I own a boba store and was having issues with our 3 compartment sink. Another family friend who also owns a company recommended Ted & Bros and that I couldn't be happier with the results. Fabian was our shop for many hours due to all the complications using the sink. He was friendly and professional, and showed me the way to do repairs for this. Fabian with Ted and Bros pipes came out the exact same day (yesterday) within hours of our telephone and did a great job. My kitchen faucet and shower leaked. I want to thank Ted & Bros Plumbing for coming out on a short notice to fix my gas line leak. Ezequiel is very knowledgeable and was very professional I'd recommend them to everybody. Very fair and very affordable. Thank you for saving.

One of our sinks has been draining slowly. The drain was inspected by fabian with his camera. He discovered several tree roots growing from the drain that weren't causing the problem but might easily grow to be an issue in the future. He flushed the roots down the drain utilizing a high pressure water flow. Fabian indicated that some stage future we consider having the principal drain lined to prevent root intrusions. He gave us a quote and did not force us to have the job done.
Then he determined that our problem was a result of a sink trap that was filthy. Over time it had become so crusted with'gunk' that it was causing the drain to operate. Fabian attempted to clean out the trap it was too crusted and he replaced the trap and solved the problem.
Fabian was quite professional. He operated very efficiently and I'd call him back to any plumbing problems. He suggested how to utilize the drains to minimize potential problems.

Long overdue review here. First of all, being a new homeowner is trying enough. Took a shower and believed that the water pressure was off, but didn't think about it. I find water puddles in fixtures in the kitchen below the shower next morning. Fabian & rachel came out the same day and explained everything they were going to perform, and how much things would put back me into the worse case scenario. They were great and Rachel fixed the issue (woohooo!) Plus in addition they replaced my water valve which day (since my husband broke it "trying to help me"). Had jobs for them because then and they are always honest and do good work.

We had a main-line clog this month. Everything backed up on a Monday evening and we called Ted & Bros around 8:30pm. The plumber showed up about around 9pm and had our lineup snaked and clear by 10:15... plus it wasn't simple, as he needed to undergo two different clean-outs. Regrettably, I can't remember the name of the plumber himself, but he had been really nice and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone.... They got us.

These guys were amazing last night, they arrived lat night to assist us was employed in the cold to try and solve our issue. Until the task was completed, they came back again this morning and did not finish. I would highly recommend them. Professional and customer service was amazing.

This is the second time and Bros Plumbing perform a job for me. The very first time I'd Ted and his son come out. Ted was efficient, fairly priced and professional. I'd his brother out to perform a job that is broader today. Ezekiel did an amazing job. He communicated with us the whole time. After he was done what was perfect! This really is a company you can trust. If my water heater expires which, judging from the noises it is creating, could be any day now I recommend them without hesitation and will be using them.

We're having backyard work needed and completed gas lines added & plumbing work. Ted Brothers did grade work efficiently at an excellent price. Quite simply they did a wonderful job! This was not a one day task, they were on time regular, and notably a working family. We will surely use them again and highly recommend them to relatives and friends in need of plumbing work. Decided after researching a ton of reviews, phoning a couple plumbing businesses to try these guys out for the very first time. Had a drain clean-out demand for problem, older home piping.
Had an initial small communication delay from secretary, however Fabian showed up on time, prepared to work, and was educated, professional, kept all regions clean and took time to describe processes. Can't ask for more - may use them . Keep up the good work!

I've hired several plumbing companies before but none is like Ted & Bros.. I have found them. They are responsive and fast! Ezekiel managed to check all our bathroom faucets and shower and mended the minimal water pressure issue. He was also able to run to the hardware shop fixed it right away and to have the fitting drain stopper. Enjoy their solutions. Highly suggested!

So Ezekiel showed up to repair a few kitchen plumbing problems I had. When he called to confirm my address and let me know that he was on his way, my first indication that this was a ensemble was. He was a young guy, presentable and exceptionally polite. After a bit, he made an assessment and I showed him that the problems, summarized what he went to do and verified that was okay. A few times he called me in to show me what he was going to do to repair the problem and what was wrong. In the long run, what worked wonderfully. He was considerate and respectful the whole visit. The price was reasonable for what I made. I am always a bit nervous trying a new business but I would strongly suggest this company and Ezekiel.

I've been impressed with the professionalism of Ted&Bros Plumbing. . Calls all of the way through conclusion of the work. Employees are responsive, considerate, and informative. This weekend Ezekiel went over and beyond to assist with and provide explanation of the pipes issue I was having. From here on out, Bros & Ted will be my #1 go to for your own plumbing needs.

Fabian gave me quotation came out to my home the following day, professional and very prompt, seem reasonable and must work the following day. Everything was explained along the way, did not mind any questions, completed the work superbly as promised! The work involved removing a portion of gas line, removing a non-code section of pvc, and also removing a"rigged" link the prior owners had hidden. I wish I took pictures to show the before and afterwards. I'm grateful as I feel safe at my house again. I'd utilize Ted Bros

We had some issues the day. Basically we ended up working with those men and they were freakin Fantastic customer service and people skills! Their honesty -now thats a plus!! Definetly intend on utilizing these men should we ever need them later on. I myself pride myself on the customer service that I provide in my place of work, so its very nice to get it back in return.
