listening to it. He managed to swap out the component and the air conditioning unit is running great. Tyler answered all of my questions and had some great suggestions. He was quite knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended and now have an friendly and honest AC company that I can rely on. Air Conditioner just stopped blowing cold air. Called them and they managed to have someone come out when I was free. I didn't have to wait long and they called me when a technician was on the way.

We experienced this company do some fixes on our air conditioner. It has never worked well although it is a new device in the previous 5 years. He was very honest and told us, we didn't need a new one we just wanted to have some repairs done because it was not installed by the previous people correctly. He told us we needed to find the home before it'd be be worth the money to get the air conditioner worked 27, insulated. He offered up a company that may do the insulating material. This summer, we took his advice and got all of the work completed just in time for the heat wave. We urge the company and are very please with the job. Tyler was very honest and professional!

Honest straight forward service. Our issue was handled by matt the technician with our water heater quickly and took some time to describe the process. He made some recommendations but in no way attempted to push to make a sale. While writing the invoice he said he'd wait a bit just to make sure our problem up was to get certain solved. Overall experience, felt 100% confident that he had been dependable and truthful. Will would request Matt if he's available and use this company again.

When our daughter called our airconditioner was not functioning, we were out of town. We called for support and Tyler came out and discovered our coils were so filthy. We didn't know we ought to have been cleaning them. He managed to get it up and gave us same day support and running better than before. We need to use this company again!

Exceptional service was provided by jonathan and has been very knowledgeable about the repairs we would need in our dwelling. It was quite reassuring to work with him. Friendly and personable. I would recommend this company to our friends.

Extremely shady company. They quote you another price on the phone but charge you upfront When they come for your property. They proposed a fix that was not necessary. I discovered another plumber that did the job for like $200. Stay away. NOT TRUSTWORTHY

I was pleased with my service telephone with Orange County Plumbing Heat and AIR. The response time was quick and the issue was repaired even faster! We were so blessed to have Tyler come save the day. He was able to repair the leak in the toilet, and was very professional, educated no issue. He explained the process throughout and the issue's origin. He is the man to get the job done!

Due HVAC!! and OC Plumbing My heater started blowing air and it was literally 57 levels at the home at night. They came out punctually and fast. Tyler and Joel were really nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The heater was old and needed to be replaced. His partner and tony came back and installed a new one. Tyler came for the review and everything was fantastic. Tyler took the opportunity to call Nest and tell the guy what it was doing and my thermostat ended up not functioning and helped get me a replacement part. He installed the part and everything works far. They went out of their way to assist and were very professional. I can not thank them enough for its fantastic customer service. I'll definitely use them again.

Tony is a shady businessman. Called my gas water heater to be serviced by him and he informs me the whole thing. Never mind I just bought the place and also the inspector stated the water heater was fine. It simply needed a brand new gas valve. He tells me it needs a new seal and that it's hard to find them since those aren't always made by companies. Really? He tells me it's gonna cost me $120 since I asked him to flush a toilet and determine why the shower wasn't working. I advised him that the stuff wasn't working. He shoulda given me an estimate. He woulda made much more if he provided a suitable quote to me and had been honest. Rather he simply tries to charge me when it easily coulda been a 2K project had he handled it properly. There is better out there. He is gonna indicate fixing a lot of things which do need to be fixed.

This team maintained. I had a significant operation and the day before I had been going home our AC went outside. I was panicked and Kyle, Don and Lupe treated us like family and made sure we had been taken care of so that I could go home and be comfy.
It was late and tyler came to our house and he also took his time and was thorough as though he had been on a call at 8 am and checked everything to be convinced all summertime, our HVAC would purr.

My ac unit moved down, Tyler P. came out the very next day he was spot on time. Tyler replaced my capacitor and worked. Tyler went on to wash my entire system it is blows and a device up. The cost was very reasonable, I will be only be using Tyler my AC needs for all and urge Tyler to my neighbors thanks!

Quick and efficient. Matt, my serviceman, was friendly and polite. Response time was within 30 min of my telephone call. He helped me redeem a coupon . I won't hesitate to contact O.C. Plumbing again.

I had a sink that sunk and no plumber that I called wanted to take care of a sink that's an undermount sink that sank. Matt and replaced piping, removed everything, placed where it's suppose to be, sink , reinforced everything, Tim came out and abandoned the region cleaner then before there see. Matt and Tim were very educated, not to mention so friendly and respectful. Thank you For great work.

Very unreliable, supervisor doesn't follow through with what he says. Really unhappy with their services. I have made a dozen phone calls for a simple repair and got nothing but a bunch of promises, my time has been wasted and finally had to hire another corporation.

I have insurance because of my sewer line. It's saved me a lot of money, but I don't pick who gets delivered to do the work. It was Orange County PH&AC. After I got off the phone with the insurance provider they called a few moments, and Ricardo showed up within half an hour. He and his young assistant Eli quickly pulled an abysmal mess of roots from my lineup. I have had great experiences with ones and plumbers. Ricardo was one of the very best. It was an experience, and I can take a shower. Thanks, guys.

No call, no show.
Took two days to get an appointment, then never showed up and never known to say tech wouldn't have the ability to make the appointment or reschedule.Disappointing.

The secretary at Orange County Plumbing wasn't helpful. She looked a little annoyed at me and that I wasn't disrespectful or impolite.
Called them a few days later for a plumbing problem and things went downhill from there. The plumber showed up about the day he was program. I called the company and was advised he was stuck in his call and I will be next. I called back at 4PM and was told the plumber was rerouted to another job and that I was left a voicemail telling me that. I decided to give them another chance. I rescheduled to the next day between 1-3 PM. No show, until 5:30PM I received a call stating they're in my building and prepared to work. I had already contacted another plumber to emerge.
