We have partnered with King Rooter on several larger jobs. I can't say enough great things about Tony and his team. They work with lightning pace and several times, I can not even tell they're there, their finish work is really superlative. Tony is as fair as the day is extremely responsive and is long. We're so grateful to have Tony and his team to use.

My mom in Hayward needed to replace her terra cotta pipes to the main. An estimate was given less than half what other firms had contributed by king. They got the permits approved in record time, they showed up with nine men and four trucks, tore up the road, replaced a 75' sleeve and repaired the street. All for $6800. Terrific job done. What a deal.

Can't say enough good! Showed up on time, got right on it, cleaned up later. Impressive process lateral. Fantastic job! Not inexpensive but dang good!

Tony and his team are the best. Tony and his team completed the abatement along with the sewer connection project in a half day and one in my property. These guys are well organized and they are quick. They are easy to use. They are not the cheapest but I really do recommend to everybody.

I own a property management firm. We have used their services many times the past couple of years. They provide competitive bidding and appear immediately. They are our first choice for all our plumbing issues.

I do not need to discredit all King Rooter offices, the one I used has the phone number -LRB-510-RRB- 996-8042. On their site http://www.kingrooter.net/ they market $59 for sewer or drain cleaning, but when the man came he asked $145. Since he was there and that I was tired by my own attempts to clean the drain I compensated.

Extraordinary service, price and instant. This is one of the first providers I didn't get from YELP, my mum used this company to run about a 60' sleeve within her sewer line. My mom is a tough cookie and hard to please when she gave a rave review I knew they had to be pretty good to this firm. I had a main line cleaned out at a price of $169 + $100 to run a camera by a company that is different. The line had roots in it something required to be done that I obtained a $4,500 quote from Plumbing Solutions (firm the cleaned the lineup ) that's when I chose to get other bids. They were not the lowest but were Plumbing Solutions by $1,500. I don't search for cheap I search I can use again and again and know I have been treated correctly. King Rooter is that location. I have several rentals and I just wish I knew about them earlier. A fantastic plumber is a must. Anyway it's been a week since they finished putting in my roughly 40' of new line (with two cleanouts) and everything is working good. They showed up to begin and then another two showed up halfway through the process to help tidy up. Can't say enough about the great service and reasonable price. I like the thought that they are a family run company they aren't too small to handle the bigger jobs. It was evident they were happy to describe to me what was happening and took a great deal of pride in their job. Plumbing / Rooter support is a business but I've somewhere to go when I'm knee deep in it. Thanks Tony. I'd really like to say I will see you soon but I trust I don't.
