Luciani Pump Co

Luciani Pump'd be highly recommended by me. I had a problem yesterday and Christy sent a technician with such as an hours notice! They're competent professional and instructive. My problem was minor and repaired quickly. I will use from now on. Thank you Christy!

We've got a tiny vineyard with a well and pump couple of years ago by Luciani. Not only are they always available to assist with our well pump but they go above and beyond that. We had a horrible experience with all the out of area plumber and recently constructed a house that our contractor hired. Luciani arrived the afternoon we called with our brand new lift station for assistance. They worked to take care of the issue as much as possible inside the warranty. They were patient while attempting to sort out the issue and made trips out. We felt their price was fair for its amount of service we received and everybody was simply incredible nice and useful. Thank you a lot of Luciani!

Honest and true firm. Hardworking staff that does what is needed to get the job done efficiently and quickly. We were in Napa County all the way out of water and couldn't get anyone out here and without hesitation, Luciani was out to our ranch inside a half and one hour. Horses got water, we got water and they couldn't have been more agreeable to work with. Good folks, simple and plain. Highly highly recommend them, ESPECIALLY if you want the job done right.

At this stage worst encounter I have had with a well pump company! When I had a concern about getting a bill which must have been covered under a part 30, because of Bob the owner was rude and outspoken. I was told by Christy over the telephone after which staller when he came out that if the well was closed off that they just set up it could be covered by warranty. However, Bob got on the telephone and in a extremely rude fashion and asked what would you want me to do about it I said well cover it under warranty and he then proceeded to say he's been in this business for 40 some-odd decades and that because you have an old tank and it's likely waterlogged that triggered the control box to fail! However, like I stuck up for myself because I know enough about pump systems to do maintenance so my old galvanized tank wouldn't get waterlogged and I advised him that I recently only did this and that was done a couple months prior when his guys came out and fixed the system that is not the situation. Now Bob whined about his installers coming out on time that was free to fix their work and began to cuss, then advised they aren't called by me and never do business again! Upside is dealing with the older gentleman who was the installer was a good experience he showed up fast after calling but did have to come back out and fix a leak that they triggered by fixing the leak and adjusting the pressure change because they did fix it otherwise than factory spec settings the first time I phoned them out. But this did start out with a leak in the pump line. Which the system worked fine earlier and operate fine after up until the new control box capacitor that they installed went bad? And the only reason they talked me into replacing that control box in the first place was because it did have any corrosion on it on it needing to be substituted and we're very persistent. All of that so far that actually was the control box and fixing a leak has cost me over $1,000:(

My family has been using this company for years. They have come out fast when we've experienced difficulties. They are friendly and reliable. High urge

So when did I Want Luciani Pump? For the second time, when I in over my head dealt with an irrigation issue which directed me back supply. Bob had his tech (Dan) over at my house within half an hour, evaluated the occupation, and had it finished in no time. Can not say enough good things about Luciani Pump.

I can't say enough positive things about Bob and Luciani Pump Co.. Our property in Healdsburg has had problems with our pump and well system within the years. We are not find the gear to be intricate and saavy about these things. Problems range from power outages causing interruptions to the system to rodents. We also had problems with other companies not installing things. They are always willing to send out someone in a timely manner and all of the staff we've interacted with are professional and competent. Bob frequently will have the ability to troubleshoot and walk . I would recommend this company. In my view, you can't get service that is competent anywhere. The office staff are helpful and very friendly. They deserve more than the 5 star rating.
