The business was told by me when I booked my appointment with them I had a showerhead. Their employee came out, looked in the valve and said"we do not look for people you'll have to find out where to purchase it out, I really don't know where to go, we may need to tear out a great deal of plumbing and start new." . If I'd wanted to look for my valve, I would not have had a plumber in the first location. At least they didn't bill me.

My toddler stuck the handle of a squeegee and it went deep enough to where we couldn't see it I phoned D Martel Plumbing and they'd the next day Dan come out. They phoned me to let me know when he was 10 min outside, and that he was early for our appt window. It was great not having to wait around. He obtained the handle out in almost no time at all and cleared our drain , he was personable and super professional. I will call them !

I had obtained an estimate for fixing a leaking water pipe below our homes slab base but decided that I should get one more quote to what seemed to be a very expensive repair, before I committed. I called D. Martel and Jason Lee showed up over an hour or so of me phoning. Right away in the door he impressed me with his own kind and considerate demeanor. I explained, or tried to explain, the other outfits identification of the escape and what they estimated would be the price. Jason felt confident he could complete the job and estimated it. He explained to me and managed to begin right away every step along the way exactly what he do. He did minimum removal but was very cautious about cutting off it and baseboard later work was complete, so it might be reattached. I could not be more happy that he did and it was less than half the other quote!
He's got a fantastic personality and is very honest and dependable. As he said"I'd like your future company so my pricing is fair and I take pride in my workmanship". I could not recommend D. Martel Plumbing More. . .they are awesome!

I had a plumbing company emerge on Friday and their only solution was to repipe my entire hot water line. Telling me that fix was impossible. My only regret is that I did not call D. Martel pipes first.

This week, this plumbing service was simply used by me for the next time. My house was constructed in the 1970s. So as to fix a plumbing problem, and for the next time, the plumber did not have the part that is necessary. Find the part if available, or buy a new fixture and he said to go to a hardware store. I inquired if they may have the part in their store, so that he could come back at another time, and he said no. What happened to the times when service/repair people came prepared? 1970-something is not so old, in my view.

We contacted Martell Plumbing for a second opinion, after getting a quotation for $2300, $1200 of that was parts. Jason Lee from Martell, thankfully, came with a quotation of $290 including parts and labour. We did not need high end parts nor did we want for what had been a easy replacement and fix, cost. Not only was Jason personable, he finished the work efficiently. We'll be return customers!

When I moved into Cameron Park and add another exterior water faucet and a half ago I had DMartel install a water heater. Since that time I have needed their services for a couple of other plumbing issues. They do a very good job. No muss, no fuss. Just did the tasks, did them and left.

I happened to notice their van and drove EDH Blvd . I remembered that I had intended to call a plumber to determine why my water bill is really large. The person on the telephone took it upon himself to attempt also to walk and to comprehend my situation completely. I had been so impressed with the ceremony. I know if I can't figure out this problem in my who I am calling. I was very impressed!!!

We predicted. . .it was time! :-RRB- And we had another downstairs which was causing the drain. Jason came the next time to diagnose and repair it. This time, they went above and beyond. Two days we had been scheduled out. And worked into the early evening to have it done. Can't request me than that! An hardworking and honest team!

I'd Dan out to connect a natural gas line to a different fire pit. Setting the appointment up was simple and the workplace was quite professional. They revealed right in the center of the two hour time window and called to let us know they came. Dan didn't have the components he was worried that it would take a few days and needed in stock to receive them. I wanted so that he went the extra mile to find parts and return later that day the job finished that day. The flame pit was carefully tested by him and spent time bleeding air from the line. Price was very reasonable for your time spent on the job and searching down the components that are ideal.

This company is great to use. For work needed, second time I've had them give me an estimate. Each time, Jason has come out and clarified what it will take to complete my occupation with a written estimate before the work is started no hidden expenses. They guarantee parts and that their labor. They use high grade material and also do excellent work. I will use them.

Trevor came on time and came out. He helped me to install my dishwasher that I had believed I could do . He did an excellent job and offered to haul my old dishwasher . He went above and beyond what I'd asked for. This is the third time.

Very happy with D. Martel. Discovered a leak in the main water line coming in to the house. Realized and tried to fix myself I was in over my head. This was Saturday before Easter. I called D. Martel, not being optimistic due to the holiday. Received a call back from Dan, the owner, that day. He explained he could have somebody out on Monday morning. Trevor should am. He must work and we had water into the house before noon! Great support by all.
