It was great for replacing my water heater finding Rick at Pops Family Plumbing. With the assortment of low and high prices and tales of local plumbers that are not fair I managed to locate a plumber I was familiar with.

Well I recently acquired a Home in Mission Viejo. My renters reached out to me and advised my of a plumbing issue that had come up. Being from out of this region I turned out to Yelp to Discover a plumber in the Mission Viejo area to complete the job. Pop plumbing reached out to do the job as tenant satisfaction is number 1 concern, and I consented. When completed the associates at POP billed my credit card to the job completed at $237.58. It was be $150 labour and $87.58 parts. So you men at POP are telling me materials that I find at home depot for about $15 bucks are being charged at $87.58, more than a 400% mark up. Your telling me a job which takes me around 20 minutes to complete is currently costing $150 in labour. If I am being billed $450 excuse me. There be connected a SBN number on the bill. I do show the charges are for legal services yet can not find why on the bill. Also what is kind of an marketing concern is that POP advertises to serve mission viejo using a 949 area code number however charges and their bill came from Lake Elsinore. I have to say Shannon and Rick were my last hope of attempting to figure out why my Mother's water pressure was fluctuated after installing a new sprinkler valve. I was still getting low pressure and had replaced the water pressure regulator. Shannon said to have a picture of it and within 5 minutes she called back and said it was down. Lol... But if she hadn't told me it was upside down, I'd have spent much time losing my mind on the University of Youtube attempting to work this out little error on my part. I'm definietly not a plumber but I will contact them for any future demands! Thank you so much! :)
They have done getting my toilet unclogged in addition to shower work in toilet. It had been clogged my kids shattered. I feel the work was done nicely and in a timely manner. I've reccomended them to my in laws. Definately will continue to be a client!
What great service resembles! Eddy and rick came to fix a crisis plumbing issue for us. The issue was solved quickly! I'll go for my plumbing needs from now on, to them everytime. These guys know their stuff. I would suggest them for plumbing services that are personal or company anytime!
