Roy was exceptional, along with his helper Francisco we had AC issues and obtained two different quotes that were priced. They wanted to do was replace the two units. We called Roy and he gave us an estimate to replace the two units at a significantly cheaper price and he then gave us a price to only fix the part that was bad ( the coils) to assist us on our pocketbook. This fixed the AC for about a week but we still continue to still have problems so Roy replaced 2 parts and come two occasions back and did not charge for his time.

Roy was fantastic!! I didn't know until I discovered Roy's Heating and Air Conditioning Service, where to begin in my hunt for A/C repairs. After talking with Roy my fears were put to rest. We were originally scheduled to meet on Saturday with him, but might have felt the urgency in my voice, he promised to send his group over the following day and rearranged his schedule. I am so thankful for people like Roy who are HONEST and hardworking! He took the opportunity to describe and show us what we should search for and what was wrong. Our experience with Roy and his team was quite pleasant and stress free. They managed to solve the matter in under half an hour. I shall keep Roy's Heating and Air Conditioning Service on speed dial!!!
When our water heater started pouring water into an upstairs 16, we were referred to Roy. He came out shortly after I called, and has been able to quote us a price to replace the water heater that same day. He supplied us the benefits/differences of every and every one as well as a quote for just two water heaters. He was there the next morning first thing when I decided which one to go with. He is professional, friendly, punctual, educated and affordable. His quote was $2000 less. We're relatively new to town, for any AC/Heating/plumbing needs we have in the long term, and Roy are our go to guy. He is highly recommended by me!
