I called landscapers and has been pretty much ignored because I'm not a millionaire. Watersedge didn't. Steve Harbour the designer came out we walked the property, told him exactly what I had been hoping to have; pond/waterfall island, drought resistant plants in a desert like setting. The house walked so I could see what happened, and he made a full colour pattern of the layout. They hit it. My backyard is spectacular-perfectly as designed, stunning functional etc.. This isn't a cheap process, but I'd recommend Watersedge, if you would like total transformation. I'll have them perform the rest of my property!!! when I can afford to
That is a long overdue review. I can't say enough great things about this landscape company. I hired them to take care of a house that I manage in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. Every request is cared for in a timely fashion and I could rely on them to take care of problems if they appear on a holiday weekend. Look no further, if you are currently looking for a topnotch landscaping firm. Highly recommended!
Was referred however professional company and a trusted. Had my husband and took away from work early take away from work early to meet George for a quotation for landscape and maintenance. After 30 minutes of waiting and waiting I called his mobile times. He didn't respond, never revealed and never bothered to return the call despite some attempts to reach him. Clearly not a business who cares clients, or about the clients. Even if he had just answered and stated he also called the following day forgivable, or whined and apologized. But just leaving someone hanging utilizing holiday hours to be there's simply inexcusable.
Watersedge Landscape recently revived the hill . The crops grew the measures had been loose, my trickle hoses longer worked, although over twenty years I have planted, put stones, and strove to decorate. Jorge responded providing service and ideas. His guys - Aaron and Francisco - were careful, powerful, and experienced. I'm quite delighted with the outcome. He sent Aaron back to make adjustments, when my water source didn't have enough pressure. His closing bill was totally honest. They didn't stint on materials - the boulders also the gorilla hair mulch give a look to the hill and they embedded into the soil, and my plants are coming back to life using regular irrigation. I am so thankful I discovered Watersedge!
Jorge and his Men at Watersedge Landscape Have Been THE We've used them for upkeep in addition to our full-yard remodel (eg outdoor kitchen, firepit, fireplace, water characteristics,etc). Our yard has never looked better. Please See photos. Jorge is readily available by email or text when problems arise, and quickly remedies any problems (eg irrigation, lighting). I could not be happier with their support and HIGHLY recommend.
Cement Demonstration and replacement, astro-turf, transplanting - Fast Also a little messy and Simple Jorge obtained our vision and helped perfect it before beginning.
The Poor - There might have been much better clean up as soon as the job was finished.
The Great - The workers were prompt the job was completed as scheduled
The Ugly - There wasn't any!
We hired Watersedge Landscape to do cement work and put astro turf in our backyard. No job is large or too small for this particular company I guess, although we were afraid that our lawn was too modest! We were extremely satisfied with the people, procedure, the price tag and the outcome of their work. I feel the president of the business, is pleasant, professional rather than some contractor. That is great after hearing other people's horror stories.
Watersedge is sensible and local!
I can not commend Steve and his crew enough. Our front yard was recently completed by them. Steve listened to all our thoughts and was quite professional. We ended up with exactly what we wanted and they were quite efficient! I wish we had more projects for them, that's how great things went!
I was impressed by my 1st email to Watersedge Landscape and the immediate response and followup from Jorge. I decided to employ them to perform the design and implementation of our front and backyard. I can't say enough about Steve Harbour (Landscape Designer)! He also'listened' to my preferences and requests and incorporated them into an drought tolerant / low maintenance design. And most important, all working within my budget. I loved the design's drawings that were supplied to me. The crew are so quickly, as we just started the implementation phase and they've already finished the demo. I have no doubt the final product will be fabulous.
