Elk Grove Plumbing & Drain

I had a clogged bathtub and have 0 knowledge about plumbing issues. I was using one of these little'snakes' that you can stick the drain to remove hair down but it n't worked this time.
Laird was a big, friendly man and came to my house. He recognized the problem came in and gave me a few suggestions to keep it. I am extremely pleased. I highly recommend!

Everything was great. The customer support on the phone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The guys that came out was the same. They identified my bathroom issue and suggested that a replacement. When they were done the toilet lid closes. They are paid by me and they abandoned.
The owner called me to check on something I thought were scrapes. It turns out to be markings that could be washed . I did scrubbed itself and it did came off a little. I am sure they have something stronger that may eliminate all the marks, but dang it it's going to the dump.

Had a couple issues - kitchen faucet that was loose, running toilet garage sink. Lupe mended the bathroom, threw at no cost in the garage sink that was clogged. Quoted me about the kitchen sink that turned into a project, gave me the freedom to consider doing it. Was in and out to get a reasonable price. Seemed to be very knowledgable on the difficulties.

Came on Yelp and discovered this company that was found in Elk Grove and sent a Yelp message out to them to see if they were available. An employee phoned me to schedule an appointment and texted me soon after.
Our shower in my parents' upstairs master bedroom began to flow into the downstairs kitchen, so we needed to find a plumber.

On the afternoon of the appointment, Lupe called to let us know when he'd be coming and showed up at the scheduled time. He was quite friendly and educated. He told us he was going to fix it and exactly what he had discovered and was patient. He had a great sense.

We ended up getting the entire thing although Initially we thought the toilet just needed a small fix. It was replaced!
Had there go a toilet out at the industrial building I work at and Elk Grove plumbing was the only accessible service that replied professionally and very fast.

I got a call by the company's owner. This morning, they offered to come out. They were so helpful I chose to let it go because I plan on remodeling the toilet next year.
A washer became corroded. I inquired if they can make a telephone number. The proprietor came to her property. Is obsolete. He also happened to have this specific washer. He said that his father had instructed him to rescue everything.
Their service is outstanding. I highly recommend this business.

My garbage disposal not turned on and after attempting to reset it I decided to reach out for aid. Mark has been able to indicate and responded very quickly. Mark suspected where this may be manually reset and it may want to reset using an alan wrench. I BOOM I was able to reset my garbage disposal and utilized my alan wrench and it is now working flawlessly.

Joe and his team are amazing and so hardworking. They could fix the pipes in the front of the house in a way that is timely. My mom doesn't speak English well but the boys managed to create a rapport with her.

My water heater stopped putting out water in order the recommendation of a friend that I called Elk Grove Plumbing & Drain. I received Laird and a quick appointment showed up on time. Rather than trying to replace my water heater that he checked it out and found that it was an electric problem at my panel, nothing to do with my own water heater in any way.
