Jason is such an honest guy. He did what he had promised and more. His work was quick and his price was more than reasonable.

I wish I could rate greater. We were left with a wreck by a painting firm we had hired that over guaranteed, then did work that was bad. Jason and his team came when they could, fitting us, which we fully understood and had no problem with. They fixed all of the issues the prior company left us for us, and much more to help us get our home ready to sell. Plus quite affordable rates. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

These guys were fantastic. Came on notice is the toughest to find handyman for. Very professional, on time, very reasonably priced, what more could you ask for?

I had been referred to FM maintenance years. This was a gift! Jason facilitate it and can use a vision, his team implement the guidelines offered by Jason and of professionals keep high standards. Today FM Maintenance has remodeled my master bedroom- I have 2 rooms after this is completed. I've will continue to work with FM Maintenance. We worked with Jason and his staff when we had a leak in our main water line that caused us to tear out our drywall to fix it. He was excellent. He responded to our queries in a timely fashion, and he helped us catch an additional leak. He addressed our concerns about completing the job. Within a week, he also was able to repair our leak, replace our siding and paint the walls. He was busy with other projects, but he made it point to check-in on us.
In addition, he brought in fans to be certain that the leak was totally dry, and in our request... sprayed our interior walls with anti-mold treatment. He never tried to up-sell us anything, and we thought his final price was reasonable for the quality of work. We would not hesitate to work with his staff and him again and highly recommend him.

Jason, Charles and their staff are the best of the best. There's nothing that they can't do! They are reliable, honest, hard working, responsive. I can't say enough about these guys. They're my"visit" for any sort of home improvement/maintenance. The very best in the biz!

His group of handymen and jason are my go to men when something is required around the house. We needed a remodel and some repairs on our toilet and Jason was quick to assist. We had water damagenot an emergency, but definitely cause of serious concern -- following the rains, and after appearing at Yelp Reviews, we decided to proceed with FM Maintenance. I texted Jason, he said he was booked up six months in advance, but since he was operating on a job in the area, he came over and spent over 30 minutes. Since the van he used didn't have a sufficiently lengthy ladder he was unable to perform as thorough an examination as he wished to do, but he was sure he understood where the escape was found. This has been confirmed when a subcontractor he recommended found the source of the flow where Jason said it likely was.
We realize in recommending him so highly that we run the danger that the second time we need him, he will still be booked up six months in progress -- but at an era where people try to get with shoddy work and overpriced work in that, Jason is a rare exception. We are advocating him for our friends with the greatest of enthusiasm.
Jason recommended subcontractors for the problems we had, and every one we have used was first-rate. Contractors are under a great deal of pressure due to the recent storms, but with Jason's name has gotten them to emerge.

FM saved daily. Installed our microhood over 18 hours of my very first phone call. Arrived early, worked quickly, were friendly, and cost $50 less than every other installer I discovered. Jason and I communicated well - texts and phone calls really quickly returned.

I am picky about things, and expect them to be done correctly the first time. Charles meets, but exceeds my too substantial expectations in all phases, so much so I let him free reign to my location, but I am here, as I enjoy watching his strategy! By prep, where he guarantees all is covered/secure as not to make a mess, to being thorough in his skills with each of the necessary tools, and taking his time to ensure he is doing the right thing, and also leaving the place better than he found it. In other words, there's NO DOUBT, he's the man. Seriously, look no farther. I really thought about being selfish, and not sharing, but, after all, sharing is indeed currently caring!

I was working on a home in manhattan beach strain washing my clients sun deck. knew it needed repair and The deck was rocky, I didn't know I was going to need it during the work I was doing. I am in the process of searching for a home to purchase and I will guarantee you, when I want any repairs or upgrades, FM Maintenance will be my first telephone.

Timeliness of repair?
I had a repair. I had gotten a quote from somebody who had admitted the shower wasn't built in the manner that was ideal and that his repair would be much more. I moved to Yelp and discovered FM Maintenance. Minutes after leaving a message, Jason called me back. He was helpful, friendly and descriptive. That he appeared eager to help Though it was a occupation that was bigger. But when more info came about the project, he understood the shower likely wasn't built to code along with the repair I was requesting would be out of compliance and wouldn't be the ideal approach to fix the issue, so he politely declined the job with his reasoning. For falling to do the wrong thing, FM Maintenance has earned 5 stars. It sounds FM Maintenance would like to be proud of each task they attach their name to and they do what is correct, even if it costs them money that is easy and an easy job.
With so many question marks why 5 stars?

This was a simple hand rail installation. He did no muss, no fuss. And he charged less than initially quoted.
First of all. . .he responded within a day of the petition. When he said he would be was there. Fine job! He thinks of the little things folks blow off. . .including clean up.

We moved into a home and had. Jason and his team in FM Maintenance are wonderful! We have had our exterior shower is repaired by them, replace patch walls, steps and railings, fix water heater hose, replace fixtures, install drawers and chimney guards and fix doors. Jason and his team are responsive, knowledgeable, conscientious and consistently deliver on their word. I was impressed by their honesty. In a couple of instances, other people would"urge" a service/product that was several hundreds of dollars along with the men at FM Maintenance would provide us the straight answer. So refreshing to listen to the facts and save some money!
We will definitely be using Jason and FM Maintenance for a lot of our home projects!

Jason and Charles have done a terrific job for us at two distinct properties. They were discovered by us via a property management company we were getting ready to rent . It had been an old house with a LOT of maintenance difficulties and they did a excellent job coming through and making all kinds of repairs to walls (painting, also ), doors, electric, etc.. They did a fantastic job, comprehensive, and were fast. They then helped us get things ready at our brand new house with many different repairs, installing lights and cabinets, fixing broken doorways, installing hardware, etc.. Again, I had been really delighted with how quickly they worked along with the quality of their job. We have utilized different handyman services and they are the very best. They are extremely knowledgeable, dependable, skillful, professional, and reasonably priced. They are strongly recommended by me.

No job seemed too little or too big for the team and Jason. Jason is very knowledgeable on all of the current codes (he pointed out items that our home inspector missed) and his team are all experts within their area. They're our if we have projects.
We recently bought a condo that needed upgrading. Jason and his team at FM Maintenance did a great job and the area today looks fantastic. They did what we needed from repairs and lighting installations, plumbing repairs, tiled the floors eliminating a huge floor to ceiling mirror together with a ton of wallpaper, set up our appliances, and put in a granite counter top. His painting team did a great job. He found a source to generate custom closet doors that I loved in a magazine.

Jason and his team are. Consistently responsive, dependable, and conscientious. Jason doubles as a contractor for any work we want done on our house, so he can find individuals and their work is monitored by him as though it was his very own. I use them for both our house and our rental home and our renters are constantly impressed with the helpful and quick support. Highly recommended.
