I researched procedures piping our home and determined on the PEX method. Repipe Specialists has great reviews (mostly) and great BBB ratings. I didn't have the time place my trust and to accumulate a great deal of quotes. I was very pleased with the representative who came to give the quote to me, I knew the ball park range of what is would cost and was pleased with the quotation, I felt it was fair and in line with my study. I cleared my appointment was scheduled and was surprised at the cost of the asbestos check as that wasn't in my study but. The crew was clean and courteous. The purpose man was great in allowing me understand things as the job progressed and they helped fix a coupe of plumbing issues. There was no cleanup necessary as they protected everything. I was lucky the patch crew was in the region and completed the job in one day. There are a few reviews which aren't so great, but some people just can't be pleased but my experience was great. Professional all the way. I'd recommend these.

We'd Repipe Specialists provide us a quote and advice of getting our home that we have lived in for over 50 years repiped. Aaron Davis gave us a quote and came to take a look at the job. We had another estimate, and Repipe Specialists did come even at a cost. I really thought about it and it is ideal to go with a company that is your best and specilalies in 1 product. We are pleased with the workers and the work, although it did take longer than expected. They had been a hard working crew and we believe we got the job regardles of the purchase price. If we had to do it again we would go with the best and for us was Repipe Specialists.

Lately had specialist repipe our residence. Their job is both amazing and customer support is phenomenal. The contractor gave us great suggestions about the install and even saved our shiplap in our dining area and downstairs bath a few companies said they'd have to cut through when we originally got our quotation. We are very happy with the job! I highly recommend!

I had my only story home repiped a view weeks ago. From the very first phone call on until they finished everyone was really professional. They started on a Thursday, the city inspector arrived on Friday along with the drywall crew arrived on Saturday. I was impressed how quickly and smooth everything went. I'm happy I chose them.

Stay away!!! We had our home repiped with PEX pipes in July 2018. They subcontract people to do the job, so they can get the maximum gain while you pay a good deal of cash ($7800 for a 1400 square foot home ).
There is poor communication between the town review. They guarantee you a date but once they get the contract and the down payment, they call to change the appointment.
They did not present themselves, they did not wear anything to demonstrate that they work for Repipe Specialists.

We believed Aaron when he was here and we signed up a contract. We were subcontracted avoid this business. They looked nice but proceeded into LIE ABOUT THE JOB. They said they weren't advised that there was concrete to cut, I have a text telling me they did!!! So their next lie was I had a Blackwidow infestation under my 70 year+ old house in addition to mold. It took me to finally get my money back as repipe Specialists couldn't find anyone to do the job. In addition to more lies many to get into. Thank God I Would Not Do Business with them.

They got the following day the whole home completed. That was December'18. Six weeks after both new lines on the water heater started leaking along with a pipe at the kitchen wall did exactly the same. I replaced the water lines on the water heater myself using steel join lines. The kitchen dilemma was mended by my plumber friend. Never got a call back from them. Lifetime guarantee that they promise is likely pretty hard to accumulate based on my experience to date.

Overall, we were very happy. The areas of improvement are mostly. We stayed in touch with all our rep and he made sure that our concerns were addressed.
The practice of re piping isn't the most fun way to spend time. On the other hand, the agent (Michael Norris) came out into our house, listened to our concerns, took measurements and researched our current plumbing and made recommendations. He explained the particulars of this procedure and sat with us. The date was put by us to re pipe along with the plumbers that are sub contracted came out and finished the job in 2 days. We did have to wait for the patchwork to be finished.

I bought pipes and my first home was the very first thing that needed update. I didn't only want to give the job and certainly wanted to guarantee that the job went to be carried out correctly. The service from the estimate appointment, to assembly with John to the service and patchwork, was amazing. Job was. They altered the shower device, which I'm currently enjoying! They arrived on time, were clean, and showed you the work that they did. The inspector and the house passed and I'm currently leaving knowing the water pressure is to my standard and that my pipes is all up to code. The standard of work is appreciated and their attention to detail is valued! Thanks again Repipe!

STAY AWAY!! This is not an alternative although I would like to give them zero stars. I don't normally write reviews but I don't want other people to go through what I'm. Repipe Specialists replaced all my aluminum pipes except for a place under the sink that they told me couldn't be addressed because of a post tension slab leak and that they would need to jack hammer the ground which THEY recommended from and made me sign away on. That area within my home caused even more harm this time and leaked following repiping. The problem was easily addressed via an inline reroute by another corporation. In the place I reside in So Cal it is not a question of if it is when your copper pipe will have a leak. And to make things worse they subcontract their work out. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

He had been very professional and I met with Jonathan Lopez and explained me personally everything and wasn't pushy at all. I checked with a couple of references and obtained reviews from them. Another firm came in and quoted, but was pushy and I did not trust their evaluation. Once I signed the contract with Repipe Specialists, the team came in and did a wonderful job in about one day, which I thought was incredible. Everything went on schedule and the new system (PEX) is doing good with no issues what so ever. I strongly recommend Repipe Specialists for any work you might require.

They started the job on January 8th and have been supposed to be done in 3-4 days. They showed up on time. At this point you pay for the whole thing. Then it all went down hill. Mind you that RS let you know that the job starts you're to have all contact with the man and not them. Therefore the head man shows up and tells me that they can not find a city inspection until January 17th that is 9 days afterwards. Says the city is always backed up after the holidays and everybody knows he can not help what the salesman promised . So there we sit waiting with about 40 holes in our ceiling. The inspection was obtained by us on the 17th and was told that they would complete on the 18th and 19th. Well They showed up late to the 18th to begin patching and worked until 6 and started because it got becoming cluttered with the procedure. I needed to always point things out. Then I was advised they couldn't complete it before Monday that was a holiday and we had plans, however we stayed home and they did not show up until noon that day and worked until nearly 8 at night. They stated they could not close the whole on the stucco up out and scheduled the previous inspection. Then another day they shut the whole up out side. So they finished the project .
During the time the head man was inaccessible to us to converse with until the end. He had us coping with the man doing the patch work.
I am late in writing this review. I did let specialist know I was not happy on their personal review I was sent by them . I remembered I had not posted a review that mind you I almost never write a review but felt this was necessary and had just seen their add on TV.

Were reasonably priced, very good quality pipe, on clean and time. I would hire them again and recomend to friends.

Also, they supplied a smart work-around to avoid cutting into my external"smooth" stucco wall and minimize cabinet intrusion - which was remarkable.
They said they would (1) be there at 8am, (2) get the task done by the end of the day except for draining the drywall (which would be done the following day), (3) work hard to minimize clutter and (4) clean up thoroughly.
Satisfied and advocated them to a neighbor who used them.
Each one of the promises were fulfilled.

In the conclusion of the sales pitch I told him he is salesman. When I asked for his price Rafael refused to give me a price and instead said"you know everything, we don't need this task".
STAY DO NOT have them come out for a comparison bid. Read the negative reviews about this company! Avoid repipe specialists at all prices!!
The real reason repipe specialists turned down the job is because I saw through Rafael and he understood it.
I be complete warned and just had Rafael Gonzalez within my home, this guy is a salesman. He won't let you ask questions during his sales presentation. He participates to the point you know deep within you through his demonstration like a robot you're about to get screwed!

We began this trip with a flow and I was paranoid that we would have additional leaks because of the usual for my area (cheap construction materials and extremely difficult water). My wife and I chose to repipe our home and went through a vendor evaluation. We had proposals from 3 vendors and finally decided on Repipe Specialists. They exceeded my expectations in all areas. It was amazing to observe that the work crews advancement they were efficient and completed our home in one day. The team that is patching was also as professional and efficient. Repipe Specialists have been a pleasure! They were professional, timely and guided us. We had a slab escape and because the pipes were in the chimney, Repipe Specialists needed to put in all the pipes in the walls and it turned out to be a significant job. They finished ahead of schedule and did an exceptional job!

We had several escapes that we had patched up, however, a few weeks after, there were a few more. We predicted Repipe Specialists and also scheduled a meeting. He came out to our house, was comprehensive, gave us and so we scheduled the project. The team came, on time and prepared to go today. They were terrific!
