Back in November a gas fireplace add was bought by us and we had a gas line. David was on the list of recommended plumbers. We had several estimates and not only did David give us the maximum reasonable price he was likewise the most professional (I'll write those reviews later). He did a great job and arrived when he said he would communicated together. He was professional, clean and courteous. I would recommend him and would use him again!

Yet again, David has done an amazing job for me. He did such a fantastic job installing my petrol line for my fireplace that is new a year ago that I hired him to relocate a sink, dishwasher, and disposal that were to a brand-new island as part of my kitchen remodel. He also relocated the water line for my cooktop for my refrigerator along with the gas line. He did an excellent job from start to finish. He trenched my concrete slab in order to move the water line and vent line. He located the lines precisely where I had taught him to set them and eliminated all excess dirt and debris. I managed to pass my construction review and everything works great. The dishwasher and sink drain great! So pleased with David's work!

I was quite disappointed. I called and set up an appointment with David to come to my home and give me an estimate. I waited 11/2 hours. I then called to see whether there had been a misunderstanding at day or the time. I left a message. I never even

David is the best- I noticed a leak in our hose bib. I called David from my cell from the street and explained the problem. He was over there before our flight took off and repaired the problem would have piece of mind and I was not even home!!

I strongly recommend David, that he was very much a joy. I hired David to replace a water heater and install a gas line that was dedicated. David was prompt, courteous and quoted fare prices. David is a real professional and I will hire him again as well as recommend him to anybody I know requiring plumbing solutions.

We had three toilets replaced, two brand new sinks installed, and our water heater replaced. Everything works great. The services were professional, prompt, and everything you could ask for. The owner has 40 years of experience, so when you hire Premier, you're getting a huge experience.

Water gushed out of our street-side water main box. Carmichael Water Dept turned off our water and came out and advised us that the repairs were our duty. We contacted David and that he was able to come back out. He started digging and came at 3:00. He worked till 6 that night, finding the flow (it was at one of those fittings Carmichael Water put in for their own water meters, at the main line), substituting the failed PVC fittings with copper, and backfilled the hole - replacing the crops which had to be dug up. He was honest, quick and thorough.

We use Davey for our pipes needs - he's polite, efficient & is a skilled professional. I can't recommend him we wouldn't consider using anyone else.

David McAdam is your man. Hands down. He hooked up a brand new gas line during a major renovation of our garden in Granite Bay to our kitchen and ran. David did work, was always on time, was available for my questions during the preparation phases, was moderately priced, and was fun at the top of it all. There's not anything better than a dependable business enterprise. We'll be using him. Do not hesitate to call pipes.

I suggest David. I called on a Saturday at 2pm, he affirmed he would be there in 3 and provided me a quote and replied. He showed up promptly, and was professional.
His rates were competitive and he beat the estimates I had received. I mention that he's very personable and the over all experience exceeded my expectations. Professional appearance, excellent work, great attitude. You can not go wrong. If I am needing a plumber again, he'd be absolutely called by me for the occupation.
David explained exactly how he'd go about the repair, and what measures he'd take. This included cutting the drywall behind the bathtub replace the valve and then to access the pipes. This was done exceptionally neat and clean - was put by him down to grab the dust, and when he was finished he buttoned up it cleanly. Very professional work.
The repair consisted which I had broken when seeking to replace the capsule to stop the shower head. I had no clue how he'd fix it, as it involved pipes.

David at Premier Plumbing is Amazing. He's not just educated - he's trustworthy, kind, and honest. Due to the era of our house , any work we've done is hard so that it requires preparation & thought, & tends to be complex. I interviewed before settling upon David, calls were obtained by & from approx 6 plumbers. We'd Dave install a tankless hot water heater in our attic, remove the tank in the old place, install a gasoline in our fireplace (that was quite complex due to our vaulted ceilings), scope out what's required for a bathroom addition, & fix a small gas leak on the pool equipment. We were thrilled with what he did & once we have future demands, we will call him. & fixed it free of charge, while in our attic he noticed an issue with our dryer vent, bought the components that were necessary. I can not say enough good things! He appears like a wonderful man & was a pleasure.

Do not waste your time calling other companies. The bidding from Premier Plumbing was the very reasonable. A plumber's amount that will stay in our connections listing that is permanent. I found David to be professional, friendly and highly skilled. Calling to establishing an appt. Time was a breeze. David was really a few minutes early. He was able to maneuver the gas line to adapt our new cooker easily. Following the job was complete, he. Me strike as a very personable & dependable individual taking pride in his job. I would have been happy with a few inches difference between the walls and the cooker (since I wouldn't know any better), but he was confident it could seem better, made some alterations, and now it truly is simply ideal, as though it had been made for the distance. Am I happy with the support we received? Yes. Would I recommend Premier Plumbing to friends, family and Yelpers ? Definitely. Cheers! I'm off to finallly do some cooking on our new cooker!

Not six months has passed the one at the hall toilet is leaking and since the gaskets were replaced by David in our toilets. It refilling and has been dripping all day today. About every 10 minutes it will flow a few ounces, just enough to trigger the mechanism that is refill, and I must listen to it fill over and over and over and over. Gaskets should last several years not a couple of months, and once I had initially asked David about replacing the whole fill valves he said it was the gaskets that had to be replaced. He decided not to do that was no doubt I really don't know whether that was an honest error but per my original article, the whole fill valve costs less than $ 8 retail so. I think he would have billed the same amount, $150.00, therefore he didn't want to spend some excess money on parts.

I Highly suggest Premier Plumbing & Rooter Services, David is friendly, dependable & honest. He does excellent work at rates that are reasonable that are fair.

Water heater pilot went out and pilot wouldn't remain lit. I tried everything recommended to issue shoot on it - still wouldn't operate. I called at 6:20 PM and discovered plumbing. We had a fresh thermal coupler which he immediately installed. We had a bathroom which had been running - that was seemed at by him recognized the issue, and fixed that within 10 minutes. Both issues repaired by 7:45. David - the guy who fixed the issue - super nice guy and reasonably priced. Highest recommendation for a reason. I put him in my telephone.
