Armon IS THE MAN! Had an unusual difficulty getting gas line into my older fireplace. It took going through concrete, brick, and flooring. Mr. Carter did a beautiful job at about 1/2 of additional plumber's estimates. He is personable, fast, clean, and reliable. I suggest AC !

Given the way that they handle their company (as evident from their responses along with other negative reviews), and also the fact that he's bothering me YEAR AFTER I wrote my original review, do you really need to hire somebody unprofessional and untrustworthy? I'd forgotten all about them before he sent a message to me.
Watch out- . We had to hire a different plumber to come out and fix what they awakened.
Edit: Armon's initial message to me after I wrote this review consisted of insults and accusations. The fact He unprovoked and felt the need to, Couldn't move on, hurl insults at me, speaks volumes

Yes. . .we"swindled" Marc Morningstar just like we did AC Plumbing. . .AC Plumbing you've got every right to connect yourself with Marc Morningstar and choose his side. It only goes to show what type of people / business you are.

My wife and I hired AC Plumbing to fix a leak in our kitchen (which flooded our floor). They announced that the flow abandoned and was fixed. A few days after I turned the sink on and discovered that water was leaking at precisely the same spot that has been"fixed." Because our kitchen floor was flooded in the escape, this was a significant issue and this leak would have caused a similar outcome. I called a couple times to try and get the problem resolved, and after getting passed around to several people, I asked to talk to the manager (who was seemingly out for the day). I called the following day and the manager was seemingly on vacation. I left a message with the receptionist requesting that my phone is returned by the manager. They did.
Please stop harassing us!
Incidentally, we DID NOT sue Marc, we are NOT in charge of the lawsuit, it is the San Diego District Attorney that has FULL control of the lawsuit. If the district attorney is currently getting you involved, and you refuse, that's on you.
AC Plumbing has continued to harass my wife and I. For example, 1 YEAR AFTER THIS OCCURRED, AC Plumbing left an unprofessional reaction for my wife's original review (see uploaded image ). While they replaced it and took down it, it is clear they have no moral compass and will irritate you if they are to blame.

Only call the company to find an estimate of this work I need to get performed and they said they bill for that! No, thank u! I really don't have to pay for estimate!

AC Plumbing Construction representative Armon Carter came to check a leak. He was prompt, friendly and went directly to work. He gave me a few options to think about and then pointed the issue out. He could order the part which could take some time and then I could buy a new faucet and he'd put in it, or he'd be back to put in it. I called him during my lunch hour and chose the later. He installed it at lightning speed, but he taught me on what he had been doing. He made it seem so easy and told me a faucet was purchased by me and it ought to last more than the one I'd. Offering you Armon Carter and AC Plumbing. They also have the secretary. I referred him to loved ones and my friends and have saved AC pipes as as my plumber.

The replacement of the water heater went and the price creeped up like some plumbers do the last minute. I truly appreciate everything you did for me! I urge AC Plumbing Construction to your plumbing requirements.
He inspected my own water heater and got down to business. It had to be substituted. He gave me a fairly generous estimate for replacing the water heater. Lucky for meI did my research on the water heater ahead and recognized my plumber was giving me a heck of a deal!
My water heater was on the fritz. Called a plumbing firms and the majority of them did not even reply. AC Plumbing Construction was responsive and impressionable until the time a plumber came out to my property from the very first phone call.

Saturday night, my bathroom leaked and I called AC Pipes to have someone come fix it. I was freaking out coz being new to my place with my women and me, I was clueless on what to do. The receptionist assured me that she will have someone come to my house to fix my toilet. She was very courteous and patient with me. Not to mention the cost was fair. My bathroom was up and operating by Sunday afternoon and I am very pleased with the outcome and support I received, palms down. Thank you for saving the day!

Updating my review base on the Remark of the owner:More IMPORTANTLY, the owner needed to pay more money than we previously consented to. He explained the service costs $900 when we talked on the phone to him and then he raised the price to $950 when he arrived to collect the money.
As there are so many other good plumbers out there I wouldn't ever recommend AC Pipes. I guess I should have rather than trusting AC Plumbing, ask.
A month ago, armand the owner set up a water softener at our new house. The receptionists are extremely professional and personable but the owner is the opposite which I find it rather strange. I called the owner to follow up on some outstanding items which he had preceding discuss with my husband since I was not demand from the start. Armand responded with a defensive tone stating he is too busy to deal with this issue since he's got an whole organization to conduct and pushed me to schedule for a different job (i.e. spend more money) when I want the problem to be solved.

Armand was a professional, providing expert support. He came over in the middle of the night, (since it was a crisis ) and he took care of my issues.

I have to apologize. I've forgotten the gentleman's name our hot water heater was installed by which. I would like to state Josh or Jacob.... Came on time to the moment and had it completed in what to me seemed unbelievably quickly. Clean work. He actually showed me the older water heater collapsed.

AC PLUMBING SAVED ME!!!! Approximately 3 months after purchasing my home, my bathroom sink had a clog that is severe. I phoned my home warranty business, and they had me schedule an appointment with the plumbing firm they contract out. The employees attempted to charge me $ 200, and arrived at my home. They claimed they had to go on top of the roof so as to unclog a vent to your sink. I phoned AC pipes while the plumbers were in my home, and Armon educated me to not pay the $200, and he'd have somebody to my home to take care of the problem. At 9 AM the following morning, AC pipes was at my door, without needing to go on the roof, and they unclogged my sink. Saving me $200.
I would advise AC PLUMBING, Armon and his firm, at any time, to anybody.
Fast forward a year....My kitchen sink has been backed up, and I was not able to purge it together with the snake. I spoke with Armon and called AC pipes. He explained that he had been booked for the next few days, and wouldnt be able to come to my home. But he gave me a few tips, over the phone, to assist me unclog the kitchen sink. A few of hours later, my sink has been unclogged. I am extremely thankful that without taking a dime, Armon was willing to aid me in this situation, also had the integrity needing. AC PLUMBING HAS A CUSTOMER, FOR LIFE!!!

Amazing customer service and integrity that is total. I recommend AC plumbing. Armon helped us with our plumbing needs. We wanted someone we can trust. He is wonderful.

Armon did a great job and was very affordable. We'll definitely be using them later on. Because the cost was so fair, your information is already wanted by my Mom. We had a leak under the sink which was fast to fix & Armon charged accordingly. Thank you!

Not a five star business. Setup a 6pm time to get an estimate predicted. The secretary only explained that Armand would call me back. Spoke with him but this guy is not enjoy the secretary, with an arrogant tone he explained he does not do estimates. Well that's fine but please don't place up along with your potential customers. It's also not the best business practice to behave as if it's your customer fault.
Not really sure how this business has evaluations, I suspect it won't last.

A drain on a Sunday had been over at my neighbors house clearing and I asked him to have a look at one thing. Armand was cool to come over and fixed my difficulty. I discovered my new plumber.

Ive used Armon for several things so far, large and small. He is fairly priced and responds quickly. This is a man that cares about providing exceptional customer service to cultivate his company.

Needed a plumber to come out to fix a pressure regulator that my regular plumbers didn't have time to get to, so turned into a search and found those guys. By Gladys the gentleman that came out to perform the job, to Armon, in the office, A+ customer support! Gladys made sure that they got to me and Armon was thorough, fast and knowledgable. So refreshing to receive personable support within this corporate world. I will be'shooting' and have AC take care of not only my house, but my business, beach house and my mother's house from now on. Thank you guys!

I asked 3 pm and he said no problem. Well the next day I get a call from Sergio, the technician, and he's at the condo and it's 8 am.... Uhm I believe their was a miscommunication. But , he said he'd come back out no big deal, and apologized. He arrived at 3 and must work. The problem was detected by him straight away and set out to repair it! The AC drain was clogged causing the condensation pooling of a great deal of water. He was able to clear the clogsuck up the sitting water, and put 3 holes in the drywall ceiling to allow things dry up there. When he did drywall patching I asked him and he explained he did! Since we must allow the water damage dry, the drywall is pending. However, Armon and his technician Sergio are great! This project ended up costing $190.00, with much more cost to come to fix the drywall. However, they could detect the problem and fix it day of.
Customer service, prompt within their work and showing up on time. If they are used by us for the drywall repair, I will keep ya'll posted!
I manage a 3 story townhouse at San Marcos. My renters sent me pics of water bulges in the ceiling around the 3rd and 2nd floor. Not knowing where to look or who to phone, I did a Yelp hunt and AC Plumbing popped up!

AC Plumbing stated they'd be here 3 hours and answered my call on a holiday weekend at 6AM and they had been. I had a brand new hot water heater and they worked till 6pm to find the newest high efficiency tankless unit. The holiday weekend was saved by them. Thanks for the hard work and professionalism

I had a fantastic experience, they shifted out my fuse no issue.
