We had been out of warm water. He was there the next morning, arranged part that was desired and installled it 7 PM that night!
Rate job.
The service of Adam was far over the top that I wanted to do one although I have never written a review.
He kept in contact throughout the process, a skill lacking in many companies.

This implies...
He isn't great at communicating when he is behind schedule.
So I would recommend Adam on projects where you are not deadline sensitive. He's honest and hard working, however needs to engage more individuals and manage his time better.
* if your job takes more work than expected, it is going to be late and delayed.
When he is working on multiple projects, something will slip since he can not be in two places at once, and your schedule will be affected by it.
When another client's job is late or requires work, your job is going to be postponed because he is going to be stuck on the job.
Adam is a plumber and an honest person. Adam isn't a great time supervisor nor great at delegation.
Why is this important? He has no slack in his schedule nor anybody to help him with plumbing work because Adam is a one man show.

What a lifesaver. AMT contracted me right away to schedule the job. Adam was mended our plumbing issue within the two hour minimum, and professional, pleasant. I had been turned down with another technicians who told me that the issue was complicated or that the job wasn't large enough. It is wonderful to know there are still decent folks out there and I would gladly recommend AMT to anybody.

Great customer service and communication. AMT was receptive, professional and polite. They gave me an estimate called me back immediately, ordered parts, and came on time to fix my water heater. Highly recommend them.

The owner of the organization, adam Tolentino is excellent. He also fixed a plumbing issue with our bathroom that was set up by the last owner. He was really neat and courteous and came on time. He answered several questions in our home about pipes issues and was very helpful. I'm very content with his services and punctuality.

Adam is professional. He is quite educated and his rates are reasonable and fit our budget.
In addition, our water heater stopped working on the weekend and Adam was kind enough to prevent what he was doing on his day off to come over to our home to resolve the problem quickly and economically If we are in need of a plumber we will surely call AMT Plumbing.

I don't supply reviews but I had to for AMT Plumbing as a result of exceptional work that Adam supplied. I did the 3 quotes and Adam stood out from the two licensed plumbers by far. When he came on site he understood the nation codes for the job I wanted done. He offered ideas to ensure the point that I desired run would be sized right for the gear I looked to hook up. He provided me a written estimate if he promised and that he priced the job very competitively.
I'd give Adam and AMT Plumbing over 5 stars if possible.
On the job's afternoon the weather was anticipated to be over 100 degrees. Adam wasn't stopped by that, he completed the job on schedule and came on site on time. He abandoned the job site in a state when he started, After the job was completed. Really a professional.
I decided to make a shift and asked for a revised estimate after I received my quotes. Carie of all AMT plumbing supplied the estimate the day, I was quite impressed with receiving the newest estimate fast.

This was an emergency on a Saturday and after phoning a few technicians only AMT came . They showed up as promised and fixed a little problem that has been causing a lot of anxiety. They are professional, committed and client service-driven. I'd work with them anytime. Thanks for fixing my sink valve!

Really like this guy! He came out on a Saturday when my water heater collapsed. He set up a hot water method that is recirculating and R&R the water heater. Really professional, on time, occupation done under bidding and cleaned up after the job and made it all look better than it was when he got here.

I own a couple of different homes and provides excellent service and Adam has always been great to use. As you have to expect the Plumber's recommendations, occasionally in times of 19, plumbing can be intimidating. Adam has worked to find a solutions that meets with our expectations and funding. He has fixed pipes, installed finish parts (faucets etc), he conducted a new gas line, and set up a new Hot Water heater. Adam is a family person which means a lot to me! Definitely use AMT for all your plumbing needs!

Adam, came an hour late, and left me late for the twin's School and work. He promised me he'd resolve the leak. When we arrived home, he'd left the front door unlocked, and allow out our older dog? We down her and found her near the street. When we noticed the kitchen cabinet was emptied around it, the faucet was removed, along with a note, written in crayon saying he will be back tomorrow! Really! We hired another plumber, he fixed it in 1/2 a single hour. We needed some remodeling, and he said he'd worry about the bill afterward. That's private service..ADAM!

Horrible experience. Had a sump pump venture out through the rain storms and was TWO months away. We waited and I phoned and was advised that we were not in their method for an appointment when they did not appear at the time. After being put on hold, they said our appointment was for the subsequent week - SIX days! - though we had received an email stating it was today. So we phoned to ask a different plumber we were referred to AMT by our home warranty company and an appointment for the day was set up with a different company.
