He explained the job he was going to perform, replacing the pipes connections (so these would not be a future stage of failure), explained the regions of the fresh water heater and what makes it better than the old one, and was very professional and personable.
His cost seemed very honest and he ended the install ahead of schedule. I'd highly suggest Patrick for water heater or any plumbing needs!
Patrick was the first to return to me. He even came by my home the same day to evaluate the situation, even though it was a Saturday, and spent around 15 mins answering my questions over the phone. We advised the install for Sunday.

Very choice. Needed hot water quickly and Patrick delivered. They made excellent suggestions to update exceptionally efficient water heater, pipes, and started in the area. Four hours after we were back into the game. Price was a bit higher than expected- but am OK with paying a company think about options and to do a good job. I left work early with a killer headache, body aches and a sore throat! Following a wonderful soak I went into the garage and heard a hissing sound and water. Our 14 year-old water heater took a dump on a sick day! Pat to the rescue. He was and arrived and assessed the situation and replaced water heater from 10am. It's good to know we can rely on him if we want his services.

Called Patrick Plumbing after being referred by another plumbing firm that couldn't perform the services I was searching for (auger/rooting support for upstairs sewer line clogs ). Patrick showed up soon after and was quite friendly. Took the time and provide a estimate. Went to work and managed to address the issue within the hour even though it ended up being a bigger issue than we originally thought!
