Mr. De Wan is also quite good about providing a good price upfront that anticipates potential problems or issues he foresees could arise. I've worked with other builders before who give a low price to get in understanding very well the customer isn't well versed enough with all the understanding as to what the full range of work will be and the moment they start something up and find something which has been"unexpected" start running up the invoice - NOT ROBERT he lets me and the customer know upfront he could run into this or that and his price is reflective of such. If he's got no issues that he corrects his price accordingly as not to conduct up my clients. This upfront strategy is priceless within the trades sector.
I myself am and from time to time require the help of an experienced general contractor. Mr. De Wan fits that construct. He is not great in what he can with his building abilities but can be a people person. Robert De Wan put a recirculating water pump within our home. Did an superb job & returned 4 times when malfunctioning of this initial device occurred (manufacturing problem). . .at no extra price.
