Sonic Rooter and Plumbing

In our condominium flowing into our first floor neighbors living area we've had a toilet leak for months. For more than a month we struggled to receive quotes and locate a plumber that was available at the time. Last week we reached out for a quotation and Ray responded with a quote that was fair in under half an hour. He was even able to come out the SAME day to do the repair of waste overflow, P-trap arm, and our P-Trap. It was fast, painless, and required compared to the weeks of back-and-forth we experienced with other plumbing companies. Best part is, besides his aggressive prices, is that he provided. He has left his place on our bookmark.

The tenants reported that it still happened, he came out for no extra expenses and said that he had snaked it some more.
Fast forward 2 days and it is still happening, I told him of this issue but I didn't get a reply back. He was very professional and I can't actually say I had some difficulties.
Ray was very responsive and professional, because the renters reported the baths were not draining, called him. He unclogged them and came out instantly.

They were fantastic! I called on a Monday, and Ray was able to come out the very next day to correct the principal line issue. Another plus, they were able to give service after 4pm. They were incredibly efficient, professional, and friendly. Family operated which I love. They take pride in their job, and it makes all the difference. Thank you again, Ray!

These guys are wonderful! A leak was sprung by the tap at our kitchen sink that exact same day to set up a new one for us fast at a really reasonable price and they came out. And because we are living in an old apartment building, the brand-new faucet they installed ceased pumping water out a few days because of some old rubber tubing hat got stuck inside our plumbing. I called them again to see whether they could take a look at it and give me an estimate to see how much it would cost to fix it and they said they'd take a look and if it turned out to be a fast, simple fix they wouldn't charge me. They arrived that day and did not charge me and over five minutes diagnosed and fixed the problem. It's so hard to find technicians that will not rip you off. We will definitely contact them for all and any plumbing issues that are future!

Ray is a real professional! We called him late afternoon and he managed to schedule our telephone within his already occupied scheduled afternoon. He arrived on time and was prepared to take care of the job. His workmanship is professional and clean. Ray is highly recommended by me.

Called Sonic Rooter and Plumbing, at 11:58am on a Tuesday to clear a plugged up kitchen sink. Ray answered and was able to provide me an appointment that same day. He said it would be 100 for service and visit, and when he could not unplug it. There would not be any charge whatsoever. I asked. . .and he saidhe took check, card or cash. . .sweet!! He got there on time, looked over everything and went to work. He snaked it, and he had been sure he obtained it. So my pipes were reassembled by him. . .that I took aside. Ran everything and the water was just Mind you, I've been trying to correct this on my own. I was super pleased with Ray's work, and how fast it was..too. I will call again, for future work. Thx Ray

Ray was courteous and fast although we had to call him in an Labor Day. He's a guy that is nice; it was a pleasure doing business. Will make Sonic our time.

I needed a rooter service fast and I am glad I discovered Ray, owner of Sonic Rooter and Plumbing here. A community buisness here in Compton. Ray arrive early and diagnosed with the problem. Stubborn toilet needed for Ray to move up to the roof from the rain. In addition, he snaked a slow drain in the kitchen sink. Overall I am satisfied with the work. I did my research looking at the Compton area and for a plumber with great reviews. I discovered This company here. I was somewhat careful because the reviews were dated, but I figured I give it a chance. I was so pleased to find Ray. He was amazingly professional and helpful.

Had an issue with my toilet and Ray came out and fixed it right away, now mind you the toilet was older than him (made parts difficult to get) no problem for Sonic. If you reside in the heart city I highly recommend Sonic Rooter and Plumbing no job to small or too difficult for Ray.

I had a water leak on my house between my residence and the road valve. Ray answered my call right away and showed up. He recognized and mended the leak. He jackhammered a lot of cement out . Couldn't have been more professional or considerate.

The telephone was replied by Ray personally and was able to work with my program to come back and fix my ceased although I thought I would get an answering service. I thought I would wait patiently for hours for him to arrive. He predicted before he came a little sooner than scheduled and came . He knew exactly what to do and mended the stoppage. Very professional. Very reasonable prices. I'm a happy customer. Ray surpassed my expections! I forgot to request an invoice for my landlord and he emailed me a copy. I would call him again!
