I meant to do ago, but misplaced the paperwork and I'm seeing this place has closed. I wanted to admit Camilo. I was having plumbing issues and he arrived to evaluate my situation. Though I could not afford he was professional, thorough and considerate in his justification. He took the opportunity to do a home evaluation, which supplied me with just a peace of mind .
Sorry to hear the place has since closed, but grateful for the help Camilo given that day (1/4/18).

NO SHOW!!!I made an appointment for 12 noon. I made four telephone calls waiting and have pissed away an whole day.

Their plumbers are guys who do work that is great, should they appear. Regrettably, if a plumber does not appear to perform the work it doesn't matter how great he is.

Beginning a few months after the drain replacement we started to observe a smell in the kitchen. We didn't think much of it where it might have possibly been coming out of, simply because we could not fathom. As did the rising amount of insects which invaded the kitchen attracted by the 26, after a while the smell became a problem.
We had a flooring firm and we were advised by him of a pool of water beneath the home. We chose to contact another plumber and he specified was completely detached from the line and thus everything which came from the kitchen emptied underneath the home and was for months. It attracted all manner of insects and smelled fairly awful. He didn't speak very highly of RR and showed the bad quality of work which went to the drain replacement function they did. He provided photos of it.
We had outside RR to our home a couple times for drain repairs and never had any difficulties with our adventures. They substituted the drain from our kitchen in the sink to the main drain of the home and that seemed to correct the kitchen drainage problems we'd been needing. Service had been excellent and work was completed well.
He proposed getting a cleanup team out to clean the mess up that we didn't tune of $3000 and about coming out to repair it calling RR. I was hesitate about getting RR outside to mend it unless a manager was here to confirm the work. I talked with a manager and contacted RR and that Saturday morning he cried and wished to come out. He never showed up and we travelled to the work with another plumber. All in all we paid RR $1000 to replace the drain and a cleanup crew $3000 to wash up the drainage mess underneath the home and another plumber 750 to repair the drain.
Like I saidup for this dilemma we never had issues with RR and I'm really disappointed that they didn't step up to handle a RR caused issue which caused us severe distress.

Ban came to our house and he was fair about telling us exactly what needed to be achieved rather than charging us extra for a bigger issue that another firm had informed us we had. I wish all plumbers were fair. Thanks Ban!

We had a water line installed from our water meter into our home by Roto-Rooter at 2013 with a 5 year warranty, the work cost us. This week we found that the line had broken and that I phoned Roto-Rooter to learn if it was under warranty. The tech from Roto-Rooter told us that we had left on our warranty and that someone will be out later that day to repair the busted water line and came way. The plumber said he didn't have the part on his truck and showed up at 7 PM. I was confused as asked him if the tech told him exactly what was wrong? He explained that no one speaks to anyone at Roto-Rooter. He assured me that the job has been covered by the warranty and said he will return at 11:00 AM to correct the leak.
She then said,"Well that still doesn't matter. The 5 year warranty expired 6 months past." Obviously that I never received a call from a manager and we ended up calling the other plumber who fixed the line for about $350 and revealed in half an hour. Roto-Rooter is a big scam and I'm warning all customers to avoid!
The following morning I got a call from the tech named Owen telling me that we'd need to pay him $1200 to correct the leak and that the job wasn't under warranty. I was livid! I asked him"How can you tell me the repair is still under warranty and then call me the following day and say it is not?" I told the office manager what went on and she assured me that she'd have a manager call me back asap. I merely got a call straight to inform me that she looked up my account and said the occupation we had back in 2013 had.

You men - they come to DTLA! I scheduled my support at 11AM. I had a badly clogged sink. The serviceman arrived at 3 PM. Done in one hour. Easiest and most professional service I've ever experienced.

Provided that you know there is a labor charge, I'd recommend for certain, particularly if Brian is the plumber.
Brian arrived and helped out me. Very knowledgeable and professional, fixed my difficulty. Great guy too.
Although my plumbing job shouldn't have price anywhere near 250, I understood was a charge up front, so my review is not taking that into account.

I called roto rooter 310-954-0301 to clear a main line drain. I had it fully exposed for easy access. The tech came out 250 that was needed to clear it but no guarantee, then stated we will need to Hydro Jet to get an extra 600 and camera complete $975 with discount is $875. I agreed but I had to have lunch, so I asked him if Hydro jet came to call me. But he never called, and asked me when I arrived back. I had no choice but to pay although I am sure I had been scammed. Buyer beware!

They did not really care.
I cancelled the service.
The worst service ever.I called this business in the evening and they promised that the plumber will probably be at my business at 7:30 am, it had been very important for me because I open my business at 9:30.
I woke up at 6:30 to be there 1 time.
Do not call them or get any service.
In 7:35am they call me and tell me that the plumber will probably be there around 8:20 to 8:40am,

I cry every time I think about my invoice and what he billed me. I will never call them or urge them to any one that is very costly mistake I made $414.00.
This was really expensive for the work he did $414.00
All what I needed to fix the escape from the toilet water tank was leaking I pointed to him what was the issue I was right with the diagnose He replaced tow screws replace the seal below the water thank and the little water hose and the shutoff Handel his estimated that the cost $414.00 This was the shock of my life I was going to faint he detect the color changed in my face .He was going out into his truck to a lot of times it took him longer to finish the job I had no other choice exercising of time required to return to work.

I live in a condo with 4 levels. 2 and 1 levels. Level 2 was really clogged at which the 1st plumber u called tried it for 2 hours and gave up.
Subsequently my hoa sent eddie out of here. Eddie was very patient and kind and I have a baby and he actually asked if its okay to turn on the snake system since it's super loud. Guy out of a diff firm didnt made lots of loud noises and care.

We had a particularly difficult issue that five other plumbers were not able to resolve (or figure out for the most part). Maurice at Roto-Rooter came and instantly knew what the issue was - from there the Roto-Rooter team came in and had the issue resolved daily. Everyone was professional, friendly and hard working. Maurice was great to work with - I can't suggest this team enough.

As I think my complaint was handled by the company in the proper manner, I'm amending this. I talked and called the main office. But she'd say she would flip it over. Then I got a call from Kevin, not not sure if he had been the division manager, think more likely the manager for this specific site. When he believed it had been solved he had been familiar had planned to come out throughout the procedure and then, did not. I assume from what I told him , that we were oversold th00at he recognized. He agreed to credit the $600 for the jetter portion. The fact that they charge for the roto rooter? He claimed equipment that was better was used by them. I have not a clue. But that's there fee and I am ok with this.
This provider ripped off us. I have a man who frequently roto roots my place every six months for $250. I forgot to have him do it before I left on vacation and if was a difficulty he was called by my house/pet sitter and since he was out of town she called this Roto-Rooter firm. They attempted to sell her some Jetter service and she said no just do the service. They got the item needed to dig up on the side yard and break the pipe, caught and then repair it. They charged an additional $600 for the jetter and then her $450 for the rooter and were here for six hours. Totally incompetent and overpriced. Since I have done so for many years and have this done by my regular plumber each six months for $250 I know this was far out of bounds.

My home in Torrance CA has a couple of bathroom sinks that drain slowly, so I chose to have Roto-Rooter clean out the whole home, thinking it would be a few years before needing drains cleared again. The guys explained the project would cost $658 and came out on. I agreed to that price. They couldn't get the part that was broken out of the pipes, and proceeded to break a tub drain fixture. They wanted an extra $937 to fix it. I declined. They banged on plumbing for a little while, collected their $658 and left. I finally have a broken fixture. Those toilet sinks are slow as molasses, and that I will need to hire somebody to clean them. I give Roto-Rooter a star for only breaking one fixture rather than two.

Beware - regular plumbing labour is $250 per hour. Very misleading and defensive when called to discuss.

Great service! Their time was on point and the service provided was exceptional and knowledgable. I recomend them.

Scheduled an appointment to get a drain cleaning. They never showed up, and never called. Didn't get any apology, when I called them. They said a plumber could come in 1 hour. Then... they never showed up!

Great support. I called after normal business hours and had someone in my home in a hour to fix my clogged bathroom. Because we only have one toilet in the home it was critical that we get it repaired. They fixed a hard to reach clog more than 50ft out for just $250 after hours. I could not have asked for better support.

Awful customer support. I made an appointment for 4:30-6:30pm to look at a sink, and no one came. When I phoned at 6:30, the lady on the phone said a technician was in the area but he finished at another location and he'd come by after. I phoned again at 8pm, and she said that she phoned the tenant but no one replied. The tenant never got a telephone and was by her telephone the whole time. There was no voice mail either. Literally, this business lies to their customers. They have caught without available technicians and they chose the best thing to do was lie. Don't use roto rooter.
