Let me just start by saying possessing an AC unit is terrible and excellent . When they are working, it's heaven. When they aint. . .well. . .we recently started having difficulty using our 10 year old unit (which was nearing the conclusion of it's warranty) and a friend recommended people use Western AC, since they helped them out a while back.
Needless to say our family was very pleased with their work and even more that they could squeeze a bit more life. Very friendly and professional. Recommend them for any AC fixing that is related.

One happy customer here! Air conditioner upstairs stopped working which made the nighttime unbearable so I called western, they had me scheduled from 7:30 Rick obtained here at 8:15 am checked the device and all I had was a new capacitor! He checked both units out, cleaned out them freon that was checked and it was nice. Rick abandoned, he is very pleasant and personable. Valerie in the office was great, called me back this morning and even called me when Rick was on his way. Price was great and over 45 minutes my device worked and my residence is cool. I will be calling them back for support.

Rick did a wonderful job as always! We phoned the office the afternoon it was repaired and the heater of my dad went out. This is a mounted box heater and I was afraid that components would not be available any longer or just tough to discover. Rick had everything necessary to finish the job with him and came prepared. The heater operates like my dad is very happy with the standard of work and the service Rick supplied.

I Discovered him Once the first rain of the Season caused our heatingSystem to behave up.they gave a time estimate when they'd come caught here on time with a telephone call to inform us he had been here. Rick fixed it and found the problem. Then proceeded to test for a leak we had that raised our own water bill. A Fantastic expertise in all a all purpose touch for house needs
Service called them on Wednesday they had been at my house on Thursdays Val was fantastic called be 5 minutes prior to tech got to my house. Frank did a fantastic job got my air going again and now me what I have to get repair. Would highly recommend them.
My A/C wasn't working, another A/C business was phoned by me and they attempted to tell me that I needed a new unit and it had been gonna cost me $$$$ Rick came out and it was a quick fix. Saved tons of $$ and will be a customer for life.
These are your men!! This is a family business. Love it! Tip: when you phone, don't hesitate to leave a message. They'll call you back & put up an appointment for ASAP. Frank came out and installed a new water heater. He checked to see whether our previous one could be fixed, went out and purchased a new one just like our old one, as well as fixed cabinet door, the gas pipe & that was worn outside. Frank was exceptionally fast, reasonable and thorough... plus he's friendly!
So I received my appointment. Frank was our technician, he is knowledgeable, very punctual and professional. He tried to up-sell us some maintenance, cleaning, repair or replacement that we were worried about working with a company. A good deal of HVAC businesses would try to tell everything is wrong with your HVAC unit although not Western to you! Frank gave us a few tips to correctly maintain the unit better and even educated us. I cannot be more happy to spend this $95 for a HVAC check!!
So last 10, our air conditioner was not working along with the pipes iced up. Following a few yelp study, I stumble upon Western. Noticing they are from Lakewood I had been hoping I can get a same day appointment. Well, certainly not. Really I had a hard time so that I finally messaged them and I got a call back!
Nice people on the phone. Frankie the technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He discovered a difficulty from work completed by another company, so whether the problem will be fixed by that other company, we're waiting to see. Regardless, the Company card for Western is currently going in my fridge as our go-to Spot for a/c, heating,plumbing
My telephone was taken by valerie on Thursday, 10/27/16. I was happy to get a next day appointment window of 2-4:30pm. I've a floor furnace that needs scrutinizing, repair, and lit to the upcoming winter. Valerie even asked if they were found by me on Yelp. I did a little gardening whilst awaiting someone from Western and removed. 5-5:30pm rolls around. Western has been a no show. No followup from anybody or Valerie from the corporation. Disappointing.
I wanted to enjoy this place and have them become our regular men they were advocated by Yelp customers and because we want to support local Lakewood companies.
EXCELLENT WORK & PRICE POINT!!I had my air conditioner by Western Heating fixed Now. I don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one! Rick came out early and nice and has been one of the guys I have ever met. Not only did he fix my air conditioner, he even helped me wash off it and told me to keep it. The job was done in a price that is more than reasonable and I would recommend this company desires excellent service and a GREAT PRICE! Be sure to ask for Rick! :)
Western heating air conditioning are awesome! Rick was the very best! Since our unit was out for 2 days, they were called by me at today. He said he may not be able to reach us till friday but then rick showed up like superman over the hour and have the job done within half an hour! Our a/c is working good. Prices thanks rick!
Reasonable price, Fantastic service, no pressure. This is the place whenever you have a heating or ac problem that you wish to call. We predicted we predicted areas that shipped pressure sales staff that told us we want a whole system out , and then we predicted Western. . .they arrived when they said, fixed what was wrong, and we are a joy to work with.
