Very professional and the folks. They were on quick and time and came out to inspect the pipes. Great expertise to have a plumber who cares and takes the opportunity to show up and do a comprehensive job.

We called this guy a few years back to come look at a occupation that was little. We set an appointment for him to come look at it and then he showed up or called. Unprofessional. He lost our business and any warnings we would have provided him.

What a great experience. We predicted Liberty after viewing many positive reviews and referrals on Nextdoor.com. Justin made an appointment, responded right away and arrived early. The job was absolutely affordable, and was completed efficiently. I highly suggest this honest business.

On several different occasions, with notice Justin has come over and mended low water flow, pipes and other troubles. He is truly someone I can rely to assist, and always with a huge grin on his head. I would not go to anybody else!
Because my daughter's soccer team was coached by him, I've been using Justin's services for about ten years. He is an excellent plumber who's always available, day and night, vacation, weekends, and even on very short notice to diagnose and resolve a problem in addition to being a great guy. Once I called him about an hour before as the gas feed to my brand new barbecue had been set up 34, my barbecue guests were set to arrive. Justin quickly figured out the problem and fixed it to be cooking once my guests arrived.

I've called Justin in the past couple of months for problems. The first was straightforward but he friendly, informative, and reasonably priced. On Sunday I developed a problem, no bathrooms worked, dishwasher backing up into more and much the shower. I called him Monday morning, he understood exactly what the problem was, removed his schedule since my house was unusable, and explained that the most important point was clogged. He worked so tough to try to perform a one time fix, but finally had to put in a drain that was bigger that was new. For all he did the cost was reasonable and he was a pleasure. I'll always call him when needed (hopefully not too often!) .

I'd had another plumber out to attempt to remove a clog which he was not able to clear. He then mentioned how I most likely would need to replace. He left me stressed out in believing this was going to be an expensive repair and took my $150 without solving the problem. I decided I need to find a second opinion and I am happy I did. Justin came over within the hour and was able to unclog in under 20 mins! He was professional and considerate. Don't waste your money or time with anyone else and call Justin.

It was Justin in Liberty Plumbing into the rescue. This is the third time (in less than a year) he has helped out. This time it wasn't an emergency--like the water heater which needed to be replaced,. All the same, he showed up in the agreed upon time, worked fast to eliminate an obsolete water purification system, and billed, as always. I truly can not say enough great things about Liberty Plumbing. I will not call any plumber, and I recommend him to everyone else in Santa Rosa.
