UPDATE: Now we had our Town of Davis review of our new water heater and the procedure went. I asked if this was usual as well as the inspector said that North Pacific Plumbing does a very good job and"strikes all our nails on the head," so inspections of their work proceed fairly quickly.
5 starts were also given by me in my first review and I said how good these men were to work together with: trustworthy, professional, friendly, prompt, great to work with, and made it all easy for us.
We are very, very pleased with all North Pacific Plumbing's work.

I Had Been a big fan of North Pacific Plumbing. They moved and got the components and then fixed it all within a couple of 20, after quickly assessing the problem.
When I do, I'll definitely call North Pacific, although I hope that I do not require a plumber any time soon.
We had a leak under our sink and they were able diagnose the issue to come in, and mend it fast. Whereas a lot of experiences I have had they given me a window of time and come afterwards, with North Pacific they were inquired if they might come and accessible EARLY.

Desired a plumber ASAP, known as North Pacific, couldn't accommodate me IMMEDIATELY (actually nobody could ) but he'd refer me to a business that could help out earlier, which turned into immediately due I believe to a cancellation?! Really like the customer service that actually puts the client

Brent Dotson and his team are thorough, courteous, and professional. We have had them unblock bathtub drains, fix leaking bathrooms, and replace a bathroom sink. We have been fully happy with the repairs, and the fees have been reasonable and fair. A highly recommended business!

Replaced our waterheater in 1/2 day allow. The employee was. Layed down a tarp. I helped him hall out old water heater, which was a small worry to old spine injury. Affirm that they will indeed deal with all eliminate with staff that is suffient?

I've had both a little job (new bathroom ) and a larger job (new tub drain plumbing) done, and their job is fantastic! A very decent fee. I've been North Pacific Plumbing.

I had a noise in my home when water ran, which I called them to come look at it. They arrived 24 hours and were right. Preston was comprehensive, professional and friendly. He fixed it and discovered the problem. Definitely recommend this company!

Preston and nate did a tremendous job! They were on what was going on with our garbage disposal, very enlightening. They got the work done quick. I predicted several plumbing services and they could not come out to repair our disposal until after thanksgiving. I strongly recommend this firm. Thx guys!!

Thanks to North Pacific Plumbing I have a water heater to replace the 28 year-old leaker. They responded quickly to come out and evaluate the issue. They gave me a quotation that was good and scheduled the work with my approval on a timely basis. Preston, the journeyman plumber, did a fantastic job (per Town of Davis Building Inspector), on time and cleaned up the work area. Thank you team and Brent.

Had 2 clogged drains, sink and tub in our older Davis home. Turned out to be 2 issues. Plumber sent by North Pacific (sorry, can't remember his name) was on time, communicative, quick, and the price was at the low end of the estimate and quite reasonable! North Pacific will be my go to plumber from now on! (I had poor experiences with 2 other pipes companies in the Davis region, so was really happy to find someone terrific!)

Friendly, professional , great service. We've used North Pacific Plumbing for tasks which range from unclogging a drain to pipes our kitchen remodel and have always been happy. Highly suggested.

Brent and his staff were excellent! They did exceptional quality work, and we're professional, on time, educated. Before who'd lent me prices that were higher, I had gotten quotes. Brent was able to supply a better price because he came up with exceptional, more cost effective alternatives. I plan to use him again for all my future plumbing/gas projects.

I am giving a two star rating to not but on the customer service that I received from Brent. I was told the job would take a day or two and a half to finish when I was given a quotation. I was quoted $375 to replace. The kitchen wall was open and was the true pipe fitting. As a widow with two children on a tight budget I believed because of the period of time that it wouks take to finish, the price seemed reasonable. Imagine my surprise when the technician came and it took an hour to do everything and that included a half hour to go to the store to purchase my parts. Brent and I talked about decreasing my invoice because there was such a huge discrepancy in the amount of time and he was extremely rude. He could've told me he had to keep the price the same. Instead he became aggressive and stated if the job had taken 12 hours that I would not be complaining and that he would not even think about lowering the price. I felt cared for rather than heard. I did not although reading the other Yelp reviews it appears that individuals have had a good experience. Discuss what's going to occur if the job takes shorter/longer to finish so there are no surprises and my advice for you is to be sure that you get an exact quote on time.

Brent and his technicians are awesome! They're professional and friendly. They work hard and get the job done quickly. Every time they have done nicely I felt like they had our best interest in mind.

He then used a special camera to show us his auger needed to go to clean everything. He did it thoroughly and professionally.
As they say and Cost very reasonable, you often get what you pay for.
. Told of clean and safe way to achieve that.
A good outfit to work with, and have no reservation in recommending!
Called to clean a clogged sewer line. Preston needed to search and dig to find our trap.

We've got only fantastic things to say about Brent and his team. Several of the technicians have done work and have all been prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. They've assisted us than I care to recall but mostly recently solved a major problem with a pipe that required cutting on a pipe. The work demanded 5 hours of work and 2 plumbers and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up as they found it, and leaving everything. Highly suggest Brent and his team!

North Pacific has helped me with a couple plumbing issues over the years., most recently a brand new garbage disposal. When Preston decided it was a defective disposal under warrantythey worked to find the new one and return to put in it, all for a reasonable charge. I was given the option of picking on a person of my choice, or sending a person of their choice by the Entry manufacturer, and that I picked North Pacific.

I asked for an estimate to get a lot of pipes work that I needed done in my property. Considering that it's about a job, that is nearly $600 per hour. When I asked for an excuse, Brent said"I do not have time". He said I could get it done for the price he offered or move elsewhere. Needless to say, I have gone elsewhere. Their prices are absurd and their customer support is non-existent, although they can do a good job with they operate.
